Veiligheidsinstructies: San Remo, Coffee en Tea partner.
• Lees de veiligheidsinstructies grondig door en bewaar ze zorgvuldig voor
toekomstig gebruik.
• Controleer of het voltage welke op de sticker op de onderkant van de
machine staat genoteerd overeenkomt met het voltage op de plaats van
gebruik. Wanneer deze overeenkomen kunt u de koffiezetter veilig
gebruiken!
• Gebruik de San Remo, coffee&tea partner niet wanneer deze of het snoer
is beschadigd!
• Om contact met het water en elektrische delen van de machine te
vermijden dient u voor gebruik de klep bovenop goed te sluiten!
• De San Remo, coffee&tea partner is geen speelgoed! Laat uw kinderen
niet alleen met huishoudelijk apparatuur!
• Voor gebruik dient u de San Remo, coffee&tea partner op een stabiele, en
waterpas ondergrond te zetten!
• Gebruik de San Remo, coffee&tea partner niet onbeheerd!
• Gebruik de San Remo, coffee&tea partner vanwege het ingebouwde
drukmechanisme niet hoger dan 1500 meter boven zeeniveau!
• De San Remo, coffee&tea partner werkt niet bij een temperatuur lager dan
100C !
• De San Remo, coffee&tea partner is NIET geschikt voor gebruik in de
vaatwasser.
• Dompel de San Remo, coffee&tea partner partner niet onder in water.
• Spoel de San Remo door voor het eerste allereerste gebruik!

Allereerst van harte gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop.
U bent nu in het bezit van een San Remo coffee&tea partner.
Een ontzettend handige combinatie met een uniek design. Eindelijk de
oplossing voor thee en Koffie drinkers tegelijk! Met de San Remo kunt u
genieten van een heerlijk vers kopje koffie met een karakteristieke smaak
door de uitgebalanceerde combinatie van druk en temperatuur. Door de
ingebouwde heetwater boiler kunt daarnaast ook genieten van een warm
kopje thee, soep of heerlijk warme chocolademelk.
Het unieke San Remo, coffee&tea partner concept houdt onder andere in
dat de watertoevoer voor koffie en thee gescheiden blijven. Hierdoor zult u
geen smaakvermenging krijgen. De San Remo bespaart ruimte op het
aanrecht en past in ieder huis. Ik hoop dat u veel plezier zult beleven met

Installatie.
Volg de volgende stappen voor optimaal gebruik van uw
San Remo:
Water
Spoel voor gebruik de San Remo goed door!
Laat minstens 1 vol reservoir door het koffie compartiment
lopen en minimaal 1 reservoir door de heet water tuit.
Gebruik altijd vers water om uw “San Remo” kwaliteit te
behouden.
Koffiepads
Zorg dat u altijd verse koffiepads gebruikt. Als u de pads
luchtdicht bewaard dan behoud u de kwaliteit van de pads.
Hoe maak ik koffie?
• Vul het extra grote waterreservoir met vers water (1).
• Zet de machine aan door op de aan/uit knop te drukken (2).
• Plaats uw kopje onder de tap voor koffie (3).
• Wacht tot dat het controlelampje brand (4).
• Doe de koffie pad in de houder (5)
• Doe de klep dicht tot dat hij klikt.
• Zet de handle links van het apparaat op slot. (6)
(zorg dat dit juist is afgesloten!)
• Draai de keuzeschakelaar naar boven op koffie (4).
• Draai de keuzeschakelaar op de off [O] stand wanneer u
genoeg koffie heeft (4).
Hoe maak ik thee?
• Vul het extra grote waterreservoir met vers water (1).
• Zet de machine aan door op de aan/uit knop te drukken (2).
• Plaats uw kopje onder het tuitje voor thee (3a).
• Wacht tot dat het controlelampje brand (4).
• Draai de keuzeschakelaar naar beneden op heet water (4).
• Draai de keuzeschakelaar op de off [O] stand wanneer u
genoeg water heeft (4).
Tip! Met de keuzeschakelaar kunt u dus automatisch de
koffie of thee sterkte bepalen.
LET OP! Nadat u de pad heeft geplaats moet u de handle op
het slotje zetten, om zo de kwaliteit van uw koffie te
waarborgen en overstroming te voorkomen.

