contains important notes on the installation, safety, operation and care of the appliance.
We recommend that you keep this manual and the product warranty together in a safe place for
further reference.
Please pay special attention to the safety instructions.
Safety Instructions:
1. This appliance complies with all relevant legal safety requirements. Incorrect use can,
however, lead to personal injury and damage to the appliance.
2. The appliance should only be used for the purpose for which it was designed. The
manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages caused by improper use or user error.
3. Do not use the appliance after it has fallen or sustained damage in any other way. If the
device is damaged please return it for service to your supplier or a certified repair company.
4. Never try to repair the appliance yourself. Non-compliance may be lethal.
5. This appliance is intended solely for the preparation of foodstuffs.
6. Always keep watch over the appliance while it is in operation.
7. This appliance is supplied with components for conversion to use with natural gas. This
conversion should only be carried out by a qualified engineer in accordance with local and
national safety regulations
Before use:
-Use the appliance only outdoors or in a well ventilated area.
-Parts of the appliance that were sealed by the manufacturer are not user-serviceable.
-Before installation and first use, read the user manual carefully.
General Instructions:
1. Installation of this device may only be carried out by a suitably qualified and competent
person in accordance with local and national safety regulations.
2. This appliance is only suitable for propane gas in its default configuration.
3. Make sure the flow of gas through the hose is not obstructed in any way.
4. Keep the device away from flammable materials.
5. Do not move the appliance while it is in use.
6. Always close the main gas valve when the device is not in use.
7. Modifications to the appliance can be dangerous, and are not allowed.
8. Keep a clear space of 30cm on all sides of the device, and use a spirit level to make sure it is
as perfectly level as possible.
WARNING: Parts of the device can become hot during use.
Keep children away, especially from the burner.

Connecting the gas bottle
1 = main tap
2 = pressure regulator
3 = gas hose
4 = gas bottle
Attach the pressure regulator to the gas bottle using
the large brass nut. Always ensure that the rubber
sealing washer is present in the nut. (NB. This
rubber washer is not required for UK-type pressure
regulators). Tighten the nut well. Note that the nut
has a left-hand thread. Check the connections for leaks using a soap and water solution.
Instructions for use:
Ignition:
1. Push down the control knob.
2. While pressing, turn the control knob to the ignition position (lightning).
3. While knob is in this position press the ignition button several times
4. Keep the control knob pressed for 10-15 seconds
5. Move the control knob to the desired setting between and .
If the flame fails to remains lit, repeat the procedure, keeping the control knob pressed in for a few
extra seconds.

Extinguishing:
1. Turn the control knob to the “0” position.
2. Attention! After extinguishing wait ±10 minutes before re-igniting the burner.
After extinguishing always close the main gas valve!
Defects: Possible causes:
Burner won’t ignite Ignition malfunction
Thermocouple malfunction
Dirty spark plug
Gas hose blocked
Injector blocked
Burner will not ignite fully Gas hose blocked
Gas valve not completely open
Injector blocked
Gas valve malfunction
Remarks:
-We highly recommend replacing the gas hose every 3 to 4 years, it becomes porous over
time. The production date is printed on the hose. Also check the hose for leaks on a yearly
basis.
-Please consult and follow any locally applicable regulations and guidelines in addition to this
manual.
Warranty:
Any defect causing reduced performance of the appliance that becomes apparent within 1 year of
date of purchase, will be solved through free repair or replacement, provided the appliance has been
used and maintained in accordance with the instructions, and has not been abused or used for
purposes it was not intended for. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If warranty is applicable, please remember to state where and when the appliance was purchased,
and include proof of purchase.
Discarding:
At the end of the life of the appliance, please discard of it in accordance with locally applicable
regulations and guidelines.

