ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS, USER'S MANUAL AND IMPORTANT
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT PELLET OVEN PASQUALE.
When installing and using this oven it is of importance to follow instructions and
requirements of the manufacturer and the requirements of the home country as
well as those of the European Union. Any person using the oven is obliged to
read the manual first in order to acquire knowledge of the correct use of the
oven and type of fuel. In order to make use of the guarantee the oven must be
installed by one of our certified specialists. Only natural pellets according to
ENB- PLUS AL, DINplus or Ö-Norm M7135 with a 6 millimetre diameter and a
maximum length of 3 cm may be burned in this oven. Firewood or other types of
fuel such as wood briquettes, coal or waste materials should never be used. The
European regulations for chimneys EN 13384, exhaust systems EN 15287 and
connections EN 1856-2 have to be observed. Furthermore Germany has
regulations for fire (FUEVO), technical guidelines for fireplaces and air heating
and the Elektro VDE guidelines.
Germany also has the 1st Bundes-immissionschutz- Verordnung (1. BimschV-2.
Stufe) and the oven must be approved of by your chimney sweeper before it
can be purchased.
The correct use of the oven:
It is important to carry out the installation and operating instructions to use the
oven correctly. When used incorrectly, other than stated in the user's manual,
we are not liable for any possible damage. The guarantee is invalid if the oven
is not used in the correct way. Assembling the oven, service and repairs may
only be carried out by a specialised business.

To keep the possibility of a guarantee our advice is to use a trained
specialist who will follow the current installation regulations when installing
the pellet oven.
This is a paid service for which you will need to make a separate appointment.
Together with our service partner we offer a maintenance contract for your oven.
A monthly payment covers the costs of a yearly maintenance, spare parts and
breakdowns.
This specialised engineer takes care of the initial installation as well as the
cleaning and maintenance of the oven. It is important that suitable fuel is used
and the owner cleans the stove regularly in the correct manner. If installation,
operating and maintenance instructions are not adhered to correctly the guarantee
will be invalid.
When using the oven for the first time please check that the fire grate has
been cleared and the pellet tank is empty and free of any residue.
The fire grate must be cleaned regularly. For maintenance we advise contracting
our service partner. All working parts of the oven will then be cleaned and tested,
preparing the stove for the next heating season.
Do not disconnect the electricity cable while the oven is in use.!!!
Operate the appliance with the help of the buttons on the display. De smoke
extraction fan must always be able to work to ensure the smoke is sucked
out through the chimney after use. If the electric plug is pulled out the fan
will stop working and the smoke will not be sucked out of the chimney.
Correct use, care and maintenance will lengthen the lifespan of the appliance.
Wastage and unnecessary environmental taxation will also be reduced.

Power supply
230 V AC / 50 Hz
Weight bearing capacity of floor
Make sure the floor has sufficient weight bearing capacity to take the weight of
the oven permanently.
Floor beneath and in front of oven
Floors which have flammable materials, such as carpet, parquet or cork must be
protected by a fire resistant plate which must be 30 cm wider at the sides,
measured from the side door /storage area of your oven and measuring at least
50 cm in front of the stove.
Chimney connection
The appliance must be connected to an approved chimney suitable for solid fuels.
The chimney must be 120 mm in diameter. Avoid too long a flue pipe to the
chimney. The horizontal length of the pipe must be no longer than 1.5 metres.
Avoid having the smoke change direction too many times leading up to the
chimney.
A maximum of three bends applies here. If it is not possible to connect the oven
directly to the chimney, a connecting piece with an opening for cleaning can be
used where possible. The connecting pieces must be made of metal and of an
approved standard. Installation must be airtight.
There must be a natural draught ensuring the removal of fumes, in case of a
temporary power cut, for example.

