Diese Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt die Installation, Bedienung und Wartung des Gerätes und dient als wichtige

Handlungsanweisungen schafft die Voraussetzung für das sichere und sachgerechte Arbeiten mit dem Gerät. Darüber hinaus
sind die für den Einsatzbereich des Gerätes geltenden örtlichen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und allgemeinen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen einzuhalten.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Produktbestandteil und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes für das Installations-, Bedienungs-,
Wartungs- und Reinigungspersonal ederzeit zugänglich aufzubewahren.

This manual describes the installation, operation and maintenance of the unit and serves as an important source of
information and reference. The knowledge of all safety instructions and handling instructions creates the conditions for the
safe and proper operation of this machine. Moreover you have to respect the norms for the application of the instrument

The manual is part of the product and has to be available in the immediate vicinity of the device for the installation, operation,

wenn es unsachgemäß oder nicht bestimmungsgemäß verwendet wird. Die Kenntnis des Inhalts der Bedienungsanleitung ist
eine der Voraussetzungen, um Sie vor Gefahren zu schützen, sowie Fehler zu vermeiden und somit das Gerät sicher und
störungsfrei zu betreiben.

eine für die Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.

The contact-grills are intended only for Toast, panini, scampi products.

or lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for the safety or have received
instructions on how to use the device.

DE Aufstellen und Anschließen des Kontaktgrills
Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG! Gefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
1. Das Gerät darf nur an ordnungsgemäß installierten Einzelsteckdosen mit Schutzkontakt betrieben werden!
2. Gerät kann bei unsachgemäßer Installation Verletzungen verursachen!
3. Vor Installation die Daten des örtlichen Stromnetzes mit den technischen Angaben des Gerätes vergleichen (siehe
Typenschild)!
4. Gerät nur bei Übereinstimmung anschließen!
5. Den Stecker nicht am Kabel aus der Steckdose ziehen!
6. Das Netzkabel darf nicht mit heißen Teilen in Berührung kommen!
7. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kabel nicht mit Wärmequellen bzw. scharfen Kanten in Berührung kommt!
8. Kabel nicht vom Tisch oder von der Theke herunter hängen lassen!

Während des Betriebs werden einige Geräteteile sehr heiß. Um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, heiße Geräteteile nicht
berühren!

Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nicht, wenn es nicht korrekt funktioniert, beschädigt oder zu Boden gefallen ist.
Keine Zubehör- und Ersatzteile verwenden, die nicht vom Hersteller empfohlen wurden. Diese könnten eine Gefahr für
den Benutzer darstellen oder Schäden am Gerät verursachen und zu Personenschäden führen. Zudem erlischt die
Gewährleistung.
Kabel nicht über Teppichstoff oder andere Wärmeisolierungen verlegen. Kabel nicht abdecken. Kabel von
Arbeitsbereichen fernhalten und nicht in Wasser eintauchen.
Gerät niemals durch Ziehen am Netzkabel versetzen. Vor dem Umsetzen des Gerätes immer den Netzstecker ziehen.

A HTUNG!
Die Installation und Wartung des Gerätes sollte nur durch Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden!
1. Packen Sie das Gerät aus und entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial. Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie vom Gerät
ab. Sollten Klebstoffreste zurückbleiben, entfernen Sie diese mit einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen ebenen, sicheren Platz, der das Gewicht des Gerätes aushält und der nicht
wärmeempfindlich ist.
3. Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals auf einen brennbaren Untergrund (wie z.B.: Tischdecke, Teppich, etc.) oder in die
Nähe von brennbaren und leicht entzündlichen Materialien auf.
4. Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Feuerstellen, Elektroöfen, Heizöfen oder anderen Hitzequellen aufstellen.
5. Halten Sie einen Mindestabstand von 20 cm zu allen Seiten ein.
6. Gerät so aufstellen, dass der Stecker zugänglich ist, damit das Gerät bei Bedarf vom Netz getrennt werden kann.