Conversion instructions for Hokker 147801 from Propane to Natural Gas and vice versa.
ATTENTION! This conversion should only be performed by a qualified engineer!
When conversion is complete, please replace the rating label with the supplied alternative.
1.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screw
holding the burner in place. Save the screw
carefully.
2.
Carefully lift the burner up, out of the device.
3.
Unscrew the injector and keep it in a safe
place for future use.
4.
Replace the injector with the supplied
alternative.
Injector 115 for Propane
Injector 200 for Natural Gas
Repeat the steps in reverse order to
reassemble.

gebruik met aardgas. Het ombouwen voor gebruik met aardgas dient alleen uitgevoerd te
worden door een gekwalificeerde monteur, waarbij voldaan moet worden aan lokaal en
nationaal geldende veiligheidsregels, -richtlijnen en -wetten.
Voor het gebruik:
-Gebruik het apparaat alleen buitenshuis of in een goed geventileerde ruimte.
-Delen van het apparaat die door de fabrikant verzegeld zijn mogen niet door de gebruiker
worden veranderd.
-Voor installatie en gebruik deze handleiding goed lezen.
Algemene instructies:
1. De installatie van dit apparaat mag alleen worden verricht door een gekwalificeerde
monteur.
2. Het apparaat is in de standaard configuratie alleen geschikt voor gebruik met propaan gas.
3. Zorg dat de gasslang niet geknikt is.
4. Houd het apparaat weg van ontvlambare materialen.
5. Verplaats het apparaat niet tijdens gebruik.
6. Draai altijd de gaskraan dicht na gebruik.
7. Het aanbrengen van eigen wijzigingen aan het apparaat is gevaarlijk en niet toegestaan.
8. Houd om het apparaat een ruimte vrij van tenminste 30 cm aan alle zijden en zet het
apparaat zo goed mogelijk waterpas.
WAARSCHUWING: Delen van het apparaat kunnen erg heet worden.
Houd kinderen uit de buurt van het apparaat.

Aansluiten van de gasfles
1 = Hoofdkraan
2 = Drukregelaar
3 = Gasslang
4 = Gasfles
Bevestig de drukregelaar aan de gasfles met de grote
messing moer. Denk erom dat de rubber
afdichtingring in de moer aanwezig is.
Draai de moer goed vast. Let op dit is een linkse
schroefdraad.
Controleer de verbindingen met zeepsop om eventuele lekken op te sporen.
IgnitionOntsteken:
1. Druk de stelknop in.
2. While pressing, turn the control knob to the ignition position (lightning)Draai terwijl u de stelknop
indrukt hem naar de ontsteking stand (bliksem).
3. While knob is in this position press the ignition button several timesDruk met de stelknop in deze
positive enkele keren op de onstekingsknop
4. Keep the control knob pressed for 10-15 secondsHoud de stelknop nog 10 tot 15 seconden
ingedrukt

Uitschakelen:
1. Draai de stelknop naar “0”.
2. Let op! Wacht na uitschakelen ±10 minuten voordat u het apparaat weer ontsteekt.
Na uitschakelen altijd de hoofdkraan op de gasfles dichtdraaien!
Storingen: Mogelijke oorzaak:
Brander ontsteekt niet ontsteking defect
thermokoppel defect
bougie vuil
gasslang geknikt
sproeier verstopt
Brander brandt niet volledig gasslang geknikt
gaskraan niet helemaal open
hoofdsproeier verstopt
gaskraan defect
Opmerkingen:
-Het is aan te raden na 3 tot 4 jaar de gasslang te vervangen (zie datum op de slang), deze
wordt op den duur poreus. Controleer ook jaarlijks de slang op lekken.
-Raadpleeg ook de plaatselijk geldende normen, deze kunnen afwijken.
Garantie:
Elk defect waardoor de werking van het apparaat nadelig wordt beïnvloed dat zich binnen 1 jaar na
aankoop van het apparaat voordoet, wordt gratis hersteld door reparatie of vervanging, mits het
apparaat conform de instructies is gebruikt en onderhouden en niet op enigerlei wijze verkeerd is
behandeld of misbruikt. Dit laat onverlet uw bij wet bepaalde rechten. Als de garantie van kracht is,
vermeld dan waar en wanneer u het apparaat hebt gekocht en sluit een aankoopbewijs bij
(bijvoorbeeld kassabon).
Gezien ons streven naar voortdurende verdere productontwikkeling behouden wij ons het recht voor
zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving wijzigingen aan te brengen aan product, verpakking en
documentatie.
Afdanken:
Aan het einde van de levensduur, het apparaat afdanken volgens de op dat moment geldende
voorschriften en richtlijnen.