It is compulsory to connect the appliance to a chimney that is suitable for
solid fuels. The pipes from the oven to the chimney must be made of
metal. It is also of importance to contact your chimney sweeper.
When more stoves are connected to the one chimney the chimney
sweeper must be consulted. The pressure (chimney draught) must be
approximately between 6 and 15 PA. Our appliances are programmed for
an average pressure, but the engineer can adjust this correctly when
installing the appliance.
In the case of a power cut the chimney will ensure that the fumes are
disposed of safely.
If there is an extremely high chimney draught the installation of a draught
regulator is advised.
Please pass information on to your chimney sweeper.
5.
Air supply:
For good combustion the appliance depends on the air in the room where it
stands. It is therefore important to take other appliances into consideration which
displace air, such as a ventilation system or an extractor hood. All our appliances
offer the possibility of extracting air from outside with the help of an external air
supply pipe. This is best discussed with an engineer or your chimney sweeper.
Stove pipes:
The pipes used must be attached securely to each other and to the appliance.
They may not protrude and the diameter of the pipe should be the same as the
diameter of the pipe-connector. Be aware of the minimum distance to flammable
parts. The stove pipe must be cleaned regularly, at least once a year.
Distance to flammable parts within the heat radiation area:
In the heat radiation area, flammable building materials, furniture or even
decorative materials must be at a distance of 100 cm measuring from the front of
the oven.
Distance to flammable parts outside of the heat radiation area:
All flammable parts nearby the oven must be protected from the heat. The
dividing panels on the side and at the back of the appliance may not be made of
flammable materials or covered with flammable materials. The exact distance
required to flammable parts of your appliance can be found at the end of this
manual or on the back of your oven.

Room temperature and humidity
These appliances are designed for use in rooms with a normal humidity and at
temperatures of approximately +5⁰ C to 30⁰C. The appliances are not suitable for use
in damp rooms or for frost protection.
Sounds
Depending on the model some ovens may produce sounds when in use. These
sounds are either from the ventilator, the engine or possible breakdown sounds.
Pellets may also be heard dropping into the fire grate.
Weather conditions
For safe use of the pellet oven it is important to ensure that the chimney can
produce the desired draught. This could be a problem in the transition period
(autumn and spring) or during bad weather conditions. (strong winds, mist etc.)
System requirements
Among other things, the correct settings of a pellet oven are strongly dependent on
the chimney and the flue pipe. Further on in this manual a few important
requirements are mentioned, though these may not be complete as the working of a
oven much depends on personal circumstances.
Good advice from a specialized company or a specialized engineer is always
important.
7.
Type of combustion
Pellets are a solid fuel. Lighting this kind of fuel takes more time than lighting
liquid fuel (for example oil fuel or gas). After starting up the stove the lighting
process takes up to 10 minutes until flames appear. After the warming up
process is completed the appliance adapts automatically to the required
settings. Switching off the oven also takes a few minutes before all the pellets
are burned and the flame is extinguished. The smoke extraction fan is
programmed to continue operating so that any smoke left is sucked out through
the chimney. At the same time the fire grate is cooled down ready to be lit
again.
Description of use
A Globe-Fire pellet oven is a special appliance which is only suitable for
domestic use and only suitable for burning wood pellets of the previously
mentioned standard. When in use the appliance produces warm air in the area
where it is standing. The appliance also radiates heat to the surfaces around it
and to the stove window. The wood pellets are transported automatically to the
fire grate and are burned by an electrical ignition.
Depending on the selected level the correct amount of pellets will be
transported to the fire grate. A regulated amount of air necessary for combustion
is sent to the fire grate. The fuel is burned in the fire grate and flue pipe,
supplying heat to the surroundings. The fumes that are released are drawn up
through the chimney to the outside with the support of the smoke extraction fan.
At certain recommended moments the ash and soot must be removed from the
fire grate. The stove window must also be cleaned. As mentioned before,
regular servicing is necessary.
A dirty stove window is not a defect and is not a reason for restitution.

