FASTPLAYBACK
DuringPLAYmode,youcanspeedupplaybackofrecorded
tapesbyplacingtheAVR/FASTPLAYBACKswitchinthe"ON"
position.
Tapeplaybackwillbeapproximately20% -25%faster
thannormalplayback.
DIGITALTAPECOUNTER
TheDIGITALCOUNTERisusedtoquicklydeterminetheap-
proximatelocationofdifferentrecordingselections.
1.
Rewindtothetieginningofthetape.
2.
PushtheRESETCOUNTERbuttontoread"000".After
eachselectionisplayedorrecorded,makea noteofthe
numbersinthereadoutwindow.Thiswillserveasa
referenceforthestartofthenextselectionorrecording.
3.Tolocatea selectionpreviouslynoted,pusheitherthe
FFWDortheREWbuttonuntiltheCOUNTERindicatesthe
selectionnumberyoudesire.
NOTE:
TheDIGITALCOUNTERwillnotIndicateactual
distanceinunitsofmeasure;itdeterminesonlythe
relativelocationofeachselection.

TheLED(LightEmittingDiode)isusedasfollows:
•Recordingindicator:LEDlightwillremainONwhenin

DuringAVROperation,LEDwilllightonlywhensomethingis
