WARRANTY
3 Year Limited Warranty. Carts, excluding any
finishes, casters and wheels are warranted for three
(3) years from date of original purchase. Casters
and wheels are warranted for 90 days from date of
original purchase. We will repair, without charge,
any defect due to faulty material or workmanship.
These warranties do not cover failures due to
abuse, misuse, improper installation, accidental
damage or when repairs or modifications have been
made or attempted to be made by anyone other
than Granite Industries. Any defective products
that meet warranty specifications and Granite
Industries approval, may be returned to the factory
to be repaired or replaced free of charge. (Granite
Industries will pay to ship replacement item(s) to the
customer; however the customer is responsible for
shipment of products to the factory.) This remedy
is the sole remedy in contact, tort or otherwise,
and Granite Industries is not liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages. These warranties
give you specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights which vary from state to state. Should
you have any questions, contact Granite Industries
(Proof of purchase may be required).

Back
LEFT END PANEL
There is a right and a left end panel. These
are not interchangable. The back side of
the end panels have 7 holes. This should go
towards the back of the cart base.

Note the front of the cart base has
rectangular holes for the E-Track Ratchet
System.

STEP 1: BASE AND END PIECES

Insert 5/16” x 2” hex bolts (2 total) through
the cart base and left end panel. Finger
tighten into place. Fully tighten with a 1/2”
wrench and socket. Repeat for the right side.

Insert the left end into the left
side of the cart base. Repeat for the
right side.

Make sure the back vertical
posts of the side panels have
the extra holes.
The front of the cart base
should have the E-Track slots.

CHECK POINT
Your cart should look like this.
If so, continue onto the next step.

Insert 5/16”x 1-3/4” L hex bolt
through the brace and end panels.
Finger tighten a 5/16” locknut into place.
Do this for all 4 holes of the top brace.

Align the top brace with the holes at the top
of the end panels.

STEP 2: TOP BRACES

Fully tighten with a 1/2” wrench and socket.
Repeat steps 1-3 for the other top brace.

Insert a 5/16”x 1-3/4” L hex bolt through
the guard and the end panel. Finger tighten
a 5/16” lock nut into place. Do this for all 4
holes on the rear guard.
STEP 3: REAR GUARDS

Align the rear guard over the 4 holes
on the back side of the cart.
Fully tighten with a 1/2” wrench and socket.
Repeat steps 1-3 for the other rear guard.

Insert a 5/16”x 1-3/4” L hex bolt through the
rear vertical panel and the cart base. Finger
tighten a 5/16” lock nut into place. Do this for
all 4 holes on the rear vertical panel.
STEP 4: REAR VERTICAL PANEL
1
Lay the cart face down, so the back side is
facing upward.
Fully tighten with a 1/2” wrench and socket.
Repeat steps 1-3 for the other
rear vertical panel.

TOOLS
9/16” Wrench
9/16” Socket
Insert one of the 5” carriage bolts through
the caster mount. Finger tighten a 3/8”
lock nut to secure the caster in place. Fully
tighten with a 9/16” wrench and socket.
STEP 5: CASTERS
1
While the cart is still face down, insert a fixed
caster into the caster mount on your left
side. Insert the second fixed caster in the
mount directly below.
Repeat steps 1 and 2, attaching the swivel
casters to the caster mounts on your right
side. Once finished, set your cart upright.
Congratulations!
Your glass / dish rack storage cart
is fully assembled.
