HA323 User Manual
HA323 series thermostats are used to control electric heating system.
It’s showing the following items: working status（heating ）,output display（ ）, room
temperature(Celsius + Fahrenheit), device temperature, temperature setting point, time etc.
Key pad includes: on/off（ ）, mode（ ）、clock（）and temperature setting（▲ ▼）.

Operation
On/Off &Setting temperature
 On/Off: Press “ ” to turn on, press “ ” again to turn off thermostat and its output.
 Setting temperature: When power on, press “” to reduce set-point, press “” to raise set-point. (0.5℃ / 1℉
changed once)
 Control of heating equipment: When the room temperature is lower 1℃ /2℉than the set-point , the thermostat opens
the heating equipment, and the LCD displays “ ”; When the room temperature reaches the set-point, thermostat closes
the heating equipment, the symbol “ ” disappear on the LCD.
Sensing mode selection
 Turn off the thermostat, press “M+” 10 seconds, when display “1” at top right corner, and then press “” or “” to
choose the sensing mode “02, 03, 04 ” displayed in the area of temperature display, parameter as below:
02: floor sensor
03: room sensor and floor sensor (under this mode, please connect the floor sensor, otherwise the thermostat display error)
04: room sensor
Error :
 single room/floor sensor fault, display E1； double sensor, room sensor fault, display E1, floor sensor fault, display E2.
Note:
1 the length of floor sensor wire is within 20m
2 when temperature higher than 55℃(131℉), display “HI”，lower than 0℃(32℉) display “LO”.
Manual mode, timing on/off and 4periods selection
 turn on thermostat，press“ ” 3seconds，LCD will display “XX”，press “▲” or “▼” to select, 01 means manual mode,
temperature is no change after setting well, 02 means timing on/off, 03 means 4periods mode.
Clock and timing on/off setting
 Press “” ,and “hh” of “hh:mm” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust hour, press “”, “mm” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to
adjust minute; Press “”, “week” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust Mon to Sun.
 Timer on/off setting: Press “”, till to display “ON” and “hh” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust hour of timer on. Press
“”, “mm” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust minute of timer on. Press “”, “OFF” appear and “hh” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to
adjust hour of timer off. Press “”, “mm” flash, press “▲” or “▼” to adjust minute of timer off. The settings will be valid only
one day.
 Cancel timing on/off function: two ways, 1 set hour and minute of timing on/off into “--”; 2 according to “Manual mode,
timing on/off and 4periods selection” to select 01 or 03.
Working day/rest day 4periods setting
 Working day setting: first period：press“” till display “1”and“MON TUE WED THU FRI”，and then press“▲” or “▼”to

set the time; press “”, then“℃” display, the temperature is the set-point of the first period, the same setting way for other
periods.
 Rest day setting: press“” till display“1” and “SAT SUN”, the same setting way as working day.
Please set different value at different periods to avoid the thermostat abnormal
The factory default value as follow:

 Cancel working day/rest day 4periods program, please change thermostat into manual mode(01) or timing on/off
mode(02).
Key lock function
 Key lock: thermostat will be locked after 30seconds without operation
 Unlock: press“ ” and “” 10seconds, lock is invalid.
Reading/setting the temperature of equipment
 Reading temperature: turn on thermostat, press “M”, “Room” disappear, display “ ” and “ ” flash, then “XX℃”is
the temperature of equipment, S1 type without the function
 Setting the protection temperature: turn off thermostat, press “ ”+“” 10seconds, display “Set XX℃” (or XX), and
then press“” or“” to adjust the protection temperature, the temperature range :20～90℃(68~194℉), factory default
60℃(or 140℉).
Celsius and Fahrenheit selection
 Under Off, Press “M” and “▼” 10seconds till display “C” or “F” to select the temperature display, when power on, it will
work under “C” or “F”.
Low temperature protection
 When the low temperature protection is valid, thermostat turns off , when the room temperature (or the floor
temperature ) is lower than 5℃( 41℉), thermostat will be turned on automatically and display “ ”, and start heating
system. When the room temperature (or the floor temperature ) reaches 7℃(45℉), thermostat will close output.
Low temperature protection setting
 Turn off the thermostat, press “M” and keep 3seconds，display “00” or “01”，press “” or “” to adjust the value. “00”
means invalid, “01” means valid. Factory default “00”.

Installation
Note: Be sure to connect all the wires as per the wiring diagrams and keep it away from water, mud and other
material so as to prevent the unit being spoiled!
1. Open the front
