1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Before using this electrical appliance, read the
instructions below and keep these instructions
for future reference:
1. Before connecting the appliance to a wall
socket, ensure that the local electrical
current matches the one specied on the
appliance’s nameplate. This appliance
should only be connected to a grounded
socket.
2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualied persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
3. This appliance is for indoor use only. Any
other use (professional) is excluded.
4. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental

the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children less than 8 years.

should not be disposed with other
household wastes throughout the EU.
To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from
uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable
reuse of material resources. To return your
used device, please use the return and
collection systems or contact the retailer

can take this product for environmental safe

6. Unplug the mains cable from the mains as
soon as you stop using it and before any
cleaning or maintenance operation.

surface for use. Do not turn over while in
use.
13. CAUTION: Keep all ventilation outlets
around the appliance clear.
14. WARNING: Improper use of this appliance
could result in injury.
15. WARNING: Avoid contact with moving
parts. Never insert your ngers, any other
part of your body or any object through the
fan grille.
16. This appliance is intended for home use
and for use in similar environments such
as:
-kitchen areas for staff in shops, ofces or
other work environments;
-farms;

-by customers in hotels, motels and other
residential environments;
-guest room type environments.
17. This appliance is not suitable for outdoor
use.
18. The mains cable should be regularly
examined for damage or deterioration. Do
not use the appliance if the mains cable is
found to be damaged.
19. Do not leave the appliance unattended
while it is running.
20. This appliance contains uorinated
greenhouse gases. Chemical name of
the gas: R290. Fluorinated greenhouse
gases are contained in hermetically sealed
equipment. An electrical switching device
has a tested leakage rate, as indicated in
the manufacturer’s technical specications,
of less than 0.1% per year.
21. The A-weighted sound pressure level is
less than 70dB.
22. For detailed explanations on how to install
your appliance, refer to the corresponding
paragraphs in your user manual.
23. Keep the appliance at least 50cm from the
wall or any other obstacle.

- In order to maximise the performance of the appliance, make sure that it is free of any obstruction
that could block the airow.
- If the appliance is not used for an extended period of time, unplug the appliance.
4.3 Wait 3 minutes before resuming operation
After turning off the appliance, the operation cannot be restarted in the rst 3 minutes to avoid
damaging the compressor
4.4 Full tank indication and auto shut off
The LED lights up when the tank is full (See “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”), or when the
tank is removed or not replaced in the proper position. In this case, the appliance automatically
shuts off.
4.5 Auto defrost
When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the compressor will cycle off and the fan will continue
to run until the frost disappears. While auto defrosting, the LED lights up.
Note:
- During defrosting operation, it is normal that the appliance may make noise of refrigerant owing.
4.6 Auto re-start
If the appliance breaks off unexpectedly due to power cut, it will restart with the previous function
setting automatically when the power resumes.
Caution:
- The appliance may not work when the required humidity is higher than the ambient humidity.
- The operating temperature range of the appliance is 5-32°C.
- When the appliance is on, it is normal for the compressor to heat up and increase the ambient
temperature.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning:
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
5.1 Instruction for emptying
Condensation water can be stored in the tank or drained continuously by a PVC tube (not supplied).
5.1.1 Using the tank
When the appliance is operating, condensation water can be drained to the tank. The appliance
stops working when the tank is full, and the LED lights up. Pull out the tank a bit (Fig.1), then hold
both sides of the tank and pull it out (Fig.2), then empty the tank, nally replace the tank.

Notes:
- When you remove the tank, do not touch any parts inside of the appliance. Doing so may
damage the product.
- Be sure to push the tank gently all the way into the appliance. Banging the tank against anything
or failing to push it in securely may cause the appliance not to operate.
- When you remove the tank, if there is some water in the appliance you must dry it.
5.1.2 Continuous drainage
Remove the rubber cover from the drainage hole as indicated by “A” in Fig.1 below, then plug a
drainage tube (ID=13.5 mm) into the drainage hole (Fig.2). Make sure that the drainage tube is
placed lower than the hole to allow water to escape.