8.
SAFETY REGULATIONS:
1.) The user is obliged to obtain information about the type of fuel allowed
and the workings and use of the oven by reading the instructions for use.
2.) Before using the oven for the first time please check that the accessories
are taken out of the fire grate and the pellet tank is free of any residue.
3.) Do not disconnect the electric cable when the fire is alight!!
Always switch off the appliance using the buttons on the display. The smoke
extraction fan must always be on afterwards to ensure that there is enough
draught to let the smoke disappear through the chimney. If you unplug the
appliance the draught will stop and smoke will not go out through the
chimney.
4.) Only natural wood pellets of EN-Plus AI, DINplus or Ö-Norm M7135 with
a diameter of 6 mm and a maximum length of 3 cm may be used in the pellet
stove.
5.) During use the stove becomes hot and there is a danger of burning.
Always keep the air vent and flue pipe clear.
6.) Cleaning the oven regularly is important in order to avoid breakdowns.
Servicing the oven requires specialised knowledge and we therefore
strongly recommend using the services of a specialised business.
7.) Using the appliance is only permitted when all elements have been
assembled in the correct manner. Otherwise it is possible to touch parts that
have become voltage conductive or very hot.
8.) Servicing the appliance can only take place when the stove is cold and
the electrical cable has been removed from the socket.
9.
9.) When ash is still glowing there can be a danger of fire. This is why the ash
may only be sucked away when you are sure there is no glow.
10.) All flammable parts, furniture etc. close to the appliance must be
protected from the heat. Please read the fire safety regulations and keep to
the safety distances prescribed.
11.) Be aware that, depending on the model, the stove or fireplace can start up
automatically when in stand-by mode or on a timer. In all cases please keep to
the prescribed safety distances.
12.) Before assembling the stove please contact the chimney sweeper. It is
compulsory that the stove is accepted by the chimney sweeper.
Types of fuel allowed
The pellet oven can only be heated with natural wood pellets according to
EN-Plus A1 or Ő-Norm M&135 with a diameter of 6 mm and a maximum
length of 3cm. Wood or other kinds of fuel such as briquettes, coal or
waste products may never be used. Using other types of fuel will damage
the oven and have an impact on the environment. When other than the
permitted type of fuel is used the guarantee is no longer valid and
dangerous situations can occur. Do not experiment with other types of fuel.
The correct way of processing
As our pellet stoves and ovens contain electrical parts, the stoves cannot be
processed as household waste. Old appliances contain valuable materials
which can be recycled. This is important for the environment and our
health. Please ensure that old appliances are taken to a collection point to
be recycled. In Germany we are as manufacturers affiliated to Foundation
EAR (Alt- Geräte-Register) and pay for the processing of every appliance
in circulation.

