Basic Free-Standing Assembly
1-Slide the main
frameuprights over
thestationary legs.
2-Insert the straight spacer in between the main frame uprights.

Basic Chairmounted Assembly
1-Slide the mobility
castersinto the bottom
slotof the main frame.
2-Insert the straight spacer in between the main frame uprights.
3-Attach the wheelchair
extensionrod to the
mainframe upright.
4- Attach thewheelchair
clampstothewheelchair
extensionrod.
5-Attach the angle adapter rod to the wheelchair
extensionrod and the main frame upright (using
theangle adapter knob to connect the rod to the
mainframe upright).
Hockey Equipment Assembly
1-Aftercompletingeither
thebasicfreestanding
assemblyorthebasic
chairmountedassembly,
attachthehockeyblades
totheswivelrodsonthe
mainframeuprights.
2-Attach the swivel
Tsto the top of the
swivelrods.
3-Attach the long
resistanceband to the
insideeyebolts.
4-Attach the dual-action
connectorcord tothe
outsideeye bolts.
Baseball Equipment Assembly
1-After completing either the basic freestanding
assemblyor the basic chairmounted assembly,
replacethe straight spacer with the gooseneck
spacerand adjust it to the smaller width setting.
2-Attach the bat on to
theswivel rod. 3- Attach the short resistanceband to the
batand the gooseneck
spacer.
4-Slide the batting tee
overthe swivelrod.
5-Attach the pull strap
tothe dual-action
connectorcord.

Basketball Launcher Assembly
1-After completing either
thebasic freestanding
assemblyor the basic
chairmountedassembly,
insertthe frame
extensionrods.
2-Attach the basketball launcher to the eyebolts on top of
theextension rods.
3-Attach the pull strap to the back of the
basketballlauncher.
Golf Equipment Assembly
1-After completing either the basic freestanding
assemblyor the basic chairmounted assembly,
replacethe straight spacer with the gooseneck
spacer(gooseneck pointing down).
2-Attach the putter to
thegooseneck spacer.
3-Attach the short
resistanceband to the putter
andgooseneck spacer.
4-Attach the pull strap to
theputter.

Catch Sock Assembly
1-NOTE: FOR
FREESTANDING
ASSEMBLY ONLY.After
completingthe basic
freestandingassembly,
adjustthe frame to the
smallerwidth setting.
2-Insert the frame extension rods.
3-Slide the catch sock over the frame extension rods.

theframe extension rods.
2-Slide 4 or 5 O-rings, on each
side,over the frame extension
rodsand along the top and
bottom.
3-Slide 4 or 5 O-rings through
thesuper resistance band.
4-Attach the super resistance
bandto the eyebolts on the
frameextension rods.
5-Attach the net to the S-hooks
(onthe O-rings).
