injureaperson and causeseriousdamage tothe appliance.Useonlyacartorstand
recommended bythe manufacturerorsoldwiththe monitor.If youmountthe monitoron
awall orshelf, useamountingkitapprovedbythe manufacturerand followthe kit
instructions.
•Slotsand openingsintheback andbottomofthe cabinetareprovidedforventilation.To
ensurereliableoperationofthe monitorandtoprotectitfromoverheating,besurethese
openingsarenotblocked orcovered.Donotplacethemonitoronabed,sofa,rug,or
similarsurface.Donotplacethemonitornearoroveraradiatororheatregister.Donot
placethe monitorinabookcaseorcabinet unless properventilation isprovided.
•The monitorshouldbe operated onlyfromthe type ofpowersourceindicated onthe
label.Ifyouarenotsureofthe type ofpowersupplied toyourhome,consultyourdealer
orlocalpowercompany.
•Unplugtheunitduringalighting stormorwhen itwillnotbeused forlong periodoftime.

•Donotoverloadpowerstripsandextensioncords.Overloadingcanresultinfireor
electricshock.
•Neverpushanyobjectintothe slotonthemonitorcabinet. Itcouldshortcircuitparts
causing afireorelectricshock. Neverspillliquidson themonitor.
•Donotattempttoservicethe monitorbyyourself; opening orremoving coverscan
exposeyou todangerousvoltagesand otherhazards.Pleasereferallservicingto
qualified servicepersonnel.
•Toensuresatisfactoryoperation,usethemonitoronlywithULlisted computerswhich
haveappropriateconfiguredreceptaclesmarked between 100 -240VAC, Min. 5A.
•The wallsocket shallbe installed neartheequipment and shallbeeasilyaccessible.
