3Operation Guide
3.1 Check Before Operation
Before starting the operation, please conduct a regular inspection of the sweeper to ensure that the
sweeper can operate normally.
Before starting the sweeper, please fill up the water in the water tank. The water inlet is located
on the car shell on the left side of the control panel.
Water Inlet
Caution: If the environment of the sweeper is below 0°C, the water in the water tank must
be drained. The drain valve is located at the front of the vehicle bottom.
Check whether there is any foreign matter entangled on each brush of the sweeper, if so,
remove the foreign matter.
Use the key switch to start the sweeper and observe the electricity meter to ensure that the
voltage is within the normal range and the electricity is sufficient to complete the operation.
Test run the sweeper, check whether the driving system (especially the brake system) and the
cleaning system are normal, and pay attention to whether the sweeper makes abnormal noises
during the whole process.

electrical system.
(3) It is forbidden to touch moving parts (such as wheels, side brushes, etc.) when the
sweeper is running. If you need to check, please turn off the sweeper and remove the
key.
3.2 Operation Method
Insert the key and turn the key switch to start the sweeper.
After pressing the forward/backward button, lightly step on the accelerator pedal to move the

steering wheel to control the direction of the sweeper, and step on the brake pedal to brake the
sweeper.
Rotate the lever (combination switch) behind the steering wheel to control the light switch;
move the control lever up to turn on the right turn signal, move it down to turn on the left turn
signal; and press the button on the top of the lever to sound the horn.
Press the sweeping switch to turn on the sweeping system. The sweeping system of this
sweeper is fully automatic with one-button control, and the user only needs to concentrate on
controlling the driving of the sweeper after turning on the sweeping system, without distracting
to control the sweeping system.
When you need to clean the larger garbage on the road (3mm<height<60mm), step on the
main brush front baffle pedal when the garbage comes under the vehicle, and then release the
pedal after the sweeper passes the location of the garbage.
Caution: Do not clean slender rope-like objects such as ropes and metal wires, so as not
to be entangled with the brush and affect normal operation.
Do not clean un-extinguished or high-temperature objects, as well as toxic and harmful
objects, so as not to burn the brush and ignite/contaminate other garbage.
When you need to stop the sweeper in an emergency, you can directly press the emergency
stop switch on the left side of the control panel, and the sweeper will stop immediately.
When parking the sweeper, park the sweeper on a flat ground, make sure that the
forward/backward switch and the sweeping switch are in the stop position, and then remove the
key.
The method of cleaning up the garbage hopper is as follows:
