Therequirementsofthelocaltrafficrulesshouldbefollowedifthetractorwillbeusedonlyinthetraffic,
therequirementscompatiblewiththepurposeshouldbedoneifitisusedotherthanagriculturalpurposes.

Werecommendyoutoreadthemanualcarefully.Followthemaintenanceprogramcarefullyandinclude
thedailymaintenancesinyournormalroutineworksyoudo.

characteristicsandwhofollowtherelatedsafetyrules(topreventtheaccidents).
WerecommendourcustomerstoonlyworkwithHattatTraktörAuthorizedDealer/Servicewhenfacing
withanymaintenanceoradjustmentproblem.
BecausetheproductsofHattatTraktörSanayiveTicaretA.Ş.arecontinuouslydeveloped,thecontentsof
thismanualmaynotalwaysbesuitablewiththenewproducts.Therefore,ourrighttomakechanges

Assellingnewpartstotheservices,thecompanygivesaguaranteecertificatebasedoncertainconditions.
Thiswarrantyguaranteesthatthepartsareperfectforworkmanshipandmaterials.Thenewpurchaser
shouldaskfullinformationfromthedealers.Becauseofthecontinuousdevelopmentpolicyofthe
company,changesmaybemadeonthepropertiesofthetractorswithoutnotifyingbeforehand.The
companyisnotresponsibleforthediscrepancieswhichmayarisebetweenthetractorpropertiesand
definitionscontainedinthismanual.
1. Controlsbeforedelivery
Thedealerisresponsibleforfulfillingsomecertainconditionswhensellinganewtractor.Theseconditions
arethatthepreliminarycontrolsarecompletelydoneandthatthemaindirectivesaboutusageand
maintenanceofthetractoraregivenforusingthetractorimmediately.Thesedirectivescoverthesubjects
ofcontrols,equipment,routinemaintenance,andsafetyprecautions.Asthesedirectivesareexplained,itis
requiredthatboththepeoplewhowillusethetractorandthepeopleinchargeofmaintenanceare
present.
NOTE:HattatTraktördoesn’tacceptresponsibilityforthecomplaintswhichmayariseduetousageofspare
partsnotoriginalorreplacementsmadebyunauthorizedpeople.
Guaranteeprocedure
Deliveringthetractorinoperableconditionsintheserviceandregularlymakingthemaintenancewill
mainlypreventmalfunctions.Nevertheless,ifyoufacewithanymalfunctionduringtheguaranteeperiod:
ImmediatelynotifyHattatTraktörAuthorizedDealer/Serviceandgivethemodelandserial
numberofyourtractor.
Immediatelynotifyingthemalfunctionisextremelyimportant;ifthemalfunctionisnot
immediatelynotified,theguaranteeletterisnullifiedevenifthetermisnotexpired.
Givedescriptiveinformationtotheauthorizedserviceasmuchaspossible.Thisenablesthat
informationisobtainedabouttheservicesmadebefore,whatthemalfunctionisanditsreasons.

Theroutingmaintenanceslikebrake/clutchadjustmentandotheradjustmentsandconsumables
(lubricant,filters,fuel,andantifreeze)usedforthetractorarenotinthescopeoftheguarantee.
2. Spareparts
UsingthepartsnotproductsofHattatTraktörmaydecreasetheexistingqualitystandard.HattatTraktör
maynotbeheldresponsiblefordamagesandlossesarisenasaresultofusingsuchsparepartandusing
thesepartsduringtheguaranteeperiodwillnullifytheguarantycommittedbythesellercompany.
3. Movingtoanewregion
AllrepairandmaintenanceworksshallbedonebytheHattatTraktörAuthorizedDealer/Serviceduring
theguaranteeperiod.Bythisway,allcontrolsforincreasingtheperformanceofthenewtractorandhaving
itmaintainedwillbetrackedindetail.Ifyoumovedtoanotherregionorthetractorisoperatedawayfrom
theserviceitispurchasedtemporarily,therecommendationforyouisthatyourequestthatthename,
addressandserviceguaranteeresponsibilitiesoftheHattatTraktörservicewhichisclosesttoyournew
locationaretransferredtothenewservice.Ifyouleavetheregionwheretheoriginalservicemakes
businessandyoudidn’tmakeanagreementwiththenewservices,thenewservicegiveshelpin
emergenciesbutappliesthestandardpriceforalltheseworksmade–unless
Youclearlytellthemtheguaranteeperiodisnotexpiredand
Yougivetheopportunitytotheservicewhichmadetherepairstomakerequirementagreements
withtheservicewhichmadetheselling.
4. Serviceafterguarantee
AllrepairandmaintenanceworksshouldbedonebytheHattatTraktörAuthorizedDealer/Serviceduring
theguaranteeperiod.Bythisway,allcontrolsforincreasingtheperformanceofthenewtractorandhaving
itmaintainedwillbetrackedindetail.
InordertohavethemaximumyieldfromHattatbrandtractor,youshouldcontinuethemaintenanceand
servicechecksrequiredtobemadeperiodicallyaftertheguaranteeperiodisexpired.Makethatthe
generalmaintenanceofyourtractorisdoneintheHattatTraktörAuthorizedDealer/Service.Authorized
technicianpreventsmalfunctionuntilthenextmaintenanceperiod.
Ourservicepersonnelaretrainedontheproductandservicetechniquesregularlyandinformedonthe
modernservicemeansandusageoftheinspectiondevices.
Theservicemanuals,documentsandothertechnicalinformationareregularlydeliveredtothesepersonnel
tocontinuethecompatibilityoftherepairsandserviceswiththeHattatTraktörstandards.
5. Safety
Themostimportantfactorintheprocessofdesigninganddevelopinganewtractoristhesafetyofthe
driver.Thedesignerstrytodevelopsafetypropertiesasmuchaspossible.Inspiteofthis,alotofaccidents
occurwhichmaybepreventedbyanattentionshownforafewsecondsorcorrectusageoftheagricultural
tools‐devices.

