IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! When using electrical appliances, basic precautions
should always be taken to minimize the risk of fire, electric shock, personal
injury and property damage. Please adhere to the following precautions and
instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE
1. Read all instructions carefully before using the heater.
2. This heater is hot while in operation. To avoid injury, never touch a hot
surface. Keep all combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows,
bedding, papers, clothes and curtains, clear of the heater by at least 3
feet (0.9 m).
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near
children and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
4. Always unplug the heater while not in use.
5. Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug. If the heater
malfunctions, or even has been dropped or damaged in any manner,
return the heater to a service facility for examination, electrical or
mechanical adjustment, or repair.
6. Do not use the heater outdoors.
7. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and
similar moist indoor locations. Never place heater where it may fall into a
bathtub or any other water container.
8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throws, rugs,
runners or the like. Keep cord away from traffic areas where it can be
tripped over.
9. CAUTION: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). To minimize the risk of shock, this plug is intended
to fit only one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to defeat this safety feature,
because it could lead to an electric shock hazard.
10. This heater consumes 12.5 amps during operation. To prevent
overloading a circuit, do not plug the heater into a circuit that already has
other appliances working.
11. CAUTION: It is normal for the plug to feel warm to the touch,
however a loose fit between the AC outlet (receptacle) and plug may
cause overheating and distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified
electrician to replace a loose or worn outlet.
12. To disconnect the heater, first switch the controls to the “O”off position,
then remove the plug from the outlet. Never pull by the cord.

13. Do not insert or allow foreign objects into the outlet grill as this may cause
an electric shock or fire, or it could damage the heater.
14. Proper ventilation air must be provided to prevent combustion. Do not
use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where the outlet grill may become
blocked.
15. A heater has hot elements inside. Do not use it in the areas where
gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
16. Use this heater only as described in this manual.Any other uses not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or
personal injury.
17. CAUTION: Using an extension cord may overheat and cause a risk
of fire. However, if you have to use an extension cord, the cord shall
be No.14 AWG minimum size and rated not less than 1875 watts.
18. The output of this heater can be intense enough to burn exposed skin.
Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced
sensitivity to heat.
19. Keep out of reach of children and do not allow them to operate this
appliance,
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
20. Make sure the connection cord does not touch any hot surfaces.
21. Do not cover the appliance.
22. Do not use if you have wet hands.
23. If you have to leave, even for a short moment, please stop the appliance.
24. Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the
manufacturer. It could cause danger to the user or damage to the
appliance.
25. Do not lift the appliance by the front glass panel. You should only
handle the heater by the casing when transporting.
26. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons
not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision
is provided.

INSTALLATION
1. Choose a wall location to attach the mounting bracket (A) in the desired
location. Use a level to align the bracket and mark the five holes with a
pencil.
2. Drill five holes in the wall. Insert the five wall anchors (C) into the holes
using a hammer.
3. Attach the mounting bracket (A) to the wall, fastening the five screws (D)
4. Install bottom fixed bracket (B) on the mid-bottom fireplace. Fasten with
two screws(E).
5. Hang the electric LED fireplace heater on the mounting bracket (A) to mark
the bottom fixed bracket(B) wall side two holes with a pencil..
6. Take down electric LED fireplace heater and drill two holes, then insert two
wall anchors (C) into the holes using a hammer.
7. Lift the electric LED fireplace heater on the mounting bracket (A) and
fasten the bottom fixed bracket(B) with two screws(D).
8. Take down the front glass panel and place the pebbles along the light unit
in the desired position. Then hang the front glass panel to the electric LED
fireplace heater.

Notice:
* Keep the appliance at least 12 “(30cm ) from walls and any other thing, to
permit a good air circulation.
* This appliance is designed to be permanently fixed to a wall at a minimum
height of 12”(30cm). The mounting bracket must fit horizontally and the
cable routed to the bottom right of the heater.
* A height of 24”(60cm) from bottom of heater to floor is recommended for
optimum viewing of fuel bed（see Fig.1 for recommend fixing dimensions
from floor at 42-3/4”(108.5cm)）.
* Keep top of heater at least 40” (100cm) away from ceiling or other objects
for optimum heat ventilation.
* Carefully lift the heater up ensuring that the top rear ledge of heater
engages the mounting bracket (see Fig.2 in circle) and is sitting centrally.
* Mark the bottom fixed bracket holes position ensuring that is rotated up.
(see Fig.3).
* Place and secure the front glass panel in front of the fire by aligning the
slots in the brackets at each side of the glass panel with the lugs on the
sides of the heater (see Fig.4.).

