Installation
1 Preparing for installation
CAUTION: Always shut off the water supply before
removing an existing faucet or replacing any part of a
faucet. Open the faucet handle to relieve water pressure
and ensure that the water is completely shut off.
□Shut off the water supply. Remove the old faucet.
Clean the surface in preparation for the new
faucet.
□Loosen the set screw (J) pre-assembled to the
spout (A) with the Hex wrench (Hex: 2.5mm, E),
rotate the spout (A) about 90° to face the spout
(A) towards the front, then tighten the set screw
(J) with the Hex wrench (Hex: 2.5mm, E). Rotate
the bracket (1) about 90° to face the bracket (1)
towards the front.
2 Installing the escutcheon
□Place the escutcheon (N) over the standpipe (M)
and then push it to the base.

3 Installing the standpipe to
mixer
□Thread the hot and cold supply onto the mixer
(K).
□Install the standpipe (M) onto the mixer (K)
and tighten set screw (L) with the Hex wrench
(Hex: 2.0mm, F). Make sure that the screw
holes (1) are behind the standpipe (M).
4 Drilling the holes & Making the
waterline connections
□Mark the locations for the screws with a pencil
(1). With an electric drill (2), drill three 1/4 in.
diameter holes for the screws in the oor.
Place the anchors (P) into the holes.
□Connect the exible supply lines (3) to the water
supplies (4).
NOTE: Do not reverse the hot and cold supply.

Connecting the shower hose
□Connect one end of the shower hose (C) to the
mixer (K) and the other end to the showerhead (B).
□Ensure the washer (1) is placed into each end
for seal.

5 Securing the faucet assembly
□Ensure the standpipe (M) sits ush against the
nished oor surface. Then secure the standpipe
(M) using screws (O).
□Push the escutcheon (N) over the standpipe (M)
base so that it sits ush against the nished
oor surface.

Care and Cleaning
□To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth and dry with a towel.
□Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals when cleaning this faucet, or the warranty will
be voided.
Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
There are leaks from the
handle.
The bonnet nut has come loose and/or the
washer is dirty or damaged.
□Tighten the bonnet nut.
□Clean or replace the washer.
The water will not shut off
completely.
The cartridge is dirty or broken. □Remove the handle to check
the cartridge.
□Clean or replace.

a detailed drawing showing the location of the parts listed

Operation
1Flushing and checking for leaks
□Turn on the water supply and allow both hot
and cold water to run for at least one minute
each. Press the pin (1) to the bottom position,
and ush water lines for one minute. This
ushes away any debris that could cause
damage to internal parts. Check for leaks.
□After ushing, turn the handle all the way
off to shut off the water and reinstall the
aerator. The pin should now be in its normal
position. Re-tighten any connections if
necessary, but do not overtighten.
IMPORTANT: After installation is complete, remove the
aerator from the spout (A) with the plastic wrench (D) to
ush the water lines.

Preparing for installation
□Cierra el suministro de agua. Retira el grifo viejo.
Limpia la supercie para prepararla para el grifo
nuevo.
□Aoja el tornillo de jación (J) pre-instalado
en el caño (A) con la llave hexagonal
(Hex: 2.5 mm, E), rota el caño (A) alrededor
de 90° para situarlo hacia el frente y luego
aprieta el tornillo de jación (J) con la llave
hexagonal (Hex: 2.5 mm, E). Gira el soporte (1)
alrededor de 90° para colocarlo hacia el frente.
2 Cómo instalar la placa
protectora
□Coloca la placa protectora (N) sobre el caño
vertical (M) y empújala hasta la base.

PRECAUCIÓN: Cierra siempre el suministro de agua
antes de retirar un grifo existente o reemplazar alguna
parte del mismo. Abre la llave del grifo para liberar la
presión de agua y asegúrate de que el suministro de agua
esté completamente cerrado.

3 Cómo instalar el caño vertical
en la mezcladora
□Enrosca las líneas de suministro de agua fría
y caliente en la mezcladora (K).
□Instala el caño vertical (M) sobre la mezcladora
(K) y aprieta el tornillo de jación (L) con la llave
hexagonal (Hex: 2.0 mm, F). Asegúrate de que
los oricios de los tornillos (1) estén detrás del
caño vertical (M).

□Marca las ubicaciones para los tornillos con un
lápiz (1). Luego taladra tres oricios de 1/4 plg
de diámetro para los tornillos en el piso con un

6Cómo conectar la manguera
de la ducha
□Conecta un extremo de la manguera de la
ducha (C) a la mezcladora (K) y el otro extremo
al cabezal de la ducha (B).
□Asegúrate de que haya una arandela (1)
en cada extremo para un buen sellado.

5 Cómo asegurar el ensamblaje
del grifo
□Asegúrate de que el caño vertical (M) quede
ubicado al ras con la supercie del piso acabado.
Después asegura el caño vertical (M) con
tornillos (O).
□Presiona la placa protectora (N) sobre la base
del caño vertical (M) de forma que la quede
ubicada al ras con la supercie del piso
acabado.

Funcionamiento
1Cómo purgar las tuberías y
comprobar que no haya fugas
□Abre el suministro del agua y deja que el agua
fría y caliente corran al menos por un minuto.
Presiona el pasador (1) hasta la posición
inferior y deja que el agua corra por las líneas
de suministro durante un minuto. Esto elimina
cualquier desecho que pudiera dañar las piezas
internas. Comprueba que no haya ltraciones.
□Después de dejar correr el agua, gira la manija
completamente para cerrar el suministro del
agua y vuelve a instalar el aireador. El pasador
debe estar entonces en su posición normal.
De ser necesario, vuelve a ajustar cualquier
conexión pero no aprietes demasiado.

Cuidado y limpieza
□Para limpiar, usa un paño húmedo y seca con una toalla.
□No uses limpiadores abrasivos, esponjas de alambre o productos químicos fuertes para limpiar esta
mezcladora, pues ello anulará la garantía.