Algemene omschrijving
Reinigen
Bij dagelijks gebruik dient u de San Remo regelmatig te reinigen.
Spoel het apparaat regelmatig door! Dit doet u door het apparaat aan te zetten, het
resevoir vullen met vers water, wachten tot dat het indicatie lampje brand, een grote
beker of mok onder de tab plaatsen en dan de switch knop op koffie zetten.
Bij het doorspoelen geen koffiepad plaatsen!
Losse onderdelen kunt u met een niet agressief schoonmaakmiddel en in een lauw
sopje afwassen (niet geschikt voor de vaatwasmachine).
Druipreservoir
De druipreservoir onder het roostertje dient regelmatig geleegd te worden zodat
deze niet overstroomt. Maak het bakje en het roostertje regelmatig schoon met een
niet agressief schoonmaakmiddel en een lauw sopje
(niet geschikt voor de vaatwasmachine).

Spoelen (ontkalken) van de San Remo!
Door gebruik van hard water kan kalk zich tegen de wanden en leidingen van de
machine afzetten, denk bijvoorbeeld aan uw douchekraan of wasmachine! Om dit te
bestrijden kunnen wij u aanraden uw San Remo 1 x in de maand te spoelen tegen
kalk. Doet u dit op de volgende manier:
• Vul het waterreservoir met een mengsel van 10 delen water en 1 deel azijn
tot het maximale niveau.
• Plaats een grote beker onder de koffiedoorvoer en een grote beker onder
de heet water tuit.
• Doe de stekker in het apparaat en zet de machine aan
• Wacht tot dat het indicatie lampje brand
• Laat het water direct lopen door de schakelaar op de coffee-stand te
zetten (geen koffiepad plaatsen)
• Wanneer het water voor 2/3 is doorgelopen draait u de keuzeschakelaar
naar hot-water en laat u deze ca. 2 minuten doorlopen.
• Draai de knop na 2 minuten op de off-stand en zet de machine uit
• Draai de knop op de koffie-stand zet de het apparaat weer aan en laat nu
de helft van de rest van het water doorlopen
• Draai de knop nu weer op de hot-water stand en laat deze nu 3 minuten
doorlopen en zet dan de machine uit door de keuzeschakelaar op off te
draaien en de rukknop uit te drukken.
• Zet de machine nu weer aan en laat de rest van het water door de koffie
doorvoer lopen door de draaiknop op de coffee-stand te zetten.
• Leeg de koppen onder de koffie doorvoer gedurende het proces wanneer
nodig en vergeet dan niet het apparaat even uit te zetten.
• Spoel het waterreservoir grondig onder de kraan, zorg dat er geen resten
azijn achter blijven die de smaak kunnen beïnvloeden.
• Vul het reservoir en zorg dat de bekers onder de koffiedoorvoer en de
heet water tuit leeg zijn
• Zet de machine op de koffiestand en laat een vol waterreservoir
doorstromen
• Vul nu het reservoir opnieuw en zet het apparaat op de heetwaterstand en
laat nu een vol waterreservoir door de heet water tuit stromen
• Haal op het einde nog een doekje over het apparaat om deze te reinigen

Safety instructions: San Remo Coffee and Tea Partner:
Thoroughly read the safety instructions and preserve the same
carefully for future use.
Check whether the voltage appearing on the sticker on the bottom of
the machine corresponds to the voltage at the place of use.
If these are identical, you may safely use the coffee maker!
Do not use the San Remo coffee & tea partner if the power cable or
the equipment is damaged!
To prevent contact with the water and electrical parts of the machine,
properly close the valve at the top!
The San Remo coffee & tea partner is not a toy! Do not leave your
children alone with household equipments!
Before use, place the San Remo coffee & tea partner on a stable
surface levelled with a water level!
Do not run the San Remo coffee & tea partner without supervision!
Do not use the San Remo coffee & tea partner at heights of more
than 1500 meters above sea level, in view of the built-in pressure
mechanism!
The San Remo coffee & tea partner will not work at a temperature
less than 10oC!
The San Remo coffee & tea partner is NOT suitable for use in the
dishwasher.
Do not immerse the San Remo coffee & tea partner under water.
Wash the San Remo coffee & tea partner before using it for the first
time! (See further on in our manual)

a solution for tea and coffee drinkers alike! With the San Remo
coffee & tea partner, you can enjoy a fresh, delicious cup of
coffee with a characteristic taste through the well-balanced
combination of pressure and temperature. Due to the built-in
hot water boiler, you can also enjoy a hot cup of tea, soup or
excellent hot chocolate milk.
The uniqueness of San Remo coffee & tea partner design
consists among other things, in keeping the water supply for
coffee and tea separate. This means that there is no mixing of
flavours. The San Remo coffee & tea partner saves space on the
kitchen worktop and fits into every home. I wish you great

