Fixez l'ancre (B) au sac de frappe (A) en retirant la
goupille à vis et poussez l'ancre vers le bas autour
du trou en plastique (H) dans le sac de frappe.
Remettez la goupille à vis dans l'ancre.
2 : DÉVISSER LE BOUCHON
Retirez le bouchon de remplissage (G) du sac de
frappe à l'aide d'un tournevis.
3 : REMPLIR LE SAC
Connectez le raccord d'eau en plastique (F) au
robinet, puis insérez le tuyau (E) dans le trou de
remplissage (I) et ouvrez lentement l'eau pour
remplir le sac.
Placez un seau ou une serviette au sol sous le sac
de frappe en cas de surremplissage.
5 : ACCROCHER LE SAC
Fixez le sac en attachant l'ancre à l'extrémité
suspendue de la chaîne (C) avec le clip mousque-
ton (D). Accrochez le sac à une poutre de support
ou à un support de sac lourd autoportant.
Votre sac de frappe est maintenant prêt à l'emploi.
4 : VISSER LE BOUCHON
Insérez le bouchon à vis et serrez-le.

1: ATTACH THE ANCHOR
HEAVY BAG (A), HEAVY BAG ANCHOR (B), HEAVY
BAG CHAIN (C), CARABINER CLIP (D), HOSE (E),
WATER CONNECTION (F)
Attach the anchor(B) to the Heavy Bag(A) by
removing the screw pin and push the anchor down
around the heavy plastic hole(H) .Place the screw
pin back into the anchor.
2: UNSCREW THE PLUG
Remove the fill plug(G) from the Heavy Bag using
a head screwdriver.
3:FILL THE BAG
Attach the plastic water connection(F) with the
faucet, then insert the hose(E) into the fill hole(I)
and slowly turn on the water to fill the bag.
Place a bucket or towel on the floor under the
Heavy Bag in case of overfill.
5: HANG THE BAG
Secure the bag by attaching the anchor to the
hanging end of the chain(C) with a carabiner clip(D).
Hang the bag to a support beam or free-standing
heavy bag stand.
Your Heavy Bag is now ready to use.
4: SCREW IN THE PLUG
Insert the screw plug and tighten.
