Do not place the product in a location near a heat source such as
a radiator, or in an area subject to direct sunlight, excessive dust,
mechanical vibration or shock
The product must not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no
objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on
the product
Allow adequate air circulation and avoid obstructing vents (if present)
to prevent internal heat build-up. The ventillation must not be impeded

The mains plug is used to disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply. Ensure that the mains outlet is easily-accessible and remove
the plug from the mains outlet if you notice any abnormality with the
appliance.

1. MIC 1 VOLUME LEVEL
Controls the microphone input volume.
2. LINE VOLUME LEVEL
Controls the line input volume.
3. MP3 VOLUME LEVEL
Controls the MP3 input volume.
4. MIC 1 IN
Accepts a 1/4” Jack input connection.
5. RCA LINE IN
Accepts a RCA/Phone type input connection.
6. AUX IN
Accepts 3.5mm Minijack input connections.
7. MIC 1 IN
Accepts XLR input connectors.
8. XLR LINE IN
Accepts XLR input connectors.
9. XLR LINE OUT
Accepts XLR output connectors.
10. GRAPHIC EQUALIZER
Use the sliders to adjust the frequency
response to suit your requirements.
TREBLE
(right two): Increase or decrease the high
frequency for MIC/LINE/MP3 sources at a range
between -10dB to +10dB.
MID
Increase or decrease the middle frequency for
MIC/LINE/MP3 sources at a range between
-10dB to +10dB.
BASS
(left two) Increase or decrease the Low
frequency for MIC/LINE/MP3 sources at a range
between -10dB to +10dB.
11. MASTER VOLUME
This knob controls the speaker output volume.
12. USB SLOT
Play media files from a USB device by
connecting the device to this slot.
13. DISPLAY
The display shows multiple forms of
information relating to the digital media player,
for example current MODE, elapsed time, etc.
14 - 19. MEDIA PLAYER BUTTONS
See Digital Media Player guide for more
information.
20. LED ON/OFF
Use this button to turn the LED lights on or off.
21. POWER ON/OFF
Use this button to turn power to the speaker on
or off.
22. POWER CABLE SOCKET
Attached the provided IEC power cable here.

DIGITAL MEDIA PLAYER
The media player can play audio tracks stored on
a USB memory stick or stream audio from your
Bluetooth-enabled device.
MEDIA/FORMAT SELECTION
Press the MODE button (14) briefly to swap
between USB operation and Bluetooth operation.
The function of the remaining buttons depends
on whether you are playing music via USB or
Bluetooth.
USB OPERATION
To play music from USB, simply insert the device
into the media player and it will start playing the
first compatible track.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS DURING USB OPERATION
14. MODE
• Press briefly to swap to Bluetooth.
• Long press to switch off media player.
Long press again to switch on again.
15. PLAY/PAUSE
• Press to swap between play & pause. Display
shows a pause symbol while music is paused.
16. FOLDER SELECTION
1. Press the Forward (19) and Back (18) buttons
to scroll through the available folders.
2. Press the Folder Selection button (16) to
confirm your selection.
3. You can repeat steps 1 & 2 to access
subfolders. Select the first folder in the list
(two dots) to back out of subfolders.
4. When you reach the required folder, press the
Folder Selection button (16) to confirm your
selection.
5. Press the Forward (19) and Back (18) buttons
to scroll through the available tracks.
6. When you reach the required track, press the
Folder Selection button (16) to confirm your
selection.
17. PLAY MODE
• Press repeatedly to cycle through the available
play modes:
o All. Plays all tracks on loop, regardless of
folder.
o Repeat one. Plays the current track on loop.
o Random. Plays tracks from all folders in
random order.
o Repeat folder. Plays all tracks in the current
folder on loop.
The Play mode indicator on the display shows A, 1,
R or F to indicate which mode has been selected.
18. BACK
• Press briefly to go to previous track.
• Press & hold to reduce media player output
volume. If you reduce the volume to zero,
the Sound on/mute indicator on the display
will change to show a speaker with a line
through it.
19. FORWARD
• Press briefly to go to next track.
• Press & hold to increase media player output
volume.

BLUETOOTH OPERATION
You can connect your phone or other Bluetooth-
enabled device to the LED Speaker to stream
audio. Your device will need to be paired and
connected to the LED Speaker (see ‘Connecting
Your Device’, below).
CONNECTING YOUR DEVICE
1. If the media player is not already in Bluetooth
mode, press the Mode button (1). The display
will show ‘Disconnected!’.
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and
scan for new devices. The LED Speaker will show
up in the list of available devices as ‘Bluetooth’.
3. Select ‘Gear 4 music’ from the list of available
devices. Your device will connect to the LED
Speaker. The display on the media player will
show ‘Connected!’.
