This type of motorcycle only can travel at highway.

1, Motorcycle safe driving
Motorcycles are a unique motor vehicle, it can bring rider comfort and convenience. In order to ensure the best performance of
your motorcycle, you must rightly maintain motorcycle. As a rider, you must confirm your health status as well, you are not tired so
that at your best to control vehicle. YOLIshould not ride after taking drugs or alcohol, especially alcohol, even a small amount of

To avoid damage, you should do as follow:
I. Observance the traffic rules.
2. Keep sat distance with the other vehicles.
3. Over-speed is prohibit, the speed should be controlled within the roadway.
4. Wear the bright colored clothes.
5. Use the turning light, horn, brake ect correctly.
6. Be more careful when you at turning, crossway, park or there are blindfolds on the road.
7. Always be remember when it is overcast or rainy: the distance of brake is twice of the sunny day.
8. Be careful well cover, oil and moist on the road. Please slow down when you don't know the road condition.
9. Usually, the crosswind occurs at tunnel, valley or large vehicles exceed from the back, you should slow down when you drive
on abovementioned road condition.

10. When you are driving, the hand should grip the steering tube, the foot should step on the left and right footrest. The passenger
must clasp the driver waist; the foot should step on the left and right footrest ;the leg should as close as possible to the driver.

traffic accident if you don't wear the helmet.
Helmet, and eye protector
A proper, cozy and safe helmet serves as the most important protection. Because it can remarkably reduce the chance of hurting
the head and the degree of damage. Acolorful helmet can help you easily draw attention.
Ahelmet that exposes our face provides partial protection. Atotally-enclosed helmet provides an effective protection of your eyes
and vision.
Other protections .
The boot protects your foot and ankle. The leather glove prevents your bands from being scratched and burned. A suitable coat or
jacket can provide protection too. A costume that looks shiny and is able to reflect light helps you easily draw attention.
The motorcycle's muffler is the hottest part. To avoid scald by touching it, you should wear a long boot or a costume that protects
your leg when driving.
Loose, weird clothes is not helpful for safe driving. lt is easy to be hooked by the steer grip, starting lever, footrest as well as the
wheels.
Keep it in your mind that a good protector can serves as protection only. Don't neglect traffic rules even if you wear any kind of
protector.
Note: an excellent motorcycle driver always pays much attention to driving.

Warning: the users must obey the regulations by the traffic administration department. Casual modifying or dismantling
the original vehicle never guarantees Driving safety.
Dismantling or modifying of light, muffler, transmission controlling system or other parts makes your motorcycle illegal.
It is strongly commended that you should not dismantle any original parts or modify the vehicle in any possible way. By doing so
, the design of the motorcycle and its operation will be changed. The modifications mentioned above have an impact on the operation.

the market which could be installed on your motorcycle, but our company couldn't test it one by one, and can not directly control the
quality and application. The surface of some the other company's parts is look the same with the original parts, but actually, the effect
will be quite different. You must be responsible for yourself actions, if you select, install and use the other company's products. We
suggest that you ask your distributor to help you select high-quality parts on the market, and make the right installation. Please
according to the "safe driving rules," and pay attention to the followings:
1. To ensure that the parts do not affect the lighting, reduce ground clearance, angle, suspension stroke and direction of steering.
2. Any additional weight of accessories, or the accessories easy to head wind, the installation location should be as low as
possible, close to the body and near the center of gravity. Shelf and accessories must be carefully inspected to insure whether they are
installed firmly. Or, it will create dangerous.
3. To check the installation height of the accessories and roll angle whether they are appropriate, wrong installation will reduce
safety factors. Don't hinder the effective of shock absorber, turning and control functions.
4. It will severely create imbalance if the accessory is installed at the steering tube and front fork. This will reduce the sensitivity
of tuming, result front-wheel vibration, drive instability. You should installed the lowest weight parts on the steering tube and front
fork.5. Windshield boards, backrest, saddle bags, suitcases and so on are all head wind, easily lead to instability on the road. In
particular, when the crosswind occurs or the large vehicles interleaving evident. If you install the accessories incorrect or install with

inferior accessories, it will create dangerous. Therefore, you should be careful with the selection and installation the accessories.
6.The driver would be took the deviation from the normal position by some accessories, and it also would be limited ,not only
working space, but also operating ability.
7. Do not install additional engine cooling device.
8. Additional electrical parts would overload the existing electrical system, too much overload might damage the wiring, or cause
dangerous due to a short-term power outage.
9. Don't bring a trailer or sidecar, the design of this motorcycle without these purposes, it will affect the operation of motorcycle if
you do that.
Non our company's parts or improper maintain may cause serious injuries.

