1. Unboxing
When a cradle compatible with the ZEB Revo RT system is received, it will be pre-assembled with
the datalogger mounting plate attached on the side of the cradle and the scanner head mounting
plate attached to the base.
A screw accessory kit will also be included which contains all of the screws needed to attached the
ZEB Revo RT system to the cradle.

2. Assembly
Step 1. Remove the scanner mounting plate from the base of the cradle. This can be done by
unscrewing the two fixing screws on the side of the plate.

Step 2. Unscrew the handle from the ZEB Revo RT scanner head using the orange thumb screw.

Step 3. Fix the mounting plate to the back of the scanner head using three M4 x 8mm CAP screws
as shown in Figure 4. These screws are provided with the mounting plate.

Step 4. Re-attach the mounting plate (with the scanner head attached) to the base of the cradle
using the fixing screws.

Step 5. Remove the universal mounting plate from the cradle and attach the back of the RT
datalogger to it using four M4 x 12mm CSK screws in mounting holes E. These screws are provided
in the screw accessory kit.

Step 6. Re-attach the universal mounting plate (with the datalogger attached) to the cradle.
Step 7. Attach the battery onto the front of the datalogger by sliding it towards the base

Step 8. Connect one end of the ZEB Revo RT main cable into the datalogger and the other end into
the side of the scanner. Ensure the red dots on the casing of the cable are aligned with the dots on
the system component.

The ZEB Revo RT is now set up with the cradle. Please refer to the ZEB Revo RT User Manual (with
GeoSLAM Connect) for further information about how to operate the system.
