4.1 – SAFETY DEVICES
The machine is equipped with the following safety devices:
The electric horn sounds:
1 when the coolant temperature is too high
2 by manual operation with pushbutton
3 when the hydraulic oil temperature is too high
The buzzer sounds:
1 when the unit is going in reverse
2 when the maximum limit of frontal load is overcome
The engine does not start when:
1 when the operator is not seated on the seat
2 the selector of hydraulic taking is in ON position (not for S series)
3 the second pump is engaged (not for S series)
4 the operator even if seated on the seat, press one of the two pedals to move the machine
ANTIROLLOVER DEVICE : Stability sensor
On Turboloader is installed a device with a buzzer and a bright signal that advice, in
condition of job the dancer of rollover. When it works with loads frontally suspended
the led signals if we are effecting a job in safety. More it draws near a maximum
limit of load the light and the buzzer start to work, and it advises the operator the
danger situation. From this moment, on the series M and H is not more possible
activate the telescopic arm, but is only possible retract the frontal load.
WHEN THE LIGHT AND THE BUZZER ARE ON, IS MANDATORY DO
NOT EXECUTE ANY MOVMENT OF THE ARM THAT CAN ALLOW TO
DISPLACE AHEAD THE BARICENTER OF THE LOAD
THE OPERATOR CAN WORK ONLY IF ALL THESE DEVICES ARE
OPERATING.
Check the above described function of the electric horn and of the buzzer
Check the non-starting of the engine in each of the 4 described conditions. It is important for safety that
the test with operator out of place and with absence of hand brake is executed on a level ground and with
the operator standing little up from the seat itself.

and different distances.
REQUIREMENTS FOR USE:
The values are valid in the following conditions :
- The weight raised includes the weight of the frontal attachment (see technical features of the attachment).
- The weight raised has the center of gravity at 50 cm of the boom plate.
- The work surface must not be sloping and irregular.
- The machine must not be steering.
- The weight must be positioned in the middle of the attachment.
- The operator must be on board.

DECIDETO GO DOWN FROM THE MACHINE. EVERY ACTION NOT EXPRESSLY DESCRIBED
IN THIS MANUAL IS OF TOTAL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WORKER.
THE USE OF THE MACHINE IS CONSENTED ONLY IF THE LED OF THE ANTIROLLOVER DEVICE

9 – TRANSPORT
THE MOVING OF THE LOADER CAN ONLY BE EFFECTED WITH ENGINE TURNED ON
THROUGH HIS OWN CONTROLS .
The car if equipped of homologation for the road circulation, conforming to the in force legislation in the country
of use, can move to pubblic roads.
If it was unprovided it is Obligatory to enliven it through a fit (truck, towing etc.)
The machine may be transported either unpackaged or palletized.
It must be firmly fixed and fastened to the transporter loading platform.
Block the Loader using a handle brake. Block also the articulation joint using the equipment lock.
Effect the load and the unload of the Loader using and fixing homologated loading ramp at the mean of
transport. The slope of the ramp cannot be superior of 13° (see picture below).
If the machine is palletized, use a forklift.
FOR A PERFECT SAFETY BALANCING IS OPPORTUNE TO CLIMB ON THE RAMP WITH AT LEAST
ONE OF THE FITTINGS ATTACHED TO THE MACHINE
If there is not the possibility to use the loading ramp, lifting must be carried out by fixing suitable slings in 4 positions,
2 in the front side of the machine, and 2 on the rear side (see picture below).

ARTICULATION JOINT BLOCK
The articulation joint block is used during the transport and lifting phases
to block the machine. In the Turboloader is necessary block the
articulation joint using the special lock equipment (see the side picture).
Remember always to remove the lock before to restart the engine.
USE ALWAYS THE LOCK DURING THE TRANSPORT AND LIFTING PHASES TO AVOID
DAMAGES ON PERSONS, ANIMALS OR THINGS DURING THESE MOVEMENTS .
BY – PASS ( we must decide if insert this paragraph )
In case of anomalies where is necessary stop immediately the machine, is possible carry out littles
displacements of it, operated on BY-PASS device. The picture below shows the position of the By-pass.
On the M and H series, the tow of the machine it is possible only raising the frontal wheels and acting on

The parking brake on Turboloader S322-S328 can be operated manually
pulling the lever towards yourself. For the release, pull it towards yourself, lift
if slightly and release.
On the models M280 - H360 - H440 and H440-2S the engines on the front
wheels are equipped with hydraulic brake. The parking brake can be applied in
two ways:
1) Operation with pedal. It is mainly used during working phases if small
displacements and unit blocking are required, for ex. when using a bucket.
2) Operation with a button, if the unit blocking is required for a long period.
Using this operation it is possible to get out of the unit without it shuts off.
The brake disengages both forward and reverse everytime the pedal for
moving is applied.
This to protect the brakes on the hydraulic engines, in case the operator forgets
the unit braked. When the pedals are released, the unit blocks again.

It is allowed the use of the vertical setting only in the first position, because the machine, with 4-post ROPS or with
CAB is equipped also with FOPS structure.
MULTIFUNCTION JOYSTICK SERIES M and H
The hydraulic multifunction joystick commands the greatest part of the moves of the Turboloader, and it is
directly integrated with the guide position to avoid during the normal working operation some errors of move
that could bring damages to things/persons and/or animals presents in the ray of action of the machine.
The following picture shows the main functions.