Motorcycle has requests on the weight distribution of the carried goods.
When you CatTY a passenger, you may probably feel the difference between acceleration and braking. But if you implement long-
term maintenance on the motorcycle, and there are good tyre and braking system, you could make safe driving in the limited loading.
Carrying tbe goods should be near the center of tbe center of the vehicle.
But if the loading surpass the limited loading, there are serious shaking, flutter and instability.
The focus of the carried goods should be near the center of the vehicle. All goods should be fastened to the vehicle, and have the
carried weight be average loaded on both sides, try to maintain the balance of the vehicle.
When the focus of the cargo center is far away frOI11 the vehicle's center, will affect the driver's the handling stability of the driver,
resulting in potential safety problems.
Please don't put large and heavy objects on steering handle, Erontshock absorber and fender, or will lead to travel not smooth and
shift-direction flexible.
According to the loaded weight and traffic situation, there are definite provisions on the atmospheric pressure of the tyre.

Direction lock
When packing and direction locked, turn steering handle bar to left end, then press the key
from " ~" (off) position, and turn anriclockwise direction to t, OJ" (lock) to lock steering
system, and take out the key; turn the direction lock on , tum clockwise direction to " l:SS) "
(off) , and take out the key 0
Attention: when the motorcycle stops, you must lock tbe steering system. 0 While driving a motorcycle, prohibit
rotating ignition switch key to the locked position of the direction lock, otherwise will cause the motorcycle out of control.

right , turn winker switch to "--+" , Front rear turning lights, the indicator of turning right in the meter light up.
When the winker switch in the middle, the front winker, rear winker and the indicator light off.
Caution: before change lane and take a turn on the road, you must give a turning signal. After finishing them, remember
to close the winker.
[Left Handlebar Controls}
Preset switch
Preset switch is on light handlebar ,there are two position, ,,~ .. and " n".
" ~ " Disconnect the entire circuit of motorcycle, the engine can not start or make the engine
flameout.
"n " Throughout the circuit closed of motorcycle. When the engine starting, the switch must be
at the location of " n ".
Electric start button
Electric start button located on the right handle switch component.
Operation: the preparatory work to start is completed, press the electric start button, at the same time rotate throttle handle to
hasten, you can start the engine.
Headlight switch

[ Fuel tank cover 1
Selection of fuel
Please use unleaded or low lead content ofNo.93 or more high-grade gasoline.
If the improper selection of fuel will have a knock or start the engine difficult, affecting the life of the engine, power, emissions,
and fuel consumption.
Fuel consumption economy is the speed at the given experimental conditions the measured value. Therefore, in accordance with
the actual moving of the climate, road conditions, vehicle maintenance and other conditions may change, the fuel consumption will be
different.
Ways to open the fuel tank cover
Inserting key into the fuel tank and then rotating the key can open the fuel tank lock.
When need to tum off. let the latch of the fuel tank cover direct at the trenches of fuel tank neck hole, and then press it between
the fuel tank neck bole can be locked and remove the key.
Attention:
Not to LIsehigh-pressure water washing fuel tank cover. so as to avoid water entering the tank.
When filling fuel into the fuel tank, should add filter net at the mouth of fuel tank.
Caution:
The fuel tank should not add too full, otherwise, the spill of oil will corrosive paint surface and plastic parts, but also may
cause tire. After adding fuel, you have to lock rightly the fuel tank cover.
Warning:
Gasoline is flammable and explosive goods. When fill fuel, prohibit smoking and away from tbe fire source. Should be
ventilated at an outdoor venue, turn off the engine before adding fuel.

