Thank you for choosing this garden building manufactured by the UK's largest manufacturer of

timber garden products. In order to gain the most benefit from it, please note the following:

- Exercise particular care and follow instructions whilst cutting felt tiles. If they are cut incorrectly,

additional felt tiles can be purchased from most good DIY retailers or garden centres.

- This building is pressure treated to ensure the longevity of all timber components and protect

against rot. This may leave a colour difference on some parts that will even out as the moisture

contents stabilize.

- In line with your statutory rights, please check all parts prior to assembly, as assembly of

damaged parts may be deemed to be acceptance and this may affect the remedies you are entitled

to. If the product is not constructed in accordance with the instructions, or is altered in anyway (eg

painted), the manufacturer cannot be held liable for any resulting damage.

- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and swell as a result of varying moisture content.

- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts away from children in order to reduce the risk of

suffocation.

- Important Note : Do not lean or stand on roof during assembly. Roof is not load bearing.

Loose roof board 1431mm

Slot the loose roof boards into the roof sections and

secure each board in place using 2 x 45mm screws,

screwing through the board into the rafters. RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, PLEASE

Fix each roof section to the

rafters by screwing down

through the cladded material

into the rafters using 3x 45mm

screws for each side

Secure the panels to the floor by

screwing through the bottom of the

panel framing into the floor using

the 70mm screws

Fix the post to the

panels by screwing

through the side panels

framing into the posts

using 70mm screws

MUST PRE DRILL

Place the sections

together and place the

floor plug in the centre

Fix the rafters to the finial by

screwing diagonally through the

rafter into the finial using

120mm screws. Lift the rafter

section into place.

Further secure the rafters to the

posts using 70mm screws as

shown.

Attention:

Take care when lifting the roof

sections into position and use a

minimum of two adults

Be careful not to trap fingers
