Produktbeschreibung, Einsatzgebiete
Der Funk-Raumthermostat besteht aus einem
Leistungsteil und einer Fernbedienung. Das Leistungs-
teil wird an die Netzversorgung angeschlossen und
steuert über einen Schaltausgang eine Heizung an.
Das Leistungsteil besitzt nur eine Funktions-LED und
einen Taster zur Kanal-Synchronisation.
Die Fernbedienung wird ausschließlich über Batterie
betrieben. Sie beinhaltet das Benutzer-Interface mit Ta-
sten und einem Display.
Product Description, Areas of Application
The FRT Wireless Thermostat consists of a power
element, (receiver), and a remote user interface.
The user interface is powered solely by battery, and is
designed for ease of use, with 4 buttons, a dial, and a
display. The power supply has a single function LED
and a button for channel synchronization. Once
connected to the main power supply, this device
controls a heater via relay output.

Anzeige (LED)
Bei Einschalten des Leistungsteils blinkt die Anzeige 3 mal.
Sollte das Leistungsteil noch nicht mit einer Fernbedienung
gekoppelt sein so geht das Leistungsteil in den Koppelmodus.
Ist das Leistungsteil mit einer Fernbedienung gekoppelt so
zeigt die Anzeige den aktuellen Relaiszustand an. Ist ein Kom-
munikationsausfall erkannt so blinkt die Anzeige alle Minute
2 mal. Das Ende der Kopplung wird durch ca 3 Sekunden
Dauerleuchten angezeigt.
Kopplung zur Fernbedienung
Die Kopplung wird durch drücken der Taste länger als 3 Se-
kunden eingeleitet. Das Leistungsteil bleibt bis zum Empfang
eines gültigen Synchronisationstelegramms oder nach Ablauf
von ca. 5 Minuten im Kopplungsmodus. Wird der Koppelmodus
über Timeout verlassen bleibt die zuvor eingelernte ID erhal-
ten. Während der Kopplung ist das Relais ausgeschaltet.
LED Functions
When the receiver is switched on, the LED will flash 3 times.
If the receiver is not already synchronized with a remote user
interface device, the unit enters the synchronization mode.
Once the receiver is connected to a remote user interface device,
the LED shows the current relay status. In the event of a
communication failure, the LED will flash 2 times for every 1
minute interval. A successful synchronization with a remote user
interface device is indicated by approx. 3 seconds of continuous
glowing of the LED.
Synchronizing with a Remote User Interface Device
The synchronization can be initiated by pressing the synchro-
nization button on the receiver continuously for more than 3
seconds and then releasing.
The receiver will remain in this mode until a valid
synchronization signal is detected, or the timeout of 5 min.
has expired. If the synchronization mode times out, the last
saved user interface ID will be retained. The relay is switched
off while the receiver is in synchronization mode.

Empfänger (Leistungsteil)
Die Kopplung wird durch drücken der Taste > 3 Sekunden
eingeleitet. Das Leistungsteil bleibt bis zum Empfang eines
gültigen Synchronisationstelegramms oder bis zum Ablauf
von ca. 5 Minuten im Kopplungsmodus. Wird der Kopplungs-
modus über Timeout verlassen bleibt die zuvor eingelernte ID
erhalten.
Fernbedienung
Die Kopplung wird durch drücken der Taste > 5 Sekunden ein-
geleitet. Die Fernbedienung sendet ihre ID zum Leistungsteil.
Das Leistungsteil speichert diese ID und reagiert anschließend
nur noch auf Funk-Telegramme mit dieser ID, also nur auf die
zugewiesene Fernbedienung. Es können mehrere Leistungs-
teile mit der Fernbedienung gekoppelt werden.
Receiver (Power Element)
Synchronization is initiated by pressing the synchronization button on
the receiver for more than 3 seconds. The receiver will continue to
operate in this mode until a valid synchronization signal is detected,
or for approx. 5 minutes before terminating. If the synchronization
mode times out, the last saved user interface ID will be retained.
Transmitter (Remote Control)
Synchronization is initiated by pressing the first button from the left on
the user interface for more than 5 seconds. The remote control will
transmit its ID to the receiver where it is stored.
While each power element can only operate with one transmitter at
a time, the transmitter is capable of linking to and controlling several
power elements simultaneously for an expanded control system.

Wenn Sie mehere Systeme in einem Bereich betreiben, ist darauf
zu Achten dass die Funk-ID nicht doppelt vergeben ist.
When using multiple systems in the same area, make sure that the
Radio IDs are unique
Hintergrundbeleuchtung
Bei einem Tastendruck und bei Betätigung des Drehschalters wird
die Hintergrundbeleuchtung für ca. 3 Sekunden eingeschaltet.
Batteriezustandsanzeige
Wenn die Batterieanzeige eingeblendet wird, verbleiben ca. 3
Monate Zeit, um die Batterien zu ersetzen (2x Alkaline 1,5V, LR03
oder AAA). Zum Wechsel der Batterien haben Sie ca. 45 Sekunden
Zeit. Dauert dies länger, wird die Uhrzeit nullgestellt. In diesem Fall
muss Datum und Uhrzeit neu eingestellt werden.
Regelung
Zwei-Punkt-Regelung für Ausgang Heizung, Hysterese symetrisch
+/-0,3K. Relaiszustand wird alle 15 Minuten und bei Statuswechsel
an das Leistungsteil übertragen. Dabei wird kurz das Sendesymbol
angezeigt.
Eingabe Allgemein
Wird ein Wert bearbeitet undkeineEingabeinnerhalb von 30Sekun-
den vorgenommen, so wird die Eingabe abgebrochen.
Display Backlight
The backlight automatically switches on for 3 seconds whenever
a button is pressed or the dial is turned.
Battery Information
When the battery level icon appears, the user has approx. 3 months
to replace the batteries. Use only AAA style batteries, (2 X Alkaline
1.5V, or LR03). Once the old batteries are removed, the user has
45 seconds to place the new batteries in the device before the Time/
Date settings are reset to zero. If Time/Date settings reset to zero,
they will need to be re-entered manually.
Regulation
Two-point control for output heating, hysteresis symmetrical +/-0.3K.
Relay status is transmitted to the power section every 15 minutes
and on status changes. The „sending“ icon will be displayed briefly.
Input General
If a value is edited and no entry is made within 30 seconds, the input
will be canceled.