ATTENTIE! Laat alleen een erkend monteur deze wijziging uitvoeren.
Na ombouwen a.u.b. het CE (vermogen-)label vervangen voor het meegeleverde exemplaar.
1.
Draai met een schroevendraaier de brander
los (rode pijl), verwijder de schroef
en bewaar
deze.
2.
Til voorzichtig de brander omhoog, uit het
apparaat.
3.
Draai de inspuiter los en bewaar deze
zorgvuldig
voor de toekomst.
4.
Vervang de inspuiter door het meegeleverde
exemplaar.
Inspuiter 115 voor Propaan
Inspuiter 200 voor Aardgas
Herhaal de stappen in omgekeerde volgorde
om het apparaat weer te assembleren.

Bedienungsanleitung vor Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durch. Sie enthält wichtige Installations-,
Sicherheits-, und Gebrauchshinweise für dieses Gerät.
Wir empfehlen diese Anleitung mit der Rechnung und Garantie für spätere Anfragen sicher
aufzubewahren.
Bitte beachten Sie die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise.
Sicherheitshinweise:
1. Dieses Gerät unterliegt allen relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften. Durch falschen Gebrauch,

Generelle Hinweise:

2. Im Auslieferzustand ist das Gerät nur für den Betrieb mit Propangas ausgerichtet.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gas durch den Gasschlauch ungehindert fließen kann.
4. Stellen Sie keine entzündlichen Materialen in die Nähe dieses Gerätes.
5. Bewegen Sie das Gerät nicht während des Betriebes.
6. Schließen Sie das Gasventil wenn das Gerät nicht in Betrieb ist.
7. Es ist ausdrücklich untersagt Änderungen am Gerät vorzunehmen.
8. Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass um das Gerät ein Freiraum von 30 cm auf allen Seiten ist.
Verwenden Sie zum Aufstellen eine Wasserwaage um das Gerät möglichst genau
auszurichten.

WARNUNG: Teile des Gerätes werden während des Betriebes sehr heiß!
Halten Sie Kinder von dem Gerät, speziell vom Brenner fern.
Anschließen der Gasflasche
1 = Haupthahn
2 = Druckregler
3 = Gasschlauch
4 = Gasflasche
Befestigen Sie den Druckregler mit der großen
Messingmutter an der Gasflasche. Achten Sie immer
darauf, dass die Gummidichtung in der Mutter ist.
Achtung, die Mutter hat ein Linksgewinde.
Überprüfen Sie die Dichtheit.
Gebrauchshinweise:
Zündung:
1. Drücken Sie den Knebel .
2. Halten Sie den Knebel gedrückt und drehen auf die Zündstellung (Blitz).
3. Halten Sie den Knebel in dieser Position gedrückt und drücken Sie mehrmals auf den Zündknopf.
4. Halten Die den Knebel für 10-15 Sekunden gedrückt.
5. Stelllen Sie die gewünschte Flammenstärke zwischen und ein.
Wenn die Flamme ausgeht, wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang und halten den Knebel einige Sekunden
länger gedrückt.

