Introduction:
The LISA ODR 600F rack with its flexibility of the basic components, allows complete
and compatible system solutions within Central Offices, Outside Plants, Customer
Premises and LAN applications.
Einleitung:
Der LISA ODR 600F Schrank mit seinem flexiblen gestalteten Grundsortiment,
erlaubt komplette und kompatible Lösungen im Bereich von Hauptverteilern,
Aussenanwendungen, Kundenbedürfnissen und LAN-Applikationen.

1. Take of the door and the sidewalls
from the rack (only if delivered).
Entfernen Sie die Türen und
Seitenwände der Schränke
(nur wenn vorhanden).
2. For easier mounting lay the
racks on the floor.
Legen Sie die Schränke auf den
Boden für eine einfachere
Montage.
3. Mount the left mounting angle
on the subrack. Fix the mounting
nuts on the left side for first
subrack.
Montieren Sie den
Montagewinkel an der linken
Seite des obersten BGT’s.
Positionieren Sie die
Käfigmuttern für den BGT.

4. Mount the first subrack at the
highest position with supplied M6
screws.
Montieren Sie den ersten BGT an der
obersten Position mit den gelieferten
M6 Schrauben.
5. Mount the next subrack on top
of the patchcord management as
shown in the picture.
Montieren Sie den oberen BGT an
das Patchcordmanagement wie im
Bild beschrieben.
6. Mount the next subrack on the
bottom of the patchcord
management as shown in the
picture.
Montieren Sie den unteren BGT
an das Patchcordmanagement
wie im Bild beschrieben.
7. Put the patchcord management
with the 2 subracks into the rack.
Fix the mounting nuts at the right
positions and fix it with attached
screws. Afterwards fill up the rack
with subracks.
Fügen Sie das Rangierkabel-
Management mit den 2 BGT’s in den
Schrank ein. Positionieren Sie die
Käfigmuttern am richtigen Ort und
befestigen Sie das Ganze mit den
beiliegenden Schrauben. Füllen Sie
danach den Schrank mit BGT’s.
8. Mount on the right side the
mounting nuts similar to the first
subrack. At the left side you have
to use the attached M6 screws to
fix the subracks with the patchcord
management. Mount the
recommend cable separation (1) to
the subrack.
Auf der rechten Seite positionieren
Sie die Käfigmuttern gleich wie
beim ersten BGT. Auf der linken
Seite befestigen Sie die BGT’s an
das Rangierkabel-Management mit
den beiliegenden Schrauben.
Montiere die empfohlenen
Trennbleche (1) an die BGT.
9. Optional mount the patchcord
routing or through channel as
shown in the picture.
Optional montieren Sie die
untenliegende Quer- oder
Durchrangierung wie im Bild
beschrieben.

10. Push the metall radius limiter on
the drawer of the subrack.
Schieben Sie den Metall-
Radiusbegrenzer auf die Schublade
des BGT.
11. Mount at the lowest subrack
the radius limiter which is delivered
with the patchcord management.
Montieren Sie am untersten BGT
den mit dem Patchcord-
management mitgelieferten
Radiusbegrenzer.
12. Make available 4 Mandrels
and the two M4 x 100 screws for
each position. Joint all parts
together and fix it at the
patchcord management.
Nehmen Sie für jede Umlenkung
4 Radiusbegrenzer und zwei M4
x 100 Schrauben. Fügen Sie alle
Teile zusammen und befestigen
diese am Rangierkabel-Mgmt.
13. Mount all mandrels as shown in
the picture. (Other positions are
possible)
Montieren Sie alle Radiusbegrenzer
wie im Bild gezeigt. (Es sind auch
andere Positionen möglich)
14. Cut to length the cable*and fix
them at the cable entry point.
Bottom entry also possible.
Isolieren Sie die Kabel auf die
gewünschte Länge ab*und fixieren
sie am Kabeleingang.
Kabeleingang unten auch möglich.
15. Fix the cables at the cable
guidance (2) until the subrack
entry point** with cable ties as
shown in the picture.
Fixieren Sie wie im Bild gezeigt
die Kabel bis zum Eingang der
BGT** an die Kabelführung (2)
mit Kabelbindern.
* The minimal required fiber length by using 10 subracks is from the top of the rack 5.43m and by using 11
subracks 5.61m. From the bottom of the rack to the top subrack the maximum required fiber length is 5.56m.
Die minimal benötigte Faserlänge bei Installation mit 10 Baugruppenträger beträgt von der Schrankoberseite
5.43m und mit 11 Baugruppenträger 5.61m. Von der Schrankunterseite beträgt die total benötigte Faserlänge
5.56m bis zum obersten Baugruppenträger.
** For cable length and installation of the cable in the subrack see mounting instruction 52.23.0210.4
Für Kabellängen und -installation im Baugruppenträger verwende die Montageanweisung 52.23.0210.4

17. Use the radius limiter for
patching the patchcords.
Gebrauchen Sie zum Rangieren
die Radiusbegrenzer.
18. Go with the patchcords to the
low section of the rack.
Führen Sie die Rangierkabel durch
die Unterseite des Schrankes
19. For the overlength of the
patchcords use the mandrels on
the left side of the rack.
Für die Rangierkabel-Überlängen
gebrauchen Sie die
Ragiusbegrenzer an der linken
Seite des Schrankes.
20.Optional fix the patchcords with
a velcro strap at the radius limiter
on the left an the right side.
Optional befestigen Sie die
Rangierkabel mit einem Klettband
an den Radiusbegrenzern links und
rechts.
21. For mounting the patchcords,
pull out the patchcord management.
Push the tabs into the right position.
Ziehen Sie das Rangierkabel-
Management aus um die
Rangierkabel einfacher montieren
zu können.
Bringen Sie die Laschen in die
richtige Position.
22. You have the possibility to
mount more racks together and
pass patchcords to adjacent rack
by using patchcord channels..
Sie haben die Möglichkeit
mehrere Schränke zusammen zu
bauen und Rangierkabel in
Kanälen zu nebenliegenden
Schränken zu führen.
We recommend a 5 meter patchcord length for internal patching.
Wir empfehlen Patchcords von 5 Meter Länge für interne Verbindungen.
