警告！
阅读随电动工具提供的所有安全警告、说明、图示和规定。
不遵照以下所列说明会导致电击、着火和／或严重伤害。
保存所有警告和说明书以备查阅。
警告中的术语“电动工具”是指市电驱动（有线）电动工具或电池驱动（无线）
电动具。
1) 工作场地的安全
a) 保持工作场地清洁和明亮。
杂乱和黑暗的场地会引发事故。
b) 不要在易爆环境，如有易燃液体、气体或粉尘的环境下操作电动工具。
电动工具产生的火花会点燃粉尘或气体。
c) 操作电动工具时，远离儿童和旁观者。

2) 电气安全
a) 电动工具插头必须与插座相配。绝不能以任何方式改装插头。需接地的
电动工具不能使用任何转换插头。

f) 如果无法避免在潮湿环境中操作电动工具，应使用带有剩余电流装置
（RCD）保护的电源。
RCD 的使用可降低电击风险。
3) 人身安全
a) 保持警觉，当操作电动工具时关注所从事的操作并保持清醒。当你感到
疲倦，或在有药物、酒精或治疗反应时，不要操作电动工具。
在操作电动工具时瞬间的疏忽会导致严重人身伤害。
b) 使用个人防护装置。始终佩戴护目镜。

c) 防止意外起动。在连接电源和 / 或电池包、拿起或搬运工具前确保开关处

d) 在电动工具接通之前，拿掉所有调节钥匙或扳手。
遗留在电动工具旋转零件上的扳手或钥匙会导致人身伤害。
e) 手不要过分伸展。时刻注意立足点和身体平衡。
这样能在意外情况下能更好地控制住电动工具。
f) 着装适当。不要穿宽松衣服或佩戴饰品。让你的头发和衣服远离运动部件。
宽松衣服、佩饰或长发可能会卷入运动部件。
g) 如果提供了与排屑、集尘设备连接用的装置，要确保其连接完好且使用
得当。
使用集尘装置可降低尘屑引起的危险。
h)

4) 电动工具使用和注意事项

f) 保持切削刀具锋利和清洁。

g) 按照使用说明书，并考虑作业条件和要进行的作业来选择电动工具、附
件和工具的刀头等。
将电动工具用于那些与其用途不符的操作可能会导致危险情况。
h) 保持手柄和握持表面干燥、清洁，不得沾有油脂。
在意外的情况下，湿滑的手柄不能保证握持的安全和对工具的控制。
5) 维修
a) 由专业维修人员使用相同的备件维修电动工具。
这将保证所维修的电动工具的安全。
注意！
不可让儿童和体弱人士靠近工作场所。
应将不使用的工具存放在儿童和体弱人士接触不到的地方。
电钻安全警告
1) 当在钻削附件可能触及暗线或其自身导线的场合进行操作时，要通过绝缘握
持面握持工具。钻削附件碰到带电导线会使工具外露的金属零件带电而使操
作者受到电击。
使用电钻时应注意事项
1. 请使用辅助握把 (如果工具有提供)，以免失控而造成人员受伤。
2. 当在钻削附件可能触及暗线或其自身软线之处进行操作时，要通过绝缘握持
面来握持工具。
钻削附件碰到带电导线会使工具外露的金属零件带电从而使操作者受到电
击。
3. 使用时请握住电钻。
4. 请勿戴用易于卷起的材料 (如棉花，羊毛，布或线等) 制成的手套。
5. 在钻入墙壁，天花板或地板之前，务必确认其中没有埋设电缆或管道。
6. 请勿将工具用于拧紧或旋松螺钉、螺栓等。
否则可能会损坏工具或造成人身伤害。

用途
在金属，木材和塑料上钻孔。
作业之前
1. 电源
确认所使用的电源与工具铭牌上标示的规格是否相符。
2. 电源开关
确认电源开关是否切断。若电源开关接通，则插头插入电源插座时电动工具
将出其不意地立刻转动，从而招致严重事故。
3. 延伸电缆
若作业场所移到离开电源的地点，应使用容易足够、铠装合适的延伸线缆，
并且要尽可能地短些。
4. 选择合适的钻头
○ 在金属或塑料上钻孔时
使用普通的金工钻头。
○ 在木材上钻孔时
使用普通的木工钻孔。
但是 , 当钻小于 6.5 mm 的孔时，请使用金工钻头。

