1. Unboxing
When a cradle compatible with the ZEB Go system is received, it will be pre-assembled with the
datalogger fixing screws attached on the side of the cradle and the scanner head mounting plate
attached to the base.
A screw accessory kit will also be included which contains all of the screws needed to attached the
ZEB Go system to the cradle.

2. Assembly
Step 1. Remove the scanner mounting plate from the base of the cradle. This can be done by
unscrewing the two fixing screws on the side of the plate.

Step 2. Unscrew the handle from the ZEB Go scanner head using the orange thumb screw.

Step 3. Fix the mounting plate to the back of the scanner head using three M4 x 8mm CAP screws
as shown in Figure 4. These screws are provided with the mounting plate.

Step 4. Re-attach the mounting plate (with the scanner head attached) to the base of the cradle
using the fixing screws.

Step 5. Remove the battery from the ZEB Go datalogger. Attach the base of the datalogger to the
side of the cradle using the two fixing screws provided.

Step 6. Re-attach the battery to the datalogger and connect the power cable.

Step 7. Connect one end of the ZEB Go main cable into the datalogger and the other end into the
side of the scanner. Ensure the red dots on the casing of the cable are aligned with the dots on the
system component.

The ZEB Go is now set up with the cradle. Please refer to the ZEB Go User Manual for further
information about how to operate the system.
