An adapter as shown in (C) is available
for connecting three-blade grounding
type plugs to two-slot receptacles, as
shown in (B). The green grounding plug
extending from the adapter must be

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:
1. Remove your appliance from the packaging.
2. Install your appliance in accordance with the installation & safety instructions.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.

HANDLING
Before continuing any further with the installation of this fire please read the following:
•
•When lifting always keep your back straight. Bend your legs and not your back.
Two people should be sufficient to lift the fire.
•Avoid twisting at the waist. It is better to reposition your feet.
•Avoid upper body / top heavy bending.Always bend from the knees rather than the waist. Do not lean
•Always grip with the palm of your hand. Do not use the tips of fingers for support.
•Always keep the product as close to the body as possible to prevent unnecessary
and undue strain on the body.
•Use gloves to provide additional grip.
•Always use assistance if required.
UNPACKING THE PRODUCT
The unit is supplied in a single package carton. Carefully unpack the product using the following procedure:
•Ensure that the product is in the correct position with the carton wording legible.
•Remove the straps and sleeve.
•Carefully lift the product out of the box.
•Remove the protective packaging and bag from the product.
•Ensure that the product is in the correct.

INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT:Do not connect the appliance until it is properly fixed to the wall and the instruction have
been read fully. Ensure the minimum distances are observed.
Drilling the Holes
2Put the bracket aside and Drill four holes in the wall
with a depth of 1 3/8inch (35mm) using a 7/25 inch.
(7 mm) drill bit.
Insert the Wall Anchors (EE) into the holes by using
a hammer.

Securing the Top Wall Bracket
Secure the Top Wall Bracket (A) to the wall by fastening
provided Long Screws (CC) into the wall anchors.
1Choosing a Wall Location
Choose a wall location to attach the Top Wall Bracket (A).
Position the Top Wall Bracket (A) in the desired location.
Use a level to align the bracket and mark the four holes
with a pencil.

The fire is designed to be permanently fixed to a wall
at a suitable height, the wall bracket must be fitted
horizontally and the cable routed to the bottom right
of the fire. A height of 23.6inch (60cm) from the floor
to the bottom of the wall fire is recommended for
optimum viewing of the fuel bed.

Fireplace Installation
Ensure the Top Wall Bracket (A) is secured into the Wall Anthors.
Lift the Fireplace by Two person. Align the slots on back panel
with the hooks on Wall Bracket (A).
4Hanging The Fireplace
Make sure the Top Bracket is inserted into the four Slots on Back
Panel, release the fireplace and let it sit on the bracket freely.

Put provided Bottom Wall Bracket (B) aligning to the holes on bottom Panel.
Use a pencil and mark other two holes on the Wall.
5Fitting Bottom Wall Bracket
Put the bracket aside and drill holes on the Wall, Insert provided Wall Anthors,
same as Step 2.
Secure the Bracket (B) with provided screws (Two Long Scews (CC) to
Wall Anthors and two Short screws (DD) to the bottom panel).

secure the Bottom Wall Bracket (B) to the fireplace before
hanging.

The fireplace can be operated by either the remote control or the cotrol panel

Press the Brightness button on the remote control to
change the Fuel bed color between the 3 settings:
High, Middle and Low. Indicated by the second digit
on the Floating Display™ changing to show: "P" (high),
Push the Power button to supply power to all function
of the fireplace and put it in a standby mode.
Push the Power button again to turn off all functions.
Press the Timer button on remote to cycle through the
nine timer settings (30 minutes, 1Hour, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H,
6H, 7H, 8H ) and the OFF setting.

The thermostat setting range is 59°F - 86°F or 15°C
The thermostat is adjustable by 1°F or 1°C increments
by pressing the Up or Down “ “ buttons on the
remote control or buttons on control panel.

unit through the three settings:

The unit can be operated in Press and hold

NOTE: Please operate the remote control at a slow measured
pace. Press the remote control buttons with an even
motion and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing
buttons in rapid succession may cause the transmitter
to malfunction.
NOTE:
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbonzinc), or rechargeable
(nicad, nimh, etc) batteries.
When the remote control stops operating or its range
seems reduced, it is time to replace the battery with
new ones.
On the back end of the remote, press and slide the battery
door open and remove the old batteries.
Insert two AAA batteries, checking that the + and - sides
of the battery match inside the battery compartment.
Replace the battery compartment door.
The battery may contain hazardous substances that
could endanger the enviroment and human health.
This symbol marked on the battery and/or packaging
indicates that used battery shall not be treated as
municipal waste. Instead it should be left at the
appropriate collection point for recycling.
By correctly disposing used batteries, you prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment
and human health. Recycling used materials also
conserves natural resources.
For more information about collecting and recycling
used batteries, please contact your local municipality,
your waste disposal service or the point of sale where
you purchased this product.

Using the Power Cord Correctly
This heater is for use on 120 volts. The cord has a
plug as shown in the figure.
Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
Do not use a 2 prong adapter. Never use with an
extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/
power strip).
NOTE: Batteries should be removed if the product is to be
left unused for a long time.
NOTE:
The last theme 8 isaprism where the unit cycles through a variety
of colours.Pressing the button stops the cycling and holds the
unit on the preferred color, indicated bya solid circle. Use the same
button to release for cycling, When the unit is on cycling through
the colours, arotating circlewill bedisplayed.
Adjusting the Color Themes
Press the Themes button on the control panel or remote control
to change the Color Themes. There are 8 settings: OFF, Red,
Sky Blue,Orange, Blue, Purple, Green and Cycling as indicated
on the Display:

Resetting the Temperature
Cutoff Switch
Should the heater overheat, an auto-matic cut out
will turn the heater off and it will not come back on
without being reset. It can be reset by unplugging
the unit and waiting 30 minutes before plugging the
unit back in.
CAUTION: If you need to con-
tinuously reset the heater, unplug
the unit and call technical support.

The glass is cleaned in the factory
during the assembly operation.
During shipment, installation,
handling, etc., the front glass
panel may collect dust particles;
these can be removed by dusting
lightly with a clean dry cloth.

Inspect the heater and check that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked
as this may cause overheating. Unplug the heater for 30 minutes and allow
it to cool down. Replug, operate, and monitor the heater for signs of
overheating. If the problem persists discontinue use of the heater and
contact customer service.
The heater does not blow warm
air.
The heater is in a cool down
cycle.
This is normal operation and the heater will continue to run for several
minutes before shutting down. Times will vary based on temperatures.
During this time cool air will blow.
There is no power. There is no power to the unit.
Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120V outlet. Press the Power
button several times and make sure the power is set to the “ON” position.
The heater does not blow any
air.
Thermostat setting is preventing
heater from turning on.
Adjust the temperature settings to ensure that the thermostat is set higher
than the current room temperature.
The heater does not work, but
Power and Heater settings are
“ON” and thermostat is set.
Manual reset overheat
protection triggered.
Turn the Power to “OFF” and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5
minutes. After 5 minutes plug the unit back into wall outlet, and operate as
normal. If the problem persists contact customer service.
Flame effect works but heater

disabled.
With the power on press and hold the Heater button on the control panel
for more tahn 5 seconds. Once re-enabled the ‘dE’ on the display
disappears.
The remote control is not

Change the remote batteries.
Operate remote transmitter at a slow measured pace.
Press the remote control buttons with an even motion
and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid
succession may cause the transmitter to malfunction.
The noise when the heater is on
is louder than normal.
