1. Read all instructions before operating the appliance for the rst time.
2. This appliance is intended to be used in household.
3. Do not use the appliance for other than intended or specied purposes.
4. Check to ensure that the electricity supply matches that as shown on the rating plate.
5. To avoid electrical shock, do not place the cord, plug or main unit in water or
other liquids.
6. Do not operate appliance with wet hands or operate in a wet working environment.
7. Always protect the power cable from undue exing and wearing – do not allow
the cable to hang off edge of the counter or table. If the supply cord is damaged,
disconnect the product from any power source, and contact after sales support.
8. Keep the appliance and power cable away from heat sources and hot surfaces.
9. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, only if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
10. Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
11. Do not use this appliance with an external timer or separate remote-control
system of any kind.
12. Be very cautions when removing the plate during or after operation from the
cavity as the temperature inside can be very high. It is highly recommended
to use oven mitts to remove the cooking plate and for safety, face away from
human body to let the cooking plate drip off into the bath water to cool down.
13. Do not store non-food items in the appliance.
14. Always use only the freshest ingredients.
15. Ensure all meat, seafood and poultry have been refrigerated and is not
contaminated.
16. Wash hands before performing any food preparation.
17. Do not share a power socket with other appliances to avoid overloading.
18. Please ll the tank with clean water before usage.
19. Water will be evaporated in 45-55 minutes. Please ll the water to tank when
the tank is empty.
20. The appliance will be hot when operate. Please open the door at a 30-degree
angle for 1-2 seconds to allow steam to escape and water on glass door to
drip off to avoid scalding.
21. To avoid injury, the appliance will stop working when the appliance door is
open during operation.Then resume to work after door is closed.
22. Metals and chemicals are not allowed to put inside the water tank.
23. Before cleaning or moving the appliance, please unplug the appliance and take out
the water tank. Otherwise there is risk of water overow and damage this appliance.
In order to avoid any risk, do not take out the water tank before unplug the appliance.

*For a crispy result on the surface of chicken, try to add some honey / vegetable oil on it
and use the “BAKE” function (DIY mode) for few more minutes.
**For MEAL setting under “STEAM” function can be used to cook rice while the MEAL setting
in “BAKE” and “STEAM + BAKE” functions can only used for reheating rice or food.
Read all of the instruction included in this manual.
Make sure that the appliance is unplugged.
Remove any packaging material and promotional labels before using the
appliance for the rst time. Wash the Grill Rack & Grill Plate in warm soap water
before rst use. Thoroughly dry, then assemble. Position the appliance on a rm
level table or bench.
You may notice a slight odour from the main unit on rst use. This is
normal and expected for the rst operation.

After each operation, clean the water in the drip tray and put back to the
appliance for next use.
*For STEAM / STEAM + BAKE / AUTO-CLEAN function, there will be steam
pumping sound from the appliance and this is normal.
Plug into the power source to hear the “beep” sound,and press the Power button
1 - 2 seconds to switch on the appliance, the “STEAM” function icon will keep ashing.

otate the “Function knob” to select the “STEAM”, “BAKE”, “STEAM+BAKE”,
“DEFROST”, “WARM” or “FERMENTATION” functions. Press the “Function knob”
once to conrm one of the function and enter into the food menu for further selection.
The appliance has default the required cooking temperature and running time for all
functons. (Except the DIY Cooking mode in “STEAM”, “BAKE” and “STEAM+BAKE”
functions) Please refer to “Function menu Temperature and Running time” section
on page 5 for details.
Press “Start” button after selected the food menu / DIY setting. Then the
appliance will start cooking.

2. Makes the air to cycle in the cavity, quickly circulation.
3. It produces more even heat all over the food by air.
4. Convection Hot Steam provides faster cooking in many cases than regular radiant
types of oven and gives food a more crispy and golden colour on the surface.
After re–assembling the appliance, we recommend that you run it at the highest
t
emperature (230˚C) with “BAKE” function DIY mode for approximately 15 minutes
to eliminate any packing residue that may remain after shipping. This will also
remove all traces of odor initially present.
1. When the water rell light indicator is ashing , ll up the water tank as
described as follow:
2. Hold the water tank handle and take out the water tank from the appliance vertically.
3. Open the water tank cover.
4. Fill the water but not ll over the Max. marking line.
5. Close the water tank cover and put the tank back to the appliance. The water
rell light indicator will go off.
Turn off the appliance and unplug before lling the water.