10.
FIRST TIME USE
- The door of the fire grate must always be kept closed, even when cold.
- During heating, all surfaces particularly the stove window, the door handle and
top plate, can become extremely hot. Make sure others are warned of this when
the fire is burning. Children and young people under the age of 16 should not be
in control of the fire without supervision.
- The side panels of the oven can also become hot when the fire is burning.
Most of the cast iron and steel parts have been treated with a heat resistant
varnish or powder coating. When heating for the first time the varnish or coating
can burn or smell or give off smoke. Make sure there is sufficient ventilation. After
burning for a while the varnish or coating will harden and become annealed.
Make sure the appliance is connected to the chimney correctly and installed in
the correct manner.
Check that there are no strange objects in the chimney and that there is sufficient
draught. Having done this the pellet tank can be filled with approx 5 kg of pellets.
Also check that the pellet tank is empty.
Our tip: empty the bag slowly keeping as close as possible to the protective grid
to stop pellets spilling over and also stop causing too much dust. Close the tank
after filling and keep it closed when the fire is burning until more pellets are
needed.
The selected temperature is measured by the temperature sensor at the back of
the appliance. When the sensor is short leave it as it is. If it is fitted to a cable
fasten the cable as high as possible. Try to attach the sensor outside the heat
radius of the stove pipe otherwise the heat can influence the sensor. When
starting up for the first time the auger is completely empty, and this needs to be
operated without ignition until the fire basket is filled with pellets.
Depending on the stove model and its length, the starting up of this auger, must
be repeated 2-3 times. By certain appliances with an extra long auger this must
be repeated up to 7 times.
After this the fire basket can be emptied and the appliance is ready for ignition.
11.
Installation for the first time must be done by a specialised service partner
recognized by us. If this is not followed up or any adaptations are made to the
oven or it is used incorrectly the guarantee is invalid.
Cleaning, maintenance and care
When wood pellets are burned ash and soot accumulate. The burning quality of our
stoves and ovens is dependent on the system settings and this is not the same for
every stove. Also the quality of the pellets can influence this. It is important to clean
the fire grate regularly (if possible daily) and now and again have the stove serviced
to get rid of any soot and ash. When this is not done thoroughly it can lead to
breakdowns. Cleaning regularly, servicing and taking care of the stove result in an
economical and clean burning. Soot insulates, which results in a reduction of warmth.
We advise a regular inspection of the fire grate and ash pan and when necessary
manual cleaning, preferably with an ash sucker. Inspection and servicing is
necessary after burning 1500 kg pellets with an ash percentage of 0.25 or every 12
months. The servicing book can be found on page 13 of this manual.
Controlling and cleaning of electrical parts
Once again check that the plug has been pulled out of the socket. Check out the
route of the electric cables. Check that cables are not in contact with sharp edges
or any hot parts and that the cables do not have any tears or bare patches. Any
damaged or broken cables must be replaced. When a considerable amount of dust
is present, this can be removed with a brush. Also remove any corrosion from the
electric contacts.

Daily use
Before starting up the fire, check that the firegrate is free of any remains. If
necessary this must be cleaned first. By pressing the – button you can see the
selected temperature and by pressing the + button you can see the selected
power level. Press the 1/0 button on the display to start the appliance. You will
then see the light go on for the auger and ignition. After a few minutes the pellets
are lit and the oven regulates itself according to the selected power level. When
ignition does not occur check to see if there are still any remains in the fire grate
(all holes in the grate must be free). Make sure there are sufficient pellets in the
tank. Depending on the appliance or the settings the appliance will change from
high to low levels within the selected power level. The oven switches off when the
correct level is reached and switches on again when the temperature drops below
the selected level. Certain appliances do not change levels but burn constantly at
the selected power level.
Important remarks
Make sure all relevant details, such as model serial number and the date of first
use are specified on the information sheet on page 13. In case of using the
guarantee and for supplying spare parts at a later date, we need these details,
including the bill of purchase of the appliance. Please keep all documents
supplied with your appliance safely as they are important for our client service, for
the next owner or your chimney sweeper.

Cleaning the fire grate and the ash pan area
Clean the fire grate with an ash vacuum cleaner and if necessary with a brush (but
only when the oven is not plugged in). Every opening in the fire grate must be free
of remains. The space where the ash pan is placed and the space around the fire
door must also be vacuum cleaned after emptying the ash pan.
When the fire basket is removed the grate can be cleaned, Make sure the fire
basket is put back in the correct manner! Also check the seal around the door! We
advise you to clean with an ash vacuum cleaner to limit damage to parts of the oven
especially the filament.
Cleaning the stove window
It is normal for the stove window to become dirty so this does not indicate any
defect. Solid fuel, especially the fine ash from wood pellets makes the window
cloudy. This cloudiness can be a lighter or darker colour depending on the quality of
the pellets. The best way to clean the glass window is with a damp cloth. Difficult
spots can be removed with a special glass cleaner (without biting acids or solvents)
available at your supplier.
Keeping surfaces clean
Varnished surfaces can only be cleaned when the varnish coating has fully
hardened and burnt-in otherwise the surface may become scratched. It is advisable
only to clean the outside parts when the stove is cold. The best way to clean the
varnished parts is with a cold damp cloth just using water. For the powder coated
parts a little washing up liquid may be used.
Maintaining natural stone
Soapstone and sandstone are both types of natural stone so colour may change or
differences occur. This is not a reason to return the oven. Lubrication or grease can
be removed with soap and water. Small scratches can be treated with fine
sandpaper. Do not use a sponge, scouring agent or aggressive detergent.

