Carbon brushes
Thecarbonbrushesmayweardowntothewhitemarking.Replacethecarbonbrusheswith
sparebrushesfromCIBOonly.Usingothercarbonbrushesresultsinlossofguarantee..They
maybeorderedfromCIBO.
Youcanobservethebrushsparksviatheairslits.Turnthemachineoimmediatelyifthesparks
aretoostrong.TopreventfurthersignicantdamageweadvisesendingthemachinetoourCIBO
customerserviceworkshopsforrepair.

Cleaning
Ensurethatthemachineandtheventilationslotsarealwayskeptcleansothatyoucanworkef-
cientlyandsafely.Inextremeworkingconditions,suchasnishingmetals,conductivedustcan
collectinsidethemachine.Inthatcaseweadvisetheregularuseofacompressortocleanthe
ventilationslits.Alsouseanearthswitchintheelectricconnection.
Drive
Looseningthescrewsonthedriveunitheadwithintheguaranteeperiodisnotpermitted.The
guaranteeisforfeitedifthesescrewsareloosened.
YoumustvisitaCIBOserviceworkshoptohavethelubricantchangedafterapproximately1000
workinghours.Youmustalsoarrangethenforthemachinetobeinspectedtoensurethatitstill
answerstotheapplicablesafetyregulations.