5. 钻头的装配和拆卸 (图 1)
(1) 打开夹盘钳夹 , 并将钻头插入夹盘。
(2) 将卡盘扳手分别放在夹盘的三个孔
之上，并将其沿顺时针方向旋转 (前
视)，使之固定。
(3) 要拆卸钻头时，将卡盘扳手放入夹盘
上的一个孔中，并将其沿逆时针方向
转动。
6. 确认钻头旋转方向 (图 2)
将旋转变速杆转到 R (左侧) 可使钻头
沿顺时针方向 (后视) 旋转。
将旋转变速杆转到 L (右侧)，则钻头
沿逆时针方向旋转。

使用方法
1. 开关操作
○ 按下起动器时，电钻旋转 ；松开起动
器时，电钻停止。
○ 改变拉起动器开关的程度可以控制电
钻的转速。轻拉起动器开关转速较慢，
进一步拉起动器开关则转速变快。
○ 拉起动器并推制动器，保持开关合上状
态，便于连续运转。当开关断开时，再
次拉起动器便可释放制动器。(图 3)
2. 钻孔
○ 钻孔时 , 请慢慢起动电钻，并逐渐提高转速。
○ 总是保持对钻头施加垂直的压力。钻孔时要保持足夠的压力，但不要过分用
力按压而导致马达停转或使钻头偏斜。
○ 要尽量减少停转或损坏材料时，请减少对钻头施加的压力并在穿孔前降低压
力。
○ 如果电钻停转，则立即释放起动器，从工件上取出钻头并重新开始钻孔。请
勿按下和松开起动器以试图起动已停转的电钻，否则会损坏电钻。
○ 钻头口径越大，手臂受到的反作用力也越大。
必须注意不要因反作用力而失去对电钻的控制。为了获得良好的控制，脚步
要站稳，用双手握紧钻机，确保钻头与被钻面保持垂直。

维护和检查
1. 检查钻头
继续使用已磨损或损伤的钻头，不仅使工作效率大为降低，同时又会导致电
动机过载。因此，钻头必须时常检查，并根据情况需要换新件。
2. 检查安装螺钉
要经常检查安装螺钉是否紧固妥善。若发现螺钉松了，应立即重新扭紧，否
则会导致严重的事故。
3. 电动机的维护
电动机绕线是电动工具的心脏部。应仔细检查有无损伤，是否被油液或水沾
湿。
4. 检查炭刷
为了保证长期安全操作和防止触电，必须仅由经授权的HiKOKI维修中心检查
和更换炭刷。
5. 更换电源线
必须更换电源线时，应由HiKOKI公司授权的维修中心来更换，以避免安全危
险。
本电动工具的电源线损坏时必须更换成由维修组织特别准备的电源线。
6. 维修零部件一览表
注意！
HiKOKI牌电动工具的维修、改造和检查须由经HiKOKI公司授权的维修中心
进行。
当要求维修或其他保养服务时，若将此零部件一览表与电动工具一起呈交给
经HiKOKI公司授权的维修中心，将有助于维修或保养工作。
在操作和维修电动工具时，必须遵守贵国制定的安全的有关规则和标准。

GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with this
power tool.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term “power tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or
battery-operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Work area safety
a) Keep work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence
of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do
not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators.
There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging
the power tool.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for
outdoor use.
Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual
current device (RCD) protected supply.
Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a
power tool.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medication.
A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before
connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the
tool.
Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have
the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on.
A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in
personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair and
clothing away from moving parts.
Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection
facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.
Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
h) Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become
complacent and ignore tool safety principles.
A careless action can cause severe injury within a fraction of a second.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application.
The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack,
if detachable, from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools.
Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool
accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool.
Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of
moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the
power toolʼs operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and
are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these
instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be
performed.
Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a
hazardous situation.
h) Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control of
the tool in unexpected situations.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.
CAUTION
Keep children and infirm persons away.
When not in use, tools should be stored out of reach of children and infirm persons.
DRILL SAFETY WARNINGS

PRECAUTIONS ON USING DRILL
1. Use auxiliary handle(s), if supplied with the tool.
Loss of control can cause personal injury.
2. Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operation
where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Cutting
accessory contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of the power tool
“live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
3. Hold the drill securely when using.
4. Do not wear gloves made of stuffliable to roll up such as cotton, wool, cloth or
string, etc.
5. Prior to drilling into walls, ceilings or floors, ensure there are no electric cables or
conduits inside.
6. Do not use the tool for tightening or loosening of screws, bolts, etc.
Doing so may cause damage to the tool or personal injury.