The quality of Pellets
As mentioned before, only wood pellets may be used that comply with the stated
standards and certification. A good quality of pellets is important for the pellet
oven remaining free of any breakdown.
Also the frequency of maintenance is based on this particular quality of pellets.
The ash production is most important. Do not use pellets with an ash level higher
than 1.0%, a lower level is always better.
When different kinds of pellets are used the stove can react differently and for
example produce more or less power, cause the stove window to become dirty
and can cause noise.
Storing the pellets
Wood pellets are completely dry when supplied and can be used in the oven
immediately. The pellets must be stored in a clean and dry place to maintain their
quality. Pellets should be kept in closed bags and not kept outside. Pellets can
become damp due to humidity which can cause a blockage in the auger.

The correct use of the display: Model Pasquale

Using the display, the oven is simple to operate with a few buttons. The display and
LED indicators give information about the stove level. In the programme module the
various parameters are given which can be changed using the buttons.

Menu:
By pressing the button P1 for a short length of time, you will get the menu.
The menu is split up showing more underlying items and parts which will give
access to the settings and programming of the circuit board.

M1 menu – Date and Time
Press P1 until M1 appears in the display. Confirm this with the ON/OFF button
(P3). Using the buttons (P1) and (P2) the correct time can be installed. This must
be confirmed using the ON/OFF button (P3). Next the day can be programmed
and confirmed with ON/OFF (P3) adding the month and confirming with ON/OFF
(P3). Finally the year can be programmed pressing the ON/OFF (P3) until the
time appears again.
M2 menu – Programme installation (timer):
Sub menu M2-1- Programme activation
Keep P1 pressed until M1 appears, then press P2 until M2 appears in the display
and confirm this with ON/OFF (P3). Open the menu M2-1 and confirm with
ON/OFF (P3) and activate the programme with the arrow (P1) on ON. Then
return by pressing ON/OFF for a few moments (P3) and activate the programme.
Sub-menu M2-2- Daily programme
Two ON/OFF cycles for every day
Sub-menu M2- 3 Weekly programmes
Four ON/OFF cycles, the days can be selected for each hour.
Sub-menu M2-4 Week end programma
Two ON/OFF cycles, for Saturday or Sunday
Programme installation:
Go to the required programme by pressing the ON/OFF (P3) button and confirm
the programme by pressing the P2 button. ON will appear. Press ON/OFF (P3)
for starting time and select this with the buttons P1 and P2. It is only in the
weekend programme that you press programme to select the days, using the
ON/OFF button in between to choose the days.
You can start or switch off the programme with the buttons P1 and P2. When
selecting the hours and days press the ON/OFF button until the startup display
appears. When the correct times have been selected a green light LED (L2) will
appear next to the clock in the left hand top corner of the display.

Menu M3-Language
Using this menu you can select a language from the languages available. To go to the
next language press P2 to scroll up and P1 to scroll down. To confirm the chosen
language press the ON/OFF button (P3).
Menu M4-Alarm tone
This menu can be used to switch the alarm on or off. Press the P1 or P2 button and
confirm with ON/OFF (P3) button.
Menu M5- Filling the first time (filling the auger)
This is only available when the stove is set to OFF. It allows the auger to fill up to start
the oven for the first time. After selecting the M5 menu, 'continue pressing' will appear
in the display. Press P2 to scroll up. The smoke extractor fan (LED 7) is switched on
at
maximum speed. The auger is switched on (LED5) and both remain in this setting
until
the time given on the display is reached or until the P3 button has been pressed. It is
possible that this setting is needed when the stove tank is completely empty and
there
are no more pellets in the auger.
Menu M6 – Oven mode
After selecting the M6 menu by pressing the P3 button, the display will show the
status
of some levels when the oven is in operation.
Menu M7- Technical settings (customer service)
This menu is reserved for the stove installer. After filling in the access code various
operational parameters can be installed with the buttons P1 and P2.
Menu M9 - backtrack
After selecting this menu with the P3 button, the menu will close and the settings will
be reset to the previous status.