To handle the weight of the device place the unit on a flat and safe place which is not heat sensitive.
Do never place the device on a flammable surface (such as: table cloth, carpet, etc.) or in the vicinity of combustible and
flammable materials.
Do not place the unit near open fires, heaters or other heat sources.
Maintain a minimum distance of 20 cm from all sides.
Set the device so that the plug is accessible to disconnect the device quickly from the network if necessary.

Durante la marcha algunas partes del utensilio llegan a ser muy calientes.
Para evitar combustiones, no toquen las partes calientes del utensilio.
–No use este utensilio si este no funciona correctamente, queda dañado o ha caído a la tierra.
–No use ningunos accesorios y piezas de recambio que no fueron recomendados por el fabricante. Éstos podrían
representar un peligro del usuario o causar daños cerca del utensilio y daños a personas. Además la garantía
expira.
–No acomodes cables sobre la materia de alfombra o otros aislamientos de calor. También no cubras el cable. Ale a
el cables de áreas de actividad y no sumerge en agua.
–Nunca tír es del cable de red para desplazar el utensilio. Antes de cambiar de sitio siempre desconecte la red.
–No enrolle el cable alrededor del utensilio y lo doble.
–Protege el utensilio de aguas de lluvia y humedad.
–No mueras y vuelque el utensilio durante la marcha.

¡ESTIMA!
¡La instalación y mantenimiento del utensilio puede ser llevada a cabo sólo por personal especializado!
–Desembale el utensilio y quite todo el material de embala e. Retire las láminas
protectoras del utensilio. Si restos de pegamento debían quedar, quite éste con uno
disolvente oportuno.
–Ponga el utensilio en un lugar plano, seguro que aguanta el peso del utensilio y
no sea sensible a calor.
–Nunca ponga el utensilio en un fondo inflamable (como por e emplo: Manta de mesa, alfombra, etc.) o en la cercanía
de materiales inflamables y fácilmente inflamatorios.
–No alinean el utensilio cerca de hogares abiertos, estufas eléctricas, estufas u otros
fuentes de calor.
–Respete una distancia mínima de 20 cm a todos los lados.

–Alinean el utensilio así que el enchufe es accesible, con eso el utensilio puede ser desconectado rápidamente de la
red en caso de necesidad.
DE Bedienung
Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt die nachfolgenden Schritte vor der Erstbedienung Ihres Kontaktgrills:
Das Gerät an eine geerdete Einzelsteckdose anschließen. Das Gerät muss in ausreichender Weise geerdet werden.
Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem EIN-/AUS-Schalter ein. Die Betriebs-Kontrollleuchte (rot) leuchtet auf.
Das Gerät auf 200° aufheizen und für ca. 1 Stunde eingeschaltet lassen. Da innenseitig Industriefette
entweichen, kann es zur Rauchentwicklung kommen. Dieser Rauch ist nicht schädlich und entsteht nicht mehr
bei nachfolgender Benutzung des Gerätes.
Sprühen Sie die Grillplatten mit einem Trennfett drei- bis viermal ein. Hierdurch schließen sich die groben
Gussporen und es entsteht eine eigene Beschichtung.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Temperatur (bis 300°C) ein. Die optimale Temperatur für das Grillen liegt im Bereich 200° bis
250 °C. Die Aufheizzeit liegt bei ca. 10 Minuten.
Nach Einstellung der gewünschten Temperatur leuchtet die Temperatur-Kontrollleuchte (grün) auf und zeigt an, dass das
Gerät aufheizt.
Gerät in Betrieb nehmen
Um das Gerät auszuschalten, bringen sie die Thermostate in Position “0” und die Schalter in Position „Off“.
WARNUNG! Verbrennungsgefahr!
Das Gerät wird während des Betriebes sehr heiß, berühren Sie die heißen Oberflächen des Gerätes nicht. Benutzen Sie den
Handgriff des Gerätes.
Bedienung nach dem Vorheizen:
Jede Grillplatte hat einen eigenen Temperaturregler, so dass diese (getrennt) eingestellt und benutzt werden können.
Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, erlischt die Temperatur-Kontrollleuchte und es kann mit dem Grillen
begonnen werden.
Öffnen Sie das aufgeheizte Gerät. Achten sie beim Hochklappen der oberen Grillplatte darauf, dass diese bis zum
Anschlag aufgeklappt wird.
Bringen Sie etwas pflanzliches Speiseöl auf die untere Grillplatte auf und legen nach und nach das Grillgut auf.
Schließen Sie die Grillplatten. Behalten Sie die Speisen bis zum Ende des Garungsvorganges im Auge.
WARNUNG! VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR!
Das Anfassen heißer Grillwaren mit bloßen Fingern oder Händen führt zu Verbrennungen der Hände und Finger!
Verwenden Sie zum Entnehmen der fertigen Grillwaren nur Holzspatel oder hitzebeständige Plastikspatel.
EN Operation
Please follow the steps below before first usage of your contact grill:
Connect the equipment into a grounded single outlet. The unit must be grounded in a sufficient manner.
Turn on the unit by pressing the POWER-switch. The power indicator light (red) lights up.
Preheat the device at 200° and leave it on for about 1 hour. Escaping industrial fats from inside can lead to