APPLICATIONS
Boring holes in metal, wood and plastic.
PRIOR TO OPERATION
1. Power source
Ensure that the power source to be utilized conforms to the power requirements specified
on the product nameplate.
2. Power switch
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position. If the plug is connected to a receptacle
while the power switch is in the ON position, the power tool will start operating immediately,
inviting serious accident.
3. Extension cord
When the work area is removed from the power source. Use an extension cord of sufficient
thickness and rated capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short as practicable.

4. Selecting the appropriate drill bit:
○ When boring metal or plastic
Use ordinary metalworking drill bits.
○ When boring wood
Use ordinary woodworking drill bits.
However, when drilling 6.5 mm or smaller holes,
use a metalworking drill bit.
5. Mounting and dismounting of the bit (Fig. 1)
(1) Open the chuck jaws, and insert the bit into the
chuck.
(2) Place the chuck wrench in each of the three holes
in the chuck, and turn it in the clockwise direction
(viewed from the front side). Tighten securely.
(3) To remove the bit, place the chuck wrench into
one of the holes in the chuck and turn it in the
counterclockwise direction.
6. Check the rotational direction (Fig. 2)
The bit rotates clockwise (viewed from the rear side)
by turning the rotational change lever to R-mark.
The rotational change lever is returned to the L-mark to turn the bit counterclockwise.

HOW TO USE
1. Switch operation
○ When the trigger is depressed, the tool rotates.
When the trigger is released, the tool stops.
○ The rotational speed of the drill can be controlled by
varying the amount that the trigger switch is pulled.
Speed is low when the trigger switch is pulled
slightly and increases as the trigger switch is pulled
more.
○ Pulling the trigger and pushing the stopper, it keeps
the switched-on condition which is convenient for
continuous running. When switching off, the stopper can be disconnected by pulling the
trigger again. (Fig. 3)
2. Drilling
○ When drilling, start the drill slowly, and gradually increasing speed as you drill.
○ Always apply pressure in a straight line with the bit. Use enough pressure to keep drilling,
but do not push hard enough to stall the motor or deflect the bit.
○ To minimize stalling or breaking through the material, reduce pressure on drill and ease the
bit through the last part of the hole.
○ If the drill stalls, release the trigger immediately, remove the bit from the work and start
again. Do not click the trigger on and offin an attempt to start a stalled drill. This can
damage the drill.

○ The larger the drill bit diameter, the larger the reactive force on your arm.
Be careful not to lose control of the drill because of this reactive force.
To maintain firm control, establish a good foothold, hold the drill tightly with both hands, and
ensure that the drill is vertical to the material being drilled.
MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION
1. Inspecting the drill bits
Since use of an abraded drill bits will cause motor malfunctioning and degraded efficiency,
replace the drill bits with a new one or resharpening without delay when abrasion is noted.
2. Inspecting the mounting screws
Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened. Should
any of the screws be loose, retighten them immediately. Failure to do so could result in
serious hazard.
3. Maintenance of the motor
The motor unit winding is the very “heart” of the power tool. Exercise due care to ensure the
winding does not become damaged and/or wet with oil or water.
4. Inspecting the carbon brushes
For your continued safety and electrical shock protection, carbon brush inspection and
replacement on this tool should ONLY be performed by a HiKOKI Authorized Service
Center.
5. Replacing supply cord
If the replacement of the supply cord is necessary, this has to be done by HiKOKI
Authorized Service Center in order to avoid a safety hazard.
If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged, it must be replaced by a specially prepared
cord available through the service organization.
6. Service parts list
CAUTION
Repair, modification and inspection of HiKOKI Power Tools must be carried out by
a HiKOKI Authorized Service Center.
This Parts List will be helpful if presented with the tool to the HiKOKI Authorized
Service Center when requesting repair or other maintenance.
In the operation and maintenance of power tools, the safety regulations and
standards prescribed in each country must be observed.
