19. Hydraulicandfuelpressure:Underhigh
pressure,oilandfueleasilypenetrateinside
clothingandskinandmaycauseserious
injuries.Nevertrytodeterminethelocation
ofaleakageorblocktheleakagewithany
partofyourbody.
20. Decals:Replacethedanger,warning,notice,
ordirectiondecalslostorunreadablewitha
newone.Thesparedecalscanbeprocured
fromthesparepartdealerincaseoflosingor
damaging.

21. Frontaxleloading:
Atleast20%ofthegrossweightofthetractor
shouldbeonthefrontaxlewhenusingonthe
road.Whenliftingaload,theloadonthefront
ofthetractordecreasesandthesteering
capabilityofthetractorreducesorsometimes
lost.Therefore,suitableballastweightsshould
bekept.Ballastweightsshouldbefittedtothe
pointsdesignedonlyforthispurpose.
22. Equipmentmaintenance:Equipmentsare
connectedtoconnectionorauxiliary
hydraulicsystemshouldbegroundedduring
maintenance.
23. Attachingtheequipment:Careshouldbe
givenwhenattachingtheequipment.Ifthe
tractororequipmentmoves,thereisan
accidentrisk.Climbingontheequipmentor
goinginbetweenisonlysafeafterthe
parkingbrakesareonorthemovementof
thetractorisprevented.
24. Damage:Thedriverisresponsiblefor
removingthedamagesormalfunctionswhich
mayjeopardizethesafetyofthetractorby

25. Enginenoise:Useprotectorstoprevent
damageduetonoisewhenoperatingthe
engineorworkingnearit.
26. Nakedflameandsmoking:Don’tgetcloseto
thefuelsystemandbattery,don’tsmokeand
don’tcausesparkle(explosivehydrogengas
emitsespeciallyduringthebatterycharging).
27. Overheating:Attemperaturesover300°C,
e.g.iftheengineisinflames,therubber
(Viton)sealsoftheengineproducehighly
corrosivehydrofluoricacid.Don’ttouchthe
Vitonsealssubjectedtoextremelyhigh
temperatureswithnakedhands.When
removingthechemicalmaterials,alwaysuse
neoprenerubberglowsorprotectivegloves
andprotectivegoggles.Washthesealsand
contaminatedareawith10%calcium
hydroxidesolutionoranotheralkalisolution.
Placeallmaterialsremovedtosealedplastic
bagsanddeliverthemtothepoints
determinedbytherelatedauthorities.