1. Constructionofthetractor:Thestandard
structureofthetractorshouldnotbealtered
(e.g.maximumdrivingspeed,maximum
power,safetyframeetc.).Thetractorisof
theapprovedcategoryusagedirectivesand
constructionofwhicharecomplied.Any
changemadeinthetractorwilldecreasethe
safetyandresistanceandaffectthe
guaranteeconditionsnegatively.
2. Brakes:Beforestarting,alwayscheck
whetherthebrakesoperatecorrectlyornot.
Whenusedintheroad,thebrakepedals
shouldacttogether.Comprehensiverepairs
workonthebrakesystemshouldonlybe
donebytheservicepersonnelauthorizedby
HattatTraktör.
Ifequipmentorbalanceweightsareattached
tothefrontpartofthetractor,therearaxle
loaddecreases.Thedrivershouldcheck
whethertherearbrakesarestilleffectiveor
notundertheseconditions.Whenrequired
oppositebalance(ballast)weightsshouldbe
usedintheback.
3. Childrenandtractor:Whenthetractoris
operated,neverallowthattherearechildren
inthecabin,closetothetractororin
equipmentattachedtothetractor.When
removingtheequipmentfromthetractor,
alwayslowertotheground.
4. Passengers:Ifthereisnospecialseat,no
passengermaygetonthetractor.
5. Rolloverwarning:Ifthetractorisrollover,
tightlyholdthesteeringwheelorsafety
handles.Don’ttrytojump.
6. Maintenance:Theuserisresponsiblefor

brakerisk!”Don’tallowhighenginespeed,it
maybedamaged.
11. Drivingspeed:Adjustspeedbasedonroad
condition,visibilityandload.Avoidnarrow
turnsathighspeedsaswellassudden
increasesordecreases(braking)inthedriving
speed.Ifnotcared,thetractormayrollover
ortheloadmaymove.
Maximumspeedofthe
tractorshouldnotbe
changed.Themaximum
forwarddrivingspeedis30
kmperhour.Themaximum
reversespeedis20kmper
hourforsafetypurposes.
12. Equipmentoperatedwithpowertake‐off
(PTO):Itisveryimportantthatthestated
safetytoolsareusedandthatthesedevices
areingoodconditionswhenworkingwith
equipmentormachinesoperatedwithpower
take‐off(PTO).Seriousaccidentsoccurasa
resultofnotusingthestatedsafetytools.
Absolutelyfollowthedirectivesgivenbythe
produceroftheequipmentormachine.
13. Lowerlinks:Whencarryingtheequipment
onlinkarmswith3pointslinkagesystem,the
linkarmsshouldbelockedwithpins.
Thischaptersummarizedthedirectivealways
requiredtobefollowedwhenworkingwith
tractorbutthesedirectivesdon’treleasethe
driverfromlegalandotherlocalregulations
onthetrafficsafetyandoccupationalhealth
andsafety.Thesafetydirectivesrequiredto
beappliedandpresentroadtrafficrulesmust
alwaysbefollowedindifferenttypeofwork
areas.
14. Trailerload:theloadsshouldbeattached
correctlyandsafelyforthetractorswith
trailer.Besidesitshouldnotblockthelamps,
driver'svisibilityandreflectors.Loads
extendingmorethan1meterfromtheback
ofthetrailershouldbemarkedsuitably.This
isdonewithaflagindaytimesandredlight
andreflectorinthedarkatnights.
15. Trailer:Thetrailershouldonlybefittedto
hitchmechanism.Whenatrailercarriedby
thehitchmechanismisattached,thetrailer
shouldbealwaysloweredbythethreepoints
linkagesystem.Checkwhetherthetrailer
brakesoperatecorrectlyornotandwhether
thereisaspecialdirectivestatedbythe
trailer’sproducer.
Whenthetractortowinga
trailer,thebrakepedals
shouldbeinterlocked.Brakes