OPERATION
The appliance can be operated either by the switches located on the top
right hand side of the fireplace or by the supplied remote control.
Manual Operation
The switches are located at the top right hand side of the fireplace .The
power switch must be switched on first.
Press the flame O/I button once to turn on the appliance and activate
fire effect.Ared indicator light will appear to show that the function is ON.
Press the flame O/I button for 3 seconds to initiate the flame color
changing mode.
Press the 750W button once for the lowest heat setting; press twice to
switch off the heat setting.

Press the 1500W button once for the highest heat setting; press twice to
switch off the heat setting.
Continuously press flame O/I button to set your desired flame colors.
Remote Operation
The power switch located at the top right hand side of the fireplace must
be first switch on.
It takes some time for the receiver to respond to the transmitter. Do not
press the buttons more than once within two second intervals for correct
operation.
Press the ON/OFF button once on the remote control to turn the
appliance and fire effect ON/OFF.
Press the 750W button once for the low heat settings; press twice to
switch off the heat setting.
Press the1500W button once for the high heat settings; press twice to
switch off the heat setting.
Press COLOR button to set your desired flame colors.
Note: Be sure to aim your remote control within the frame of the
glass panel to ensure solid responses.

MAINTENANCE
Warning: Before any maintenance and/or cleaning the exterior of the
fireplace, disconnect the unit form the power supply and leave until
cooled off.
Remote control battery replacement: this remote control uses 2 x 1.5V
AAA battery. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly in the
remote control.
This product does not use a standard bulb for its flame effect. The
appliance uses an electronically controlled LED system to create the
flame effect therefore no parts need to be replaced. There are no
user-serviceable parts on this appliance. Under no circumstances
should the appliance be serviced by any one other than a qualified
electrician.
SAFETY FEATURES
Overheat Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with a overheat safety feature. When the heaters
internal components reach a certain temperature that could cause
overheating and possible fire, the heater will automatically shut off.
WARNING
To avoid injury from unexpected starting or electrical shock, do not plug the
power cord into a source of power during unpacking and assembly. The cord
must remain unplugged whenever you are adjusting/assembling the heater. If
any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to use or plug in the power
cord until the missing or damaged part is correctly replaced. To avoid electric
shock, use only identical replacement parts when servicing double-insulated
tools.
RESET INSTRUCTIONS
This heater is equipped with an automatic Safety Shutoff Switch for overheat
protection, which is activated as the internal temperature exceeds normal
operating temperatures.
IF THE HEATER SHUTS DOWN
1) TURN IT OFF
2) UNPLUG IT AND WAIT 15 MINUTES

3) PLUG IN AND TURN ON
IF YOUR HEATER FAILS TO OPERATE
Be sure it is plugged in and that the electrical outlet is working.
Check for any obstruction. If you find an obstruction, turn the heater OFF.
Unplug the heater and wait at least ten minutes for cool-down. Carefully
remove the obstruction. Re-plug the heater in and restart it as described in
OPERATION section.
If you still notice the same defect, detach the plug from the outlet and have
the appliance checked by service personnel only.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
We recommend that the heater be cleaned at least once a month and before
storage.
Turn the heater OFF and unplug it.Allow it to cool before handling and
storing.
Use a dry cloth to clean the external surfaces of the heater.
DO NOT USE WATER, WAX, POLISH OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION.
Clean your heater by the above-mentioned steps, then pack the heater in
its original container and store it in a cool dry place.
This heater is not disassembled.
Under normal use and circumstances, the motor is factory lubricated and
will require no further lubrication.
The glass panel should be cleaned carefully with a soft cloth. DO NOT
use proprietary glass cleaners.

workmanship for the applications specified in the Owner's Manual for a
period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty only applies to
the original purchaser of this product.
This warranty excludes damage, accidental or otherwise, to the unit not
caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
The warranty also excludes damage caused by misuse, tampering,
modification, misassembly, repairs or alterations, or failure to adequately

maintain and care for the unit. Operating this product under any conditions
other than those recommended or at voltages other than indicated will
also void this warranty. For warranty issues, contact the place of purchase for
repair/replacement opportunities. The original dated receipt or proof of
purchase must accompany all returns.
All warranties, express or implied, are limited for one year from the date of