Installation
Follow the steps given below in order to use your San Remo
optimally:
Water
Thoroughly wash the San Remo before use!
Allow at least one full tank to pass through the coffee
compartment and through the hot water spout as well.
Always use fresh water to maintain your “San Remo” quality.
Coffee pads
Ensure that you always use fresh coffee pads. If you keep the
pads in an airtight condition, you will retain the quality of the
pads.
How do I make coffee?
Fill the extra large water tank with fresh water (1).
Switch on the machine by pressing on the On/Off button (2).
Place your cup under the tap for coffee (3).
Wait until the control lamp lights up (4).
Place the coffee pad in the holder (5)
Close the valve until it clicks shut.
Place the handle on the left of the device in the locked position (6)
(Ensure that it has been closed correctly!)
Turn the selection switch upwards to coffee (4).
Turn the selection switch to the Off [O] position when you have
enough coffee (4).
How do I make tea?
Fill the extra large water tank with fresh water (1).
Switch on the machine by pressing on the On/Off button (2).
Place your cup under the spout for tea (3a).
Wait until the control lamp lights up (4).
Turn the selection switch downwards to hot water (4).
Turn the selection switch to the Off [O] position when you have
enough water (4).
Tip! You can therefore automatically determine the strength of
the tea or coffee using the selection switch.
ATTENTION!
After you have placed the pad, you must place the handle over
the compartment in order to maintain the quality of your coffee
and to prevent overflowing.

General description
Cleaning
In case of daily use, regularly clean the San Remo.
Regularly wash the equipment! You can do this by switching on the equipment,
filling the tank with fresh water, waiting until the indication lamp lights up, placing a
large container or mug under the tab and switching the switch button to the Coffee
position.
Do not place any coffee pads during the rinsing!
You may wash loose parts with a non-aggressive cleaning medium and a lukewarm
soap solution (not suitable for dishwashing machines).
Drip tank
The drip tank under the drill should be regularly emptied so that it does not
overflow. Regularly clean the container and the grill with a non-aggressive cleaning
medium and lukewarm soap solution (not suitable for dishwashing machines).

Washing (decalcification) of the San Remo!
If hard water is used, calcium may be deposited on the walls and pipelines of the
machine, for example, think of your showerhead or washing machine! In order to
combat this, we recommend that the San Remo be washed once a month to prevent
calcium deposits. You may do this in the following manner:
• Fill your water tank with a mixture of 10 parts water and 1 part vinegar to the
maximum level.
• Place a large mug under the coffee dispensing outlet and a large mug under the
hot water spout.
• Insert the plug into the device and switch on the machine.
• Wait until the indication lamp lights up.
• Allow the water to directly pass through by placing the switch in the Coffee
position (do not insert any coffee pads)
• After two-thirds of the water has run out, turn the selection switch to hot water
and allow it to run for around two minutes.
• After 2 minutes, turn the button to the off position and switch off the machine.
• Turn the button into the Coffee position and start the equipment again, and now
let half of the remaining water to run out.
• Now turn the button back to the Hot Water position and allow the same to run
through for 3 minutes and switch off the machine by turning the selection switch
to the off position and press the pull switch.
• Now switch the machine on again and let the rest of the water pass through the
coffee outlet by placing the rotary button in the Coffee position.
• Place the cups under the coffee outlet during the process if necessary, and in such
case do not forget to switch off the equipment.
• Thoroughly wash the water tank under the tap, ensure that no vinegar remnants
remain behind, which could affect the taste.
• Fill the tank and ensure that the mugs under the coffee outlet and hot water spout
are empty.
• Place the machine into the Coffee position and allow a full water tank to flow
through.
• Now fill the tank once again and set the equipment in the Hot Water position and
allow a full water tank to flow to the hot water.
• Pass a cloth over the equipment once more at the end, to clean it
