Keep ng your personal nformat on current helps ensure that we prov de you w th the most
relevant offers. You can access, update, or delete your personal nformat on v a your
Account prof le. We are ready to ass st you n manag ng your subscr pt ons, deact vat ng
your account, and remov ng your act ve prof le and data. Your personal nformat on m ght
not be mmed ately deleted, as we are requ red to reta n records relat ng to prev ous
purchases through our HIKVISION Serv ces for f nanc al report ng and compl ance reasons
pursuant to appl cable laws. In add t on, because of the way we ma nta n certa n serv ces,

Cautio s
Make sure the power supply voltage s correct before us ng the
camera.
Do not drop the camera or subject t to phys cal shock.
Do not touch sensor modules w th f ngers. If clean ng s necessary,
use a clean cloth w th a b t of ethanol, and w pe t gently. If the
camera w ll not be used for an extended per od, replace the lens cap
to protect the sensor from d rt.
Do not a m the camera at the sun or extra br ght places. Bloom ng or
smear ng may occur otherw se (wh ch s not a malfunct on), and
affect the endurance of sensor at the same t me.
The sensor may be burned out by a laser beam, so f any laser
equ pment s n use, make sure that the sensor surface w ll not be
exposed to the laser beam.
Do not place the camera n extremely hot, cold, dusty, or damp
locat ons, and do not expose t to h gh electromagnet c rad at on.
To avo d heat accumulat on, good vent lat on s requ red for the
operat ng env ronment.