1. Rotate the “Function knob” to select “STEAM” / “BAKE” or “
STEAM+BAKE”
function. The specic LED light will ash while selecting.
2. Press the “Function knob” to enter the DIY cooking mode or food
interface of preset menus.
3. Rotate the “Function knob” to select the desired food menus / DIY
cooking mode.
4. When entered the DIY cooking mode under “BAKE” / “STEAM+BAKE”
function, rotate the “function knob” to adjust the required Temperature
from 80 to
230 degree and from 80 to 125 degree under “STEAM” function
and then press the knob again to adjust the required Running
Time from
5-120 minutes.
5. When selected other food menus except DIY cooking mode, rotate the
“function knob” to select the running time out of three different default
time per menu. Please refer to the Page 5 “Function menu temperature and
running time” list in details.
6. Press “Start” button to conrm all settings and the appliance starts
cooking, the timer will start counting down the process.
7. Once the timer nished counting down, the appliance will beep ve times
and stop operation. Press “Return” button to resume to stand-by mode.
8. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Return” button .
The appliance will resume to stand-by mode.

the timer will start counting down the process.
5. Once the timer nished counting down, the unit will beep ve times and
stop operation. Press “Return” button to resume to stand-by mode.
6. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Return” button .
The appliance will resume to stand-by mode.

1. It is recommended to run the Auto-clean function after every cooking operation.
2. Press “Auto-Clean Button” to enter the Auto-clean function.
3. Press “Start” button to start the Auto-clean function, the timer wil start
counting down.
4. Once the timer nished counting down, the unit will beep ve times and
stop operation. Press “Return” button to resume to stand-by mode.
5. To cancel the selected mode, press the “Return” button .
The appliance will resume to stand by mode.
6. After the appliance has completely cooled down, wipe the exterior and interior
of unit with a damp cloth. Pull out the steam nozzle cover and wipe with a
damp cloth. Then put back into the steam nozzle.
Turn off the appliance, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before
cleaning. Wipe the exterior and interior with a damp cloth. Wash the Grill rack and
Grill Plate in warm soap water, ensure they are completely dry before storing.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or similar material to clean the
appliance and accessories. Ensure each part is cleaned before and after use.

2秒避免蒸氣燙傷。
21.為避免受傷,在本機工作時打開機門,本機將即時停止工作,機門關妥後再
次回復工作。
22.水箱內不可加入任何金屬或化學物質。
23.避免任何損壞本機及風險,清潔及移動本機前,拔除電源並取出水箱。拔除

*若要加強雞表面的香脆口感,可於食物表面上塗些蜜糖/食用油,再用“BAKE烤焗”功
能多烤數分鐘便可。
**當使用“STEAM蒸煮”功能中的Meal程式可以蒸煮米飯,而“STEAM+BAKE蒸+焗”
及“BAKE烤焗”功能中的Meal程式是用於翻熱米飯及食物的。