Operating system for the user
The following is a description of the normal operational settings installed in this pellet
oven. Turning on the oven: First connect the plug to the socket and then fill the pellet
tank. When filling make sure that the bag is not emptied in one go but that the tank is
filled gradually and slowly.
Any burnt remains must be cleared from the fire area and fire grate. The tank lid and
door must be closed. If this is not the case this can lead to the appliance
malfunctioning and eventually setting off an alarm. Press the P3 button for a few
seconds to ignite the oven. This will be shown in the display by 'ON' and by the
ON/OFF Led flashing. This stage takes a little time. The oven will now continue in
the preheating stage , the spiral filament and the smoke extraction fan (LED7) have
been activated. Any breakdowns during the starting up stage are shown in the
display and the stove shows the alarm status.
Filling the oven with pellets:
Filling the oven with pellets begins after approximately one minute. The sign “Fill
pellets will appear in the display and the ON/OFF LED flashes. During the first stage
the auger fills the fire grate with pellets. The smoke extractor fan is working and the
spiral filament is continually activated (LED 6 – ignition is burning). In the second
stage the auger is switched off (LED5- auger off), but the smoke extractor fan and
the igniter remain active. If no ignition takes place during this stage the auger will be
activated again for a certain time. The speed of the smoke extraction fan and the
spiral filament remain active.

20.
Presence of fire:
After the exhaust temperature has reached and passed the settings required, the
system goes into the ignition mode, the sign 'flame on' appears in the display and the
LED ON/OFF flashes. During this stage the temperature is checked to see if it
remains constant during a certain time. The speed of the smoke extraction fan and
the auger is set , (LED 5 auger is flashing) and the spiral filament is switched off
(LED 6 ignition switched off). Any breakdown will cause the stove to switch off and
the alarm stage will be activated.
Oven in use
After the flue gas temperature has reached and gone beyond the level required
during a certain programmed time, the oven will switch to the users mode which is
normal use. The display will show 'work' and the ON/OFF light is burning. The
capacity can be regulated by pressing the (P2) button and the room temperature
by pressing the (P1) button. As soon as the flue gas temperature has been
reached the air fan will be switched on.
Important: At this stage, after a required time is set, the oven will clean the
fire grate. 'Fire grate' will appear in the display (cleaning fire grate), the auger
is switched on (LED- auger on) the smoke extractor fan is also working at

Changing the set heating capacity
During the normal use of the stove the heating capacity can be regulated as follows:
PTN 1: minimum capacity
PTN 2, 3 ,4,5 : capacity with air fan switched on
PT-1: minimum capacity
PT-2,3,4,5: capacity without the air fan switched on
When cooking on the oven in spring, summer or autumn, the PT position can be
used. In this way the air fan is switched off and the oven is quieter and less warmth
will be radiated into the room. The oven will mainly give off heat via the hotplate.
Switching off the oven
To switch off the oven simply press (P3). The display will show 'End cleaning'.
The auger engine will be switched off (LEDS- auger off), the speed of the smoke
extractor is set and the (LED ON/OFF) flashes. The air fan remains on until the
exhaust gas temperature is below the programmed temperature. When the flue
gas temperature is below the programmed temperature the oven will be switched
of and 'OFF' will appear in the display.