smoke. This smoke is not harmful and will be there no longer on subsequent use of the device.
Spray griddle plates with a release fat for three to four times. Thus, the rough-cast pores will be closed and there
is a separate coating.
Set the desired temperature (300°C). The optimum temperature for grilling is in the range 200° to 250°C. The heating
time is about 10 minutes.
After setting the desired temperature, the temperature indicator light (green) lights up, indicating that the unit is heating
up.
Take the unit into operation.
To switch off the device, bring the thermostats in position "0" and the POWER-switch to "OFF".
WARNING! RISK OF BURNS!
The unit will become very hot during operation. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device. Use the handle of the device.
Operation after pre-heating:
Each griddle plate of the double contact grill has its own thermostat, so that they can be set and used separately.
When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light goes off and you can start with grilling.
Open the heated device. Take care when folding the upper griddle plate that this is opened up to the stop.
Bring something edible vegetable oil on the bottom grill plate and place on it the food gradually. Close the griddle plates.
Leave the dishes in mind until the end of cooking.
WARNING! RISK OF BURNS!
Touching hot food with your fingers or hands will result in burns to the hands and fingers! Use only wooden spatula or heat-
resistant plastic spatula for removal of the finished grilled goods.
ES Manejo
Por favor, tenga en cuenta los pasos siguientes antes del primero mane o de su parrilla de contacto:

Ponga en marcha
Para desconectar el utensilio regula el termostato a la posición “0” y el interruptor en la posicion “Off”

El utensilio llega a estarmuy caliente durante la marcha. No toque los exteriores calientes del utensilio. Use la maniobra del
utensilio.
La marcha después de precalentar:
Cada placa de las parrillas de contacto dobles tengan su propio interruptor de temperatura así usted pueda regular y
usar por separado.
Si el utensilio ha conseguido la temperatura regulada, la lámpara de control de a de brillar y usted pueda empezar
de grillar.
Abre el utensilio preparado y tiene en cuenta que la placa arriba está doblado hacia arriba hasta la mocheta. Usa un
poco de aceite comestible para la placa ba a y ponga los comestible sobre
la placa por etapas. Cierra la parrilla de contacto. Observe el proceso de cocción de los comestibles.

Reinigungshinweise:
Reinigen Sie das Gerät täglich.

ATTENTION!

leaning instructions:
Clean the machine every day.
Disconnect the unit from the power supply (pull the plug!) and allow it to cool down before being cleaned.
Clean it only dry or with a damp cloth. Make sure that no moisture, oil or grease will enter the unit.
After grilling remove the grilling residue with a wire brush (not included) while still warm.
To clean the body, do not use metallic or sharp ob ects.
Clean the exterior body with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