[Assembly method of spare parts 1
Assembly note of fuel switch in negative pressure form
I. Pull out fuel line before using the new motorcycle, fill fuel
into carburetor via fuel line then insert the line into fuel switch
correctly, finally fill fuel into fuel tank so that engine starts faster.
2. Fuel line and negative pressure line must be assembled
correctly as per the 'figure. Otherwise, engine would not start
working or fuel would inject to engine wrongly which results to
engine breakdown causes by lubrication out of action.
3. Fuel line, carburetor, fuel switch, negative pressure pile and
inlet air pipe must be connected tightly and ensure that no leakage
phenomenon, or it will affect the normal use of engine.
Warning:
Fuel line and negative pressure pipe must not be connected incorrectly or it will cause a serious consequence.

[The selection of lubrication 1
Lubrication is a main factor that affects the performance of engine and engine's service life. It also has a slight effect on the
motorcycle emission. Therefore, lubrication must be selected and changed according to the regulations. The replacements, including
common oil, gear oil, plant oil, are not allowed besides oil additions.
Before the delivery, Oil 15W/40-SF for 4 stroke motorcycle is injected into this type of motorcycle. If Oil 15W 140-SF is
unavailable locally, SG or SJ gasoline engine oil in the API classification can be used as replacement. The quality rate must reach at
least SF in viscidity, when trying to use other types of lubrication.
The selection of lubrication must follow with different areas and various temperatures as
shown in the diagram on the right. When changing the lubrication, the old lubrication left in
crankcase must be drained up first, and then new lubrication can be injected in.
Note: The engine can be protected and its service life can be also extended by using
lubrication with good quality.

[Tyre]
The tyre for this type of motorcycle is designed according to its compatibility with the vehicle in order to guarantee such
operations as stable and comfortable driving, normal brake and etc.
To choose a proper tyre pressure makes sure that the motorcycle can be driven at the best stable state and with comfort, and the
tyre can be durable. It is suggested that the tyre pressure should be checked each time before the operation, and the ryre pressure
should be checked once a month or checked when you find the pressure inadequate.
Note:
Usually, inadequately-filled tyre would cause uneven wear. It also has a negative effect on the manipulation and usually, the tyre
will become overheating and be exploded.
Overly-filled tyre makes you feel the driving dumpy when driving. Usually, the tyre will become broken due to the uneven
pavement and prone to uneven wear.
It is suggested that you should check the tyres with eye-watch at least once a month, or measure the pressure with the instrument
when you think the pressure inadequate.
After driving for a few miles, the tyre pressure tends to be higher than it is when not used. Please have the tyre pressure checked 3
hours after you stop using the motorcyle and see if the pressure meets the standard:
Front tyre: 200 Kpa Rear tyre: 225Kpa
It is very dangerous to use overly-worn tyres. The pulling power, stability, turning and manipulation of the vehcile will be
affected ..
Before driving, the tyre should be checked for any possible crack, nail or other sharp object on it and to see if any dent or
distortion happens to the tyre and the wheel hub.
It likely to reduce the operating stability and lose control when you drive a motorcycle with overly-worn tyres. The tyre must be
changed when you find the depth of the tyre tread in the middle of the front tyre less than 1.6 mm. The tyre must be changed when
you find the depth of the tyre tread in the middle of the rear tyre less than 2mm.
Note: you should use a new ryre, instead of repairing it , if you find the tyre stabbed or broken.
The reparied tyre does not match a new one in performance. When the tyre has been reparied temporarily or for emergency, you
are supposed to drive it slowly to the dealer and change it. If possible, you are not allowed to carry any passenger or cargo before
fixing the new tyre.
The replacement must be the same as the old one in its classification and speci fication. You must make sure the tyres are

