CB-PLBX-62 Pole Mount Junction Box Installation Guide
The items and tools needed for installing the bullet camera with the Pole Mount Junction Box are listed
as follows.
Pole Mount Junction Box package contents:
1x Pole Mount Junction Box
5x M4 x 12mm mechanical screws
2x stainless steel rings
Note:
The supplied stainless steel rings are applicable to poles whose diameter is 70 to 180mm.
Required items:
Bullet camera
Ethernet cable
Power cable (required if a PSE is not used)
Alarm cable (optional)
Audio cable (optional)
Required tools:
Screwdriver
Wrench
Follow the steps below to install the Pole Mount Junction Box.
Step 1:
Loosen the two screws indicated to the
right with the screwdriver and detach
the Pole Mount Junction Box cover.
Step 2:
Remove the rubber plug from the hole on the cover.

Step 3:
Thread the connectors of the camera’s system cable one by one through
the cover hole.
Step 4:
Insert the rubber plug back in the cover
hole. Use a flathead screwdriver to
tighten the stainless steel ring by
turning the knob clockwise. Make sure
there’s no gap between the system
cable and the cover hole.
Step 5:
Thread the required cables from the wall through the cover hole and
connect them to the system cables. Then coat the joints between the
connectors and the cables with silicone gel.
Step 6:
Stuff the cables into the base and replace the Junction Box cover. Align the
two arrow marks with each other to ensure that the cover is properly fixed.
Adjust the position of the cover and tighten the two screws.
Step 7:
Align the two screw holes of the camera with the screw holes on the cover.
Fasten the camera to the Junction Box with the M4 mechanical screws.

Step 8:
Loosen the knobs on the stainless steel rings by turning them
counterclockwise with a flathead screwdriver.
Step 9:
Insert the stainless steel rings into the holes on the back of the Pole Mount
Junction Box.
Note:
When installing the Pole Mount Junction Box on the pole, the cover hole
MUST be on the bottom side to ensure that the box is properly
waterproofed.
Step 10:
Wrap the stainless steel rings around the pole and turn the knobs clockwise
with a flathead screwdriver until the stainless steel rings are tightened
firmly
Step 11:
Rotate and point the camera to a desired direction. The Pole Mount
Junction Box installation is complete.