Abschaltung:
1. Drehen Sie den Knebel auf die Position “0”.
2. ACHTUNG! Nach dem Löschen der Flamme, warten Sie mindestens 10 Minuten bevor Sie den
Brenner wieder zünden.
Nach dem Abschalten das Gasventilschließen!
Fehler : Mögliche Gründe:

Fehlfunktion des Wärmefühlers
Schmutziger Zünder
Gasschlauch abgeknickt
Gasventil geschlossen

Fehlfunktion der Gasdüse
Anmerkungen:
-Wir empfehlen ausdrücklich den Gasschlauch alle 3-4 Jahre zu wechseln, da dieser porös
werden kann. Das Produktionsdatum ist auf dem Schlauch aufgedruckt. Überprüfen Sie
mindestens einmal jährlich den Gasschlauch auf Löcher.
-Bitte fragen Sie nach lokalen Vorschriften und Richtlinien und befolgen Sie diese zusammen
mit dieser Anleitung
Garantie:
Jeder Defekt welcher eine Leistungsminderung des Gerätes hervorruft und im 1. Jahr nach dem Kauf
eintritt, wird durch eine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Ersatzgerät ersetzt –Jedoch nur unter der
Voraussetzung, dass das Gerät unter Einhaltung der Angaben in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung
verwendet wurde –dass das Gerät nur für den Zweck verwendet wurde, für welchen es konstruiert
wurde. Die jeweiligen gesetzlichen Regulierungen werden nicht angegriffen.
Im Garantiefall geben Sie immer an, wo das Gerät gekauft wurde und fügen Sie eine Rechnungskopie
bei.

Umbauanleitung für Hockerkocher 147801 von Propan- auf Erdgas und zurück
ACHTUNG: Dieser Umbau darf nur durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
1.
Lösen Sie mit einem Schraubendreher die
Schraube, an wel
cher der Brenner befestigt
ist.
Bewahren Sie die Schraube sorgfältig auf.
2.
Nehmen Sie nun den Brenner vorsichtig aus
dem Gerät.
3.
Schrauben Sie nun den Zünder/Düse auf und
heben Sie diesen sorgfältig auf, für den Fall,
dass Sie ihn in der Zukunft wieder benötigen.
4.
Ersetzen Sie die Düse nun mit der
mitgelieferten
Düse.
Düse 115 für Propangas
Düse 200 für Erdgas
Gehen Sie nun diese Schritte in rückwärtiger
Reihenfolge durch und bauen das Gerät
wieder zusammen.

Consignes générales

3. Assurez-vous que le flux de gaz à travers le tuyau n’est pas obstrué d’une quelconque façon.
4. Maintenez l’appareil loin des matières inflammables.
5. Ne bougez pas l’appareil quand il fonctionne.
6. Fermez toujours la valve à gaz principale quand l’appareil n’est pas utilisé.
7. Il peut être dangereux de modifier l’appareil, et ce n’est pas permis.
8. Maintenez un espace libre de 30 cm sur le pourtour de l’appareil et utilisez un niveau pour
vous assurer qu’il est parfaitement à l’horizontale.

Raccordement de la bouteille de gaz
1 = robinet d´alimentation
2 = régulateur de pression
3 = tuyau de gaz
4 = bouteille de gaz
Connectez le régulateur de pression à la bouteille
de gaz en vissant le gros écrou en cuivre. Vérifiez
toujours que la rondelle d´étanchéité en
caoutchouc se trouve bien à l´intérieur de l´écrou.
(N.B. : Cette rondelle en caoutchouc n´est pas
nécessaire pour les modèles de régulateurs de pression en vente au Royaume-Uni). Serrez ferment
l´écrou. Veuillez noter que l´écrou a un filetage avec pas à gauche. Contrôlez l´étanchéité des
raccords en utilisant de l´eau savonneuse.
Consignes d’utilisation
Allumage
1. Appuyez sur le bouton de réglage.
2. Tout en le maintenant appuyé, tournez le bouton en position d´allumage (éclair).
3. Maintenez le bouton dans cette position et appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur le bouton d´allumage.
4. Maintenez le bouton de réglage appuyé pendant 10 à 15 secondes.
5. Tournez ensuite le bouton jusqu´au réglage souhaité entre et .
Si la flamme ne reste pas allumée, répétez la procédure en maintenant le bouton de réglage
appuyé pendant quelques secondes supplémentaires.
