Congratulations on your purchase of FETTO Deluxe, the distortion pedal which works well with both guitars
and bass guitars. With FETTO Deluxe you will get musical, shimmering harmonics regardless of volume with a
minimal coloration of your guitar and amplier.
It’s highly recommended to read this manual to get the best use and joy of FETTO Deluxe.
* The push switches in FETTO Deluxe is
not as stias the ones you’re probably
used to. So now you can play barefoot
without hurting yourself.
9V DC
External DC adapter.
Standard 2,1 mm barrel
jack, 9 volt regulated DC
with center-pin negative.
(BOSS standard). NEVER
power FETTO Deluxe with
more than 9 V DC!
The Himmelstrutz pedals are
designed to be used with straight
power cable plugs. Right angle plugs
may not make a secure connection
and are not recommended.
FETTO Deluxe tips & tricks:
It could take some time to get a grip about all possibilities in this pedal. We encourage you to try several dierent
combinations of outboard control setting as each will impart its own unique character on your tone. Also try to
adjust the volume control of your instrument and you will see how exible, responsive and ‘real’FETTO Deluxe is.
Our wish is that you’ll like what you hear.
Every pedal is tested and adjusted carefully by feel, ears and some technical knowledge. Because of this, the default
trimmer values (above) may vary between dierent copies of FETTO Deluxe.
More information is available at www.himmelstrutz.com.
Even though the power consumption is low (3-4 mA) the battery needs to be replaced when the LED’s gets weak or
if the tone changes or get quiet (even when the LED is ON). To change the battery, unscrew the four screws on the
bottom plate, bring out the old 9 volt battery (6LR61) and replace it with a new. Then attach the bottom plate with
the four screws. Never use FETTO Deluxe without the bottom plate!
If you play loud, always use ear protection. It’s easy to forget, but in the long run not a good idea!
Unplug the input cord when not using the pedal—if powered by a battery—to save the battery (and environment).
Don’t forget to have fun, why not with ear protection and a glass of milk.
Good luck!

If you for some reason need to change the character of FETTO Deluxe, four trimmers are available inside the box.
A lot of time has been spent to optimize the default settings so don’t change anything if you don’t have to. If you
have to trim anyway, use a small (1,7-2,0 mm) screwdriver and BE CAREFUL. No force is needed and all trimmers
run smoothly if properly done. Warning: Errors caused by internal adjustments voids the warranty!
