This function enables you to save up to 64 files or tracks on the current CD in
a particular order and then play them back. You can save the same file or
track a number of times.
Selecting and saving files or tracks
1Insert the CD, if necessary switch on by pressing » ıII« and press
»STOP ■«.
2Press »MODE« when the CD is in the STOP position.
– Display in MP3/WMA mode: »00 000 P-01« and » PROG«, the
directory indicator flashes (the first two digits show the directory; the
next three digits show the file followed by the memory position).
– Display in CD-DA mode: »CD 00 P-01« and » PROG«.
3Press »5a « or »s6« to select the desired directory or track.
– Display in MP3/WMA mode: for example, » 06 000 P-01«.
– Display in CD-DA mode: for example, »CD 05 P-01«.
4Press »MODE« to save the directory or track.
– Display in MP3/WMA mode: »06 000 P-01«, the file indicator
flashes.
– Display in CD-DA mode: » CD 05 P-02«.
5In MP3/WMA mode: select the desired file with »5a « or »s6«.
– Display: for example, »06 008 P-01«.
6In MP3/WMA mode: store the file with »MODE«.
– Display: »00 000 P-02«, the directory indicator flashes.
Notes:
To store more tracks, repeat steps 3to 4 or 6.
If you try to store more than 64 tracks, the first track you saved is
displayed.
Playing back a track memory
1Start the track memory by pressing » ıII«.
– Display: » PROG«, playback begins with the first programmed file or
track.
2End playback of the track memory with »STOP 5«.
3To play the track memory again, press »MODE« and afterwards
»ıII«.
Deleting the track memory
1In Stop mode, press »STOP 5« or open the CD compartment.
The track memory is also deleted if
– You pull out the mains cable or
– Remove the batteries from the device.
