Le scale retrattili Gorter® sono progettate per un utilizzo sicuro, in combinazione con una botola da

La sicurezza delle scale retrattili Gorter e le combinazioni scale retrattili Gorter e botola da tetto Gorter
sono certicate da TÜV NORD conformemente a EN14975.
Modelli
Small Misura di apertura foro nella soletta (La x Lu x H): 700 x 900 x 320 mm, in
combinazione con una botola da tetto RHT7090, larghezza gradino 350 mm.
Large Misura di apertura foro nella soletta (La x Lu x H): 700 x 1200 x 250 mm, in
combinazione con una botola da tetto RHT7014, larghezza gradino 350 mm.
EI-60* Misura di apertura foro nella soletta (La x Lu x H): 700 x 1200 x 250 mm, in
combinazione con una botola da tetto RHT7014, larghezza gradino 350 mm.
XL ** Misura di apertura foro nella soletta (La x Lu x H): 1000 x 1300 x 250 mm, in

*Le scale retrattili EI-60, in combinazione con una botola da tetto sono provviste della certicazione
KOMO:SKG.0372.0457. La classicazione antincendio è EI-60, in virtù di NEN6068, e valutata EI-60,
in virtù di EN1634-1 e AS1530-4.

Prima di utilizzare le scale retrattili

» Ispezionare visivamente le scale retrattili per accertare l’eventuale presenza di danni e per un
utilizzo in sicurezza all’inizio di ogni giornata lavorativa in cui occorre impiegare le scale retrattili.
» Per gli utenti commerciali, l’ispezione regolare deve essere eseguita da un soggetto qualicata
a compierla (Ordinanza in materia di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro).
» Assicurarsi che le scale retrattili siano adatte per l’uso previsto.
» Non utilizzare le scale retrattili se danneggiate oppure inadatte all’utilizzo per qualsiasi altro motivo!
» Rimuovere tutti i contaminanti dalle scale retrattili, per es. vernice fresca, sporcizia, olio oppure neve.
» Prima di impiegare le scale retrattili per motivi di lavoro, occorrerebbe eseguire una valutazione
del rischio (un accertamento del rischio), considerando le disposizioni di legge in vigore nel
paese di utilizzo.

Montaggio delle scale retrattili
» Vericare se il luogo prescelto per il montaggio delle scale retrattili è privo di pericoli ed ostacoli,
come per es. cavi elettrici, tubi d’acqua e di rareddamento, ecc. Se necessario, contattare uno
specialista per rimuovere gli ostacoli.
» Le scale retrattili devono essere assiemate conformemente alle istruzioni di montaggio
fornite! (pagine 12-23).
» Vericare se il luogo prescelto per il montaggio delle scale retrattili è privo di pericoli ed ostacoli,
come per es. cavi elettrici, tubi d’acqua e di rareddamento, ecc.
Impiego delle scale retrattili
» Adottare le precauzioni necessarie per evitare un impiego non autorizzato.
» Evitare di sovraccaricare le scale retrattili.
» Accertarsi di avere un appoggio sicuro.
Riparazione e manutenzione
» Le opere di riparazione e manutenzione sulle scale retrattili assiemate devono essere eseguite
regolarmente, almeno una volta all’anno.
» Conformemente alla Legge sulla salute sul lavoro, le scale retrattili destinate a un impiego
commerciale dovrebbero essere vericate regolarmente da un soggetto qualicato a compiere
la verica.
» Ispezione annuale:
Stringere le viti e i bulloni se necessario.

Instalación de escalera retráctil

Uso de la escalera retráctil

Reparación y mantenimiento
» Las reparaciones y el trabajo de mantenimiento en la escalera retráctil montada debe realizarse
de forma regular, al menos una vez al año.
» De acuerdo con la ordenanza sobre seguridad e higiene industrial, las escaleras retráctiles usadas
comercialmente deben ser inspeccionadas regularmente por una persona cualicada para ello.
» Inspección anual:
Apriete los tornillos y pernos si fuese necesario.
Limpie las articulaciones y lubríquelas con spray de teón.
Por favor, consulte con su proveedor en caso de fallo o daño.
Garantía
Si una pieza de la escalera no funciona correctamente o resulta defectuosa con el uso normal
dentro del periodo de garantía de 1 año desde la fecha de suministro, se la reemplazaremos sin
cargo alguno.