使用說明
首次使用前
-請先詳閱本說明書
-確保本機電源仍未連接,把所有包裝移除,第一次使用前用暖肥皂水清洗烤架
及烤盤,待乾後把本機組裝好,把本機放在平坦的枱面上使用。請保持最少每
邊10厘米及頂部50厘米的空間距離。不可阻礙或覆蓋本機排氣口及入氣口。
注意:第一次使用時可能會有一些異味,這是正常的。
-把本機組裝好後,建議使用“BAKE烤焗功能(DIY模式)”並調到最高溫度230
度運作15分鐘以消除可能殘留的任何包裝殘留物。這也將除去最初存在的所有
氣味。
關於360度熱風對流
-360度熱風對流設計,是利用熱風把熱力快速傳遞到食品上(蒸和烤)。對流加
熱一般比傳統加熱方式快捷及循環,使食物外脆內嫩和使食物顏色均勻。
開啟本機:
把電源線插入電源插座便聽到“咇”一聲,進入待機模式。然後按著開/關按鈕
1-2秒以啟動本機,啟動本機後“STEAM蒸煮”功能標誌燈將閃動。
功能選擇:
以旋轉方式轉動功能旋鈕選擇功能目錄上的“STEAM蒸煮”、“BAKE烤
焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”、“DEFROST解凍”、“WARM保溫”
及“FERMENTATION發酵”功能。選定其中一項功能後,按一下功能旋鈕確
認並進入17項食品目錄及DIY自選煮食程式功能。
本機已將17項不同的食品目錄功能預設所需的溫度及時間(而“STEAM蒸煮”
、“BAKE烤焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能內的“DIY”
自選煮食程式
功能
除外)。相關的煮食溫度及時間詳情,可參閱本說明書第12頁的“功能目錄相關溫
度及時間表”部份。
完成選擇食品目錄功能後,再按一下“啟動按鈕” 以啟動功能,本機便開始
已選定的煮食功能。
每次使用後,清理盛水盤內水份並放回機身內。
當使用蒸煮/蒸+焗/自動清洗功能時,將會有蒸氣抽水聲音由本機發出,這是
正常現象。

“STEAM蒸煮”、“BAKE烤焗”、“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能:
1.以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇功能目錄上的“STEAM蒸煮”
、“BAKE烤焗”或“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”功能,相關功能顯示燈將閃
動。
2.按一下“功能旋鈕” 進入17項食品目錄及DIY自選煮食程式。
3.以旋轉方式轉動“功能旋鈕” 選擇食品目錄或DIY自選煮食程式。
4.當選擇“DIY”功能時,按一下“功能旋鈕” 。然後轉動“功能旋鈕”
以選擇溫度範圍由 80 至 125 度 (於STEAM蒸煮功能) 及 80 至 230 度 (於
BAKE烤焗及STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤功能)。
5.當選擇其他功能時,轉動“功能旋鈕” 改善運作時間,每個功能預設3個
不同蒸煮時間,請參閱第12頁“功能目錄相關溫度及時間表”。
6.按一下“啟動按鈕” 以開始煮食功能,運作時間將開始倒數。
7.當運作時間完成倒數後,將有五聲“咇” 聲響起,按“返回按鈕” 進入待
機模式。
8.可按“返回按鈕” 取消已選擇功能,本機將進入待機模式。
“DEFROST解凍”、“WARM保溫”及“FERMENTATION發酵”功能:

注水方法
-請先拔除插頭以免發生意外。
-當注水提示燈 閃動時,按以下步驟注水。
-手持水箱頂蓋把手垂直拉出水箱。
-打開水箱頂蓋。
-注入清水,請勿超過水箱上的最高注水線(MAXLINE)。
-關下水箱頂蓋並放回機內。
-注水指示燈將熄滅。
注意:注水前必須關上本機及拔除插頭
注意:使用“STEAM蒸煮”,“STEAM+BAKE蒸+烤”和“AUTO-CLEAN自
動清洗”前,請先注水。

自動清洗功能
清潔和儲存
1.建議每次烹煮後,使用“自動清洗”功能。
2.按一下“自動清洗按鈕” 選擇自動清洗模式。
3.按一下“啟動按鈕” 以開始功能,運作時間將開始倒數。
4.當運作時間完成倒數後,將有五聲“咇” 聲響起,按“返回按鈕” 進入
待 機模式。
5.可按“退回按鈕” 取消已選擇功能,本機將進入待機模式。
6.待本機完全冷卻後,
可使用濕布清潔本機的內及外部,拉出蒸氣口塞咀並使
用濕布清潔,完成後放回蒸氣出口。
在清潔前,把本機的插頭拔除和待本機完全冷卻,用濕布抺主機的機身內部及
外部。烤架及烤盤可以用清潔劑清洗,收藏前所有配件都必須乾爽。
注意 :不可用有磨損性的清潔劑、鋼絲刷等清潔工具作清洗,確保每件配件使用
前都已經清潔。
警告 :
不要嘗試打開或自行修理本機。這樣做可能會導致保養失效,並導致本產品損
壞或人身傷害。
