
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Carefully plan the path of the wire for maximum potential of 10-foot. Know where you will access a 120VAC
power outlet and where to feed the wires to the control module. Follow all local and state codes when running wire long
distances.
Step 1: Remove contents from box and insert the 2-pin connector from the extension wire into the adapter. Once
inserted, then screw the threaded cap over the 2-pin connector to secure it into the adapter. See Fig. 1.

Step 2: Feed the two ¼” terminals into the control module and connect to the POWER terminals as shown in Fig. 2.

Step 3: Installation is complete. Insert adapter plug into a 120VAC power source to use appliance.
Note:
• Do not cut, add, or splice additional wires to either of these adapter models. It can affect overall voltage causing
problematic issues with operation of appliance.
• If wire is too long carefully fold it together and use a zip tie to secure into place.
