1 . Read all instructions before using this product.

8 . To disconnect the product from an electrical outlet, pull directly on the
plug; do NOT pull on the power cord.
9 . Do NOT put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the
product, as the power cord could fray and break.
10. Do NOT operate the product if it malfunctions, or if it is dropped, or
damaged.
11. This product has NO user-serviceable parts. Do NOT attempt to examine
or repair this product yourself. ONLY qualied and approved service
personnel should perform servicing.
12. This product is intended for HOUSEHOLD and INTERIOR USE ONLY and
cannot be used for any other purpose. This item is NOT a toy.
13. Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. This product is
NOT intended to be used by children and strict supervision is necessary
when used near children.
14. Do NOT leave the product unattended while it is in use.
15. Do NOT use any attachments or accessories that are not recommended
or sold and approved by the manufacturer for this product.
16. Always operate the product on a dry, at, stable, heat-resistant surface
to avoid accidents.
17. Do NOT move the product while it is in use. Always let it cool down
before moving.
18. Do NOT let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter.
19. Use an oven mitt when operating the appliance for safety.

WARNING: During the rst few minutes of initial use, you may notice
a little smoke and/or a slight odor. This is normal and should quickly
disappear. It will not recur after the appliance has been used a few
times.

• EXTENSION CORDS
A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting
from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer
detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may
be used if care is exercised in their use. If a longer detachable power-supply
cord or extension cord is used:
1. The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at
least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
2. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged, or pulled on
unintentionally by children or the user.

• POLARIZED PLUG
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do not attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
HOW TO OPERATE
BEFORE FIRST USE:
1. Unpack the appliance and all parts. Remove all packaging materials,
including any stickers or labels.
2. Read these instructions carefully.
3. Clean the interior surface of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wipe dry
with a soft cloth immediately. Do not use abrasive materials. Wipe down the
exterior with a soft dry cloth.
4. NEVER IMMERSE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
5. Position the appliance on a stable, dry, level, heat-resistant surface near
an electrical outlet.
6. Unroll the electrical cord.
7. Operate this appliance on a separate outlet and circuit from other
appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.

CAUTION: The surfaces of the appliance get hot. To avoid accidental
burns, or scalping from steam being released while cooking, always
open and close the lid by using an oven mitt.
USING THE APPLIANCE:
1 . This appliance is intended ONLY for household use.
2 . Prepare ingredients following the recipe instructions.
3 . Lift the lid to the open position.
4 . Coat the non-stick surface with a small amount of vegetable oil. This
can be done with a paper towel or with a non-stick cooking oil spray.
Wipe o any excess oil. It is recommended to periodically do this after
use to maintain the quality of the non-stick coating.
5 . Check and conrm the voltage of the appliance is the same as the
power outlet. Then, plug in electrical cord carefully into a separate
outlet from other appliances to prevent the circuit from being
overloaded.
6 . Close the appliance after plugging in, and allow it to pre-heat.
7 . The red indicator light will turn on as soon as you connect the
appliance. The green indicator light will turn on when the appliance
reaches the maximum operating temperature. The appliance is ready
to cook as soon as the green light turns on. Note: the green indicator
light will turn on and o; it does not reect cooking completion only
temperature cycles from minimum to maximum.
8 . Open the appliance carefully with an oven mitt, grabbing it by the cool
touch handle.

9 . Place ingredients on top of the lower panini plate and press down with
upper panini plate.
10. After the ingredients are ready, carefully remove them by using an oven
mitt and a heat resistant wood, or plastic spatula. DO NOT use metal
utensils because they will scratch and damage the non-stick coated
surface.
11. If cooking more than one batch in a session, after removing the rst
batch, allow the appliance to cool down for 5 minutes before the
next batch. NOTE: DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE FOR MORE THAN 15
MINUTES NON-STOP.
12. As soon as you are nished cooking, unplug the appliance and allow it
to cool down.
13. This apliance can be used as a 180 degree grill by opening the lid to
increase the cooking surface. By pulling the latch on the handle and
releasing the lid, it will open easily (See Image)

CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure years of service of your product. Clean
the product after every use following the steps listed below. This product
contains no user serviceable parts and requires little maintenance.
WARNING: Unplug the product and allow it cool down before
cleaning.
• Clean the interior and exterior surfaces of the appliance with a damp
cloth or sponge.
• Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive or metallic materials.
• Do not submerge the appliance in water, or place directly underneath
the water faucet.
• To remove food residues from the cooking surface, pour a small amount
of cooking oil on to the hardened residue. After 5 minutes, carefully
wipe with a paper towel or dry cloth.

