焊接。
●不建议边充电边焊接，容易损坏充电芯片。
●焊笔使用多次容易产生黑色氧化物，请用砂纸打磨后在使用。

便携手持式点焊机是一款高效、便捷、易于携带的点焊工具。采用双脉冲
点焊技术，使得焊接更加稳定牢固，同时具备充电宝功能。

五、操作说明
六、按键说明
预热脉冲：在点焊之前，短暂加热电极使其达到预定温度。（默认2ms最
佳 。）
主脉冲：点焊过程中，设备会输出一个短暂的高能量脉冲，以产生足够的
焊接热量，同时避免电极过热和过大的电流使材料烧穿或融化。（根据实
际情况，调节主脉冲大小，大了直接焊穿，小了焊不牢）
间隔时间：为了避免热过程过长，电极过热和过早撤离接头，需要设置点
焊脉冲之间的时间间隔，以保证焊接成功率和焊接质量。（在凹凸的表面，
在预热脉冲软化材料后，可能间隔时间不足，导致镍带没贴紧电池表面）
连点次数：用来加固焊点作用，焊笔接触后会连续焊接N次，默认为1，焊
接厚镍片的时候可以适当更改连点次数，达到加固焊点左右，但是并不能
突破最大焊接厚度。

●There may be sparks from the tip of the pen during spot welding, please pay
attention to protection.
●Do not press the nickel strip hard for welding, otherwise it will cause false
welding and the solder joints will not be firm. The correct way is to lightly
press the nickel strip to ensure the best fit to the surface of the battery.
●If the battery voltage is too low, it may lead to poor welding or even welding
failure. Please fully charge the battery before welding.
●Soldering while charging is not recommended, as it is easy to damage the
charging chip.

●The soldering pen is easy to produce black oxide after using for many times,
please use it after polishing with sandpaper.
3.Product introduction
The portable handheld spot welding machine is an efficient, convenient and
easy-to-carry spot welding tool. Double pulse spot welding technology is
adopted to make the welding more stable and firm, and it also has the function

5.Operation instructions
6.Keys Description
Preheat Pulse: Briefly heats the electrode to a predetermined temperature
before spot welding. (2ms is the best by default.)
Main pulse: During the spot welding process, the equipment will output a short
high-energy pulse to generate enough welding heat, and at the same time avoid
overheating of the electrode and excessive current to cause the material to burn
through or melt. (According to the actual situation, adjust the main pulse size, if
it is too large, it will be directly welded through, and if it is too small, it will not
weld firmly).
Interval time: In order to avoid too long thermal process, overheating of the
electrode and premature withdrawal of the joint, it is necessary to set the time
interval between spot welding pulses to ensure the welding success rate and
welding quality. (On the uneven surface, after the preheating pulse softens the
material, there may be insufficient interval time, resulting in the nickel strip not
sticking to the battery surface)
Number of connection points: To strengthen the solder joints. After the
soldering pen touches, it will weld N times continuously. The default is 1. When
welding thick nickel sheets, the number of connection points can be changed
appropriately to achieve around the reinforcement of solder joints, but it cannot
break through the maximum welding thickness.