Declaration
The Gorter®scissor stairs are designed for safe use in combination with a Gorter roof hatch.
Always proceed in accordance with the guidelines specied in these instructions. The safety of
Gorter scissor stairs and the combinations of Gorter scissor stairs and a Gorter roof hatch are
certied by TÜV NORD in accordance with EN14975.
Types
Small Structural opening size (W x L x H): 700 x 900 x 320 mm in combination
with roof hatch RHT7090, step width 350 mm.
Large Structural opening size (W x L x H): 700 x 1200 x 250 mm in combination
with roof hatch RHT7014, step width 350 mm.
EI-60* Structural opening size (W x L x H): 700 x 1200 x 250 mm, in combination
with roof hatch RHT7014, step width 350 mm.
XL** Structural opening size (W x L x H): 1000 x 1300 x 250 mm in combination
with roof hatch RHT1015, step width 480 mm.
* The EI-60 scissor stairs in combination with a roof hatch are supplied with KOMO:SKG.0372.0457
certication. The re rating classication is EI-60, under NEN6068 and assessed EI-60, under EN1634-1
and AS1530-4.
** The scissor stair type XL, for access to lift engine rooms, is certied by Aboma under EN ISO 14122-3.
These scissor stair can be combined with roof hatch RHT1015, dimensions 1000 x 1500 mm.
Before using the scissor stairs
» Are you in a t state of health to use the scissor stairs? Certain health conditions, taking
medication, alcohol or drug abuse can lead to a safety risk when using the stairs.
» Examine the scissor stairs after assembly and before using them for the rst time, in order to
determine the condition and the function of all parts.
» Visually inspect the scissor stairs for damage and safe use at the beginning of each working day
on which the scissor stairs are to be used.
» For commercial users, regular inspection is necessary by a person who is qualied to do so
(Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health).
» Make sure that the scissor stairs are suitable for the use intended.
» Do not use the scissor stairs if they are damaged or not t for use for any other reason!
» Remove all contaminants from the scissor stairs, e.g. wet paint, dirt, oil or snow.
» Before using the scissor stairs for work purposes, a risk evaluation (risk assessment) should be
carried out, taking into account the legal provisions in the country of use.

Fitting the scissor stairs
» Check whether the place selected for tting the scissor stairs is free of hazards and of obstacles,
such as electric cables, water and cooling pipes etc. If necessary, call a specialists to
remove obstacles.
» The scissor stairs must be assembled in accordance with the assembly instructions provided!
(pages 12-23).
» Check whether the place selected for tting the scissor stairs is free of hazards and obstacles,

Use of the scissor stairs
» Take precautionary measures to prevent unauthorised use.
» Never overload the scissor stairs.
» Ensure secure footing on the scissor stairs.
Repair and maintenance
» Repairs and maintenance work on the assembled scissor stairs must be carried out regularly, at
least once a year.
» In accordance with the Law on Industrial Health and, commercially used scissor stairs should be
checked regularly by a person who is qualied to do so.
» Annual inspection:
Tighten the screws and bolts if necessary.
Clean pivot points and lubricate with Teon spray.
Please consult your supplier in case of failure or damage.
Warranty
Should a part of the stairs not function correctly or become defective in normal use within a
period of 1 year from the date of delivery, we will replace the part free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
» Inappropriate use
» Shipping damage
» Incorrect installation

» Scissor stairs are supplied for a standard room height of 3 metres. If the room height diers,
level the steps again (See item 8-10).
» Installation is possible in roofs and ceilings made of concrete or beams.

»Importante: La copertura di maggiore spessore delle scale retrattili, mod. El-60, deve essere
installato in modo tale che essa sporga di 7 cm dal sotto del sistema. La distanza tra il telaio e
la struttura edile deve essere completamente riempita di lana minerale. In assenza del sotto
del sistema, il telaio deve essere spinto all’interno dell’apertura del tetto, no alla sporgenza.
Può essere necessario alzare, localmente, la quota di montaggio per la botola da tetto.
»Importante: La tapa más gruesa de la escalera retráctil tipo EI-60 debe ser instalada de forma
que sobresalga 7 cm con respecto al sistema de techo. El espacio entre la carcasa y la estructura
del edicio debe rellenarse completamente con lana mineral. Si no hay falso techo, la carcasa
debe empotrarse en la abertura del techo hasta el saliente. Puede ser necesario tener que
elevar localmente el nivel de montaje para la trampilla de techo.

level for the roof hatch.

i fori di montaggio pre-perforati nel telaio per la messa in sicurezza all’interno degli architravi /
degli arcarecci / delle travi dei sotti.