STORAGE
1 . After following the steps for cleaning and maintenance, collect the
power cord.
2 . Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

TIPS
• Note that breads with high sugar content, such as fruit bread, will toast
faster than regular bread.
• No need to spread oil or butter to the cooking plates of the plate,
because it has a non-stick surface. However, if you would like to
accelerate the process of toasting, it is recommended to spread a little
bit of butter on both plates.
WARNING: Let your food cool down for a few minutes before
eating, especially if you have some kind of lling such as cheese.
These foods retain much heat and could burn your mouth.

Ingredients:
• 1 tbs of salt
• 1 apple, peeled and cored
• 1/2 tbs of chopped thyme
• 4 slices of white bread
• Mustard
• 4 oz of shredded gruyere cheese
• 4 oz of ham
• 1 tbs of butter
Steps:
• In a sauce pan, melt the butter, and add the apples and thyme.
• Stir until apples are soft. Allow to cool down.
• Spread mustard on the bread, arrange the cheese, and ham.
• Pour the mixture on top of the ham. Press in the panini maker for 3-5
minutes or until cheese melts.

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of bread
• 1 tbsp of butter (softened)
• 2 tbsp of thousand island dressing
• 2 thick slices of corned beef
• 1/4 cup of sauerkraut
• 2 slices of swiss cheese
• Pickles
Steps:
• Butter the slices of bread.
• Spread dressing on the bread.
• Place corn beef on top of one slice followed by the sauerkraut.
• Place cheese on second slice of bread and sandwich both sides together.
• Press in the panini maker for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
• Remove using a wooden or plastic spatula and let cool down for a few
minutes.
• Serve with pickles and enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of Italian bread
• 1 medium tomato
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup of shredded swiss cheese
• 4 slices of ham
• Salt and oregano to taste
Steps:
• Crush the tomatos, add the oil, oregano, and salt to taste. Mix together.
• Spread the tomato mixture on both inner sides of the bread.
• Place the mozzarella, swiss cheese, and ham over tomato mixture.
• Press inside the panini maker for a few minutes until cheese melts.
• Remove using a wooden or plastic spatula and let cool down for a few
minutes.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup of prepared basil pesto
• 8 slices of ciabatta bread thinly sliced
• 8 ounces of thinly sliced turkey breast
• 1 roasted red bell pepper, stemmed, no seeds, cut into strips
• 6 ounces of cheese
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
Steps:
• Divide the pesto evenly among 1 side of each of the bread slices.
• Divide the turkey, roasted pepper, and cheese equally among 4 of the
bread slices.
• Top with the remaining bread, pesto sides down, to create 4 sandwiches.
• Brush the outsides of each sandwich with olive oil.
• Press the panini for a few minutes.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 8 slices of rustic Italian bread
• 1/4 cup of prepared basil pesto
• 16 thin slices of provolone cheese
• 16 thin slices of prosciutto
Steps:
• Brush oil over bread slices.
• Spread pesto evenly over 4 slices of bread.
• Top with the cheese and prosciutto. Close sandwiches with the
remaining bread oiled sides up.
• Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
• 1 tsp of butter
• 1/2 cup of chunky peanut butter
• 8 slices of bread
• 3 sliced bananas
Steps:
• Spread the butter on the outside of the bread.
• Spread the peanut butter on the inside of the bottom half.
• Cover the peanut butter with the bananas.
• Press until golden brown.
• Drizzle with honey.

Ingredients:
• Olive oil
• Juice of 4 lemons
• 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp of honey
• A dash of salt
• 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Steps:
• Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and a dash
of salt. Pound the chicken breasts until they are uniform thickness, then
marinate them for about 24 hours in the fridge.
• Place the chicken breasts in your girll from 8 to 10 minutes or until
golden brown and cooked all the way through (cooking time varies
depending on size)
• Serve with vegetables.’

Ingredients:
• 2 zucchinis, quartered lengthwise
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
• 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Steps:
• Brush the zucchini with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian
seasoning, and the pinch of salt over the zucchini.
• Place in the grill for a few minutes until cooked.
• Brush the balsamic vinegar over the zucchini and continue cooking 1
more minute.
• Serve with cherry tomatoes.