positioned in a state of equilibrium after fixing them.
Warning: Fixing improper tyres affects the operation and stability of the vehicle. This may lead to traffic accident and cause
severe injury or even death. Please use the tyre with the size and tbe classification suggested in the owner's manual.
3, OPERATION INSTRUCTION
[Running in period 1
Running in period means a method undertaken during the first leg to guarantee that the joints among different parts on a
motorcycle should be at the best state.
The mileage for a new motorcycle: 1000 km
Requirements during the running in period
1. to avoid full open throttle, the engine speed is no more than 6.5x 1000 rpm
2. each gear should be applied at least once.
3. avoid overloading.
4. oil must be changed for 3 times
The operation during the running in period acts as follows:
(j) 0-300km running-in
When driving, the throule twist grip should have no more than a half turn. You should stop the engine and cool it for 10 minutes
every other 30-l11inutes drive. You should apply frequently-changed speed and gear. Don't drive the vehicle long at a fixed throttle
position and a fixed gear.
(2) 300-600k111 Running-In
Please avoiding tum on throttle handle bar exceed two third when you drive. Forbidden drive by turn on throttle totally. The speed
and gearshi ft should be changed constantly. please make sure don't drive on the fixed throttle position and the fixed gearshift.
(3) 600-1 OOOkmRunning-In
Please avoiding turn on throttle handle bar exceed three fourths when driving. Forbidden drive by turn on throttle totally. The
speed and gearshift should be changed constantly, please make sure don't drive on the fixed throttle position and the fixed gearshift.
Please change oil during running-in period
It is required that you sbould change oil during running-in period( IOOOkm).

Jt means that it would be changed at 300km, 600km and IOOOkmseparately and at about 1500km after then.
The quality of oil: you'd better use 15W/40-SF oil or more higher.
The purpose of changing oil: to getting out the tiny iron, which is produced by the engine working parts, keeping engine cleanly.
[f engine is broken at the running-in period, please ask the designed examination shop.
Note: Please maintenance after finishing running-in to repairing mirror wear, and prolong the engine life.
[Examination before Driving]
It is important that checking your motorcycle carefully before driving, if there is any problem, please repair or contact with the
distributor.
Maybe it will spend you several minutes for check tbe motorcycle but which is also save your time when you repair the bike on
the road and ensure a safe driving.
Item Examination Point
Oil Adding oil accord to inquiring, and eheck engine whether it is leak.
Fuel Oil Adding fuel oil accord to inquiring. Also please check oil tank, oil switch.

Brake System Checking the liquid level, operating and free way of brake, and adjusting when necessary.

Throttle Cable Checking whether the operation is smooth. Adding lubricating oil and adjusting necessary.
Light and Signal Checking head light, brake light, turning light. position light and horn to confirm whether it is well.
Driving China Checking the tension degree and lubrication of chain. Adjusting when necessary.
Steering Machanism Checking the flexibility and the stability of the steering stem.
Connection Parts/Fastening Parts Checking all connection parts and fastened
parts.
Switch Checking whether the operation is right.

[Starting Motorcycle 1
Warning: Make sure the main stand is at the most stand position, not other position.
Dangers: There is poisonous carbon monoxide gas from the exhaust. It will accumulate the high carbon monoxide gas rapidly, so
please don't start engine at the enclosed space(such as the closed garage). Even open the garage, also please stan engine during
driving motorcycle from there.
If clutch is out of use, please change timely, otherwise it will happen accident .Forbidden start engine when the clutch gear
engage, otherwise it will break the spare parts or it will happen accident.
Preparing Work When Starting
(1) Tum on ignition switch: Turn ignition switch to " () " position, and tum preset switch off to " () " position.
(2) Close air choke: Push handle grip to close (please push air choke to full open position when idle speed is stability).
(3)Please make gearshift to free ( free indictor "N" is on) .It can be changed to low or free when using electric star. Clutch handle
grip is hold by left hand (get om of clutch). The prepare of starting is finished.
Foot Starting
When the preparing work of starting is finished, please step up starting ann by foot, and also turning handle grip for throttle to
starting engine.(Make sure air choke is on full open position when ideal speed is stable.)When using foot starting, it must step up
rapidly and powerful, so that enough torque make crankshaft rotating to start engine.
Electric Starting
When the preparing work of staring is finished, please twll off electric starting button, also turn throttle handle grip to starting
engine. (Make sure air choke is on full open position when ideal speed is stable.)
Note:
(l )Please loose button immediately within 3-5 seconds when using electric starting button, otherwise the battery life would be
influenced, because it is discharged too fast.
(2)When engine is started, please release the electric starting button immediately. When engine is working, the operation of
electric starting button is not allowed, otherwise engine would be broken easily.
(3)lf engine can not be started within three times, please use foot starting, so that avoiding the power of battery is broken too
much to shorl the life.
(4)When using foot staring, please don't step up starting rod powerful to avoiding hunt your foot or break parts.
(5)For electric and foot staring engine, it can not use together.