Alarm warnings:
In the event of a technical failure the circuit board will react and give warning of
the failure by switching on the LED alarm (LED alarm – on) and a warning sound
will be heard. The following alarms can be activated:
Each alarm will ensure that the stove is switched off immediately. WITH
THE EXCEPTANCE OF THE ALARM INDICATING A POWER CUT, the alarm
alert is activated at the end of a certain length of time and can be reset by
continually pressing the P3 button. Every time an alarm is reset the
switching off stage of the oven will restart for safety precautions. During
the alarm alert the alarm LED (Alarm LED on) is always on and the buzzer
(alarm sound) will sound intermittently when activated. If the alarm is not
reset the oven will be switched off and the alarm alert is always shown.
AL 1 – POWER CUT
A power cut can occur while the oven is on. If the cut is less than 20 seconds the
oven will switch back to the users mode. When this is activated and the power
cut is longer than 20 seconds the alarm is activated. 'AL 1 POWER CUT 'will
appear in the display and the oven is switched off.
Al 2 – AIR SENSOR (safety temperature thermostat)
This alarm is activated if the safety temperature thermostat is defect. The oven
switches to the alarm mode and the alarm – LED is activated. (Alarm-LED on).
The display will show “Al 2 air sensor and the oven is switched off.
AL 3 – FLUE GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR (flue gas overheating)
This alarm is activated when the safety temperature thermostat detects that a
fixed temperature which cannot be changed has been exceeded. 'AL flue gas
temperature sensor 'appears in the display and the oven is switched off.

AL 4 – SMOKE EXTRACTOR FAN
This alarm will be activated when the extractor fan is defect. The alarm will go off
and the signal “AL 4 smoke extractor fan” will appear in the display.
AL 5 – NO FLAME (no ignition):
This alarm will be activated when the ignition fails. This happens when the
temperature of the flue gas does not exceed the programmed temperature after
the set time. “Al 5 no flame “will appear in the display and the oven switches to
the alarm mode.
AL 6 – NO PELLETS
This alarm is activated when the flue gas temperature drops below the minimum
set temperature during the use of the stove .The signal 'AL 6 – no pellets' will
appear in the display and the alarm will be set off.
AL 7 – TEMPERATURE SAFETY
(Safety thermostat for too high a temperature):
This happens when the safely thermostat registers a temperature which is higher
than the limit. The thermostat reacts and switches off the auger. The display
shows the alarm is on (LED –alarm on) by the ´AL 7 temperature safety´ sign
and the oven is switched off.
AL 8 – PRESSURE ERROR (no vacuum / chimney draught)
This occurs when the pressure gauge detects pressure which is higher than the
limited pressure. The pressure gauge reacts and switches the auger off. The
alarm (LED alarm) is indicated by 'AL8 pressure error' in the display and the
oven is switched off.

Globe- fire provides the buyer with a guarantee within the context of the
legal regulations. The guarantee period of two years begins on the date
shown on the actual transfer. The invoice must be produced as evidence.
In the case of a defect which occurs within the guarantee period the
following will apply: Globe-fire will either repair the defect as soon as
possible, improve it or replace the part causing the defect. Termination of
the agreement or reduction of price is not possible unless this does not
comply with legal regulations. Only spare parts approved by the
manufacturer may be used.
Damage to the purchased appliance which may occur during normal use
( wear of the parts which are in contact with the heat, e.g.: fire room
covering, fire grate, ignition cartridges, burning pots, rust, varnish, brake
plate, sensors, glass, sealing, handles) is not included in the guarantee.
Any maintenance which has been neglected or inadequately carried out,
an incorrect chimney draught or one which has not been sufficient or too
strong, inappropriate use, carelessness or any change to the appliance
will not be included in the guarantee.
The initial installation of the appliance must be carried out by a trained
and qualified technician, recognized by us as a service partner. In the
case of structural changes to the stove or use of the stove which is not in
accordance with its intended purpose the guarantee will be void.
