The Y-Hand Strap compliments your Samsung Galaxy Tab
Active2 and provides a comfortable means to use your device.
This hand strap connects securely to the retention points of the
device, providing a slim and durable mobile solution. Please
read the entire instruction booklet before beginning to ensure
proper installation.

INSTALLATION
Before installation, please remove the Tab Active2 and stylus from the outer case and set them safely to the
side. The Slot Connectors (1) will be installed to the outer case.

Pull the Elastic Hook Cover back to expose the Metal Retention Hook (3). Thread the Retention Cord (2)
through the stylus loop slot shown above. Then secure the Retention Cord (2) by looping it around the Metal
Retention Hook (3).

Again, pull the Elastic Hook Cover back to expose the Metal Retention Hook (3). Thread the Retention Cord
(2) through slots built into the outer case. This will require the assistance of a small screwdriver (not
included). Feed the cord inward and then outward (as shown above). Then secure the Retention Cord (2) by
looping it around the Metal Retention Hook (3).

With the Slot Connectors (1) installed, carefully install the Tab Active2 and stylus back into the outer case.

The Hand Pad Assembly (7) can now be secured to the Tab Active2. Start by feeding the Hook Velcro (5) ends
through the two Buckle Loops (4) and the Plastic Retention Clip (8) in the positions shown above. Fold over the
Hook Velcro and press it against the Loop Velcro (6) for a secure t.

The Plastic Retention Clip (8) will be attached to the Tab Active2 where the outer case opens for the device
charging pins. Hook the Clip (8) toward the Tab Active2 screen and press the clip down toward the back of
the device. The Clip (8) may need to be adjusted slightly to match with the charging pin opening. If installed
correctly, the Clip (8) will t snug against the Tab Active2. Now your Y-Hand Strap is fully installed.
1. The length of the Loop Velcro straps (6) can be adjusted to t your hand
size by changing the position at which the Hook & Loop Velcro is connected
on the strap.
2. The Y-Strap does not need to be uninstalled in order to be used with a
dock. The Plastic Retention Clip (8) can be easily disconnected from the
Tab Active2 temporarily so the device can be placed in a dock.