[Driving Motorcycle]
Operation of changing gearshift
(1)When engine is idling, pull in the clutch lever to disengage the clutch by left band and step up
gearshift arm by left foot to shift into lst gear.
(2)Slowly release the clutch lever to engage tbe clutch and at the same time gradually increase
engine speed to ensure a smooth start motorcycle.
(3)When the motorcycle attains a steady speed, and then slowly reduce the engine speed, and getting
out of clutch .and shift to 2nd gear .and then increase the engine speed, and at the same time release
clutch lever slowly to ensure a smooth start motorcycle.
(4)Deceleration before shift into low gear. Please increase engine speed before you shift into low gear to avoiding the
transmission parts and rear wheel is broken.
(5)Repeat the above operation to shift into the high gear and the low gear.
(6)When change the gear, please make sure stepping up the gearshift arm is on right position ,and then release clutch.
Note: Any gearshift can not increase speed to the red space of the meter. When starting motorcycle, and the gearshift is on free
.and the indictor show green light. You'd better loose clutch lever slowly to make sure whether it is on free shift .
Dangers: It is dangerous that run with free shift (or disengage the clutch) at any time. If it engage the clutch or reduce throttle,
forbidden changing gearshift. Otherwise engine, transmission system and other parts would be broken.
(6)After cool starting, make sure warm lip engine .and do not drive on road directly.
(7)Please accelerate stability after starting (turning the throttle handle grip).
GUIDE TO SAFETYDRlVING:
The alone lise of brake lever or brake pedal will weaken the effect of braking. The excessive LIseof the braking maybe cause the
wheel hugged deadly to reduce tbe control ability of the vehicle.
When driving in wet-slippery or rainy or soft road condition, the ability of driving and braking will be declined. Such a case, the
driver should operate steadily. Instantaneous acceleration, braking or turning maybe cause the failure of braking. For safety, keep alert
when braking, accelerating or turning.

When go down to long steep slope, please lower the gear for engine braking and use front and rear braking disconnectively
Continuous braking will cause the brake shoes too hot resulting in the weakeness of braking effect.
Putting your feet on brake pedal or your hand on brake lever during driving make brake light flashing. It passes other drivers
wrong signal and it also lead brake shoes too heat and weaken the braking effect.
Forbidden sharp acceleration, turning and braking 011 the wet-slippery road, road rail, constructive workplace with steel plate etc,
otherwise it is easy to cause the tyre to slide toward side and loss of control even turn over. In such a case, you should decelerate in
advance and keep your bike steadily then use front and rear braking slowly. When turning, please return throttle lever or brake to lower
the speed avoid loss of the control to cause to slide toward side and turn over. When passing the vehicles which park on roads, please
give more attention to avoid drivers in parking vehicles can't see you and open the door ofvebiele.
Please check brake system after cleaning bikes avoid to weaken the braking performance.
PARKING
Gradually loosen throttle and go to lower gear to lower the speed and use front and rear braking to stop the bike. Then turn
ignition switch off and lock steering stem and take the key out. Please extend brake distance when the speed is high. Please make sure
the distance is enough to stop.
Only front braking or rear braking is dangerous. It will lead to slide or out of control.
If you need emergency braking, please close throttle and powerfully use brake pedal and brake lever. Before the vehicle
completely stop, pull the clutch lever back to avoid engine stopping working. Finally support the vehicle by main stand. In emergency
condition, press on the extinction switch to extinct the cngine off.
If parking by side stand,and on gradual slop,please hanging low gear to avoiding roll-over,because of turning over side stand.But
please remember link back to neutral gear.Put the vehicle on solid and flat ground to avoid falling.
WARNING:Wben parking, please make sure keep combustible material like hey or leaves away from the exhaust system.