Note:
- Remember to replace the rubber cover when the continuous drainage is not used.
5.2 Removing the lter
The lter is located behind the air inlet grille. Grip the tab on the lter and pull it upward, then pull it
out. Wash the lter with fresh water (<40°C) every two weeks, and replace the lter after the lter
has dried in the open air.
Warning:
- Do not operate the appliance without the lter because dirt and lint clog the lter and reduce
performance.
5.3 Product care
- Clean the appliance with a soft, dust-proof cloth.
- You can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and lint trapped in the ventilation grilles.
- Never use harsh cleaning products. Prevent the appliance from coming into contact with acidic
substances.
- Store away from dust and freezing temperatures.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
The appliance does not start.
■ Make sure the mains plug is properly connected to the
mains.
■ Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box.
■ The appliance reaches the preset humidity level, or the
tank is full.
■ The tank is not placed in the proper position.
The appliance does not dry the
air as it should.
■ Enough time is needed to remove the moisture.
■ Make sure there are no curtains, blinds or furniture
blocking the front or back of the appliance.
■ The humidity level is set low.
■ Check that all doors, windows and other openings are
securely closed.
■ Room temperature is too low, below 5°C (41°F).
■ There is a kerosene heater or something giving off water
vapour in the room.
The appliance makes a loud
noise when operating.
■ The air lter is clogged.
■ The appliance is tilted instead of being upright as it
should be.
■ The oor surface is not level.
Frost appears on the coils. ■ This is normal. The appliance has auto defrosting
feature to remove frost buildup.
Water on oor. ■ The drainage tube connection is loose.
■ The drainage opening cover is not replaced while using
the tank to collect water.
The LED (auto defrosting
LED) ashes.
■ The room temperature sensor error, or evaporator
temperature sensor error. Unplug the appliance and
check for any obstruction, then re-plug the appliance. If
the error still repeats, call your retailer for service.

7. WARRANTYANDLIMITATIONSOFLIABILITY
This product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months (dened by local law) from the date of purchase
against any failure resulting from manufacturing or material defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or normal
wear and tear of the product.
More specically, the warranty does not cover:
- Damage or problems caused by improper use, accident, alteration or electrical connection of
improper intensity or voltage.
- Modied products, those whose warranty seal or serial number have been damaged, altered,
removed or oxidized.
- Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for a period of 6 months.
- Failure of the battery due to overcharging or failure to observe the safety instructions explained
in the instruction manual.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or any other element.
- Damage caused by any intervention carried out by an unauthorised person.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or due to normal ageing of the product.
- Software updates due to a change in network settings.
- Product failures due to the use of third party software to modify, change or adapt the existing
software.
- Product failures caused by use without accessories approved by the manufacturer.
- Oxidised products.
Under no circumstances can the manufacturer be responsible for the loss of data stored on the
disk. Similarly, the manufacturer is not required to verify that the SIM/SD cards are removed from
the returned products.
Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or reconditioned components and equipment.
Terms and conditions of implementation:
To obtain a warranty service, you are requested to return your product to the customer service desk
of your retail outlet with your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, …), the product and its supplied
accessories, with its original packaging.
It is important to have the date of purchase, the model and the serial or IMEI number on hand
as information (this information usually appears on the product, the packaging or your proof of
purchase).
Failing this, you must return the product with the accessories necessary for its proper operation
(power supply, adaptor, etc.).
In the event that your claim is covered by the warranty, the after-sales service may, within the limits
of local law, either:
- Repair or replace defective parts.
- Exchange the returned product with a product that has at least the same functionality and that
is equivalent in terms of performance.
- Refund the product at the purchase price of the product mentioned on the proof of purchase.
If one of these 3 solutions is used, this does not give rise to the extension or renewal of the warranty
period.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a special local authority deifferentiated waste
collection centre or to a dealer providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the
environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain signicant savings in energy
and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances separately, the product is marked with a crossed-outwheeled dustbin.
