INSTALL
THE
HYPERION®
DASH
CAMERA
1)
Turn
off
the engine, gently push
the
memory card into the slot until it locks
into place.
f3'NOTE:
ENSURE THAT THE MEMORY CARD
HAS BEEN INSERTED
IN
THE
CORRECT DIRECTION. THE METAL
CONTACTS ON THE MEMORY CARD
SHOULD FACE THE OPPOSITE
DIRECTION
OF
THE LENS.

Attach the mounting plate
to
the
camera by sliding
the
plate onto
the
mounting tab on
the
camera until it
snaps into place.
3)
Align
the
mount
to
the
mount rail on
the product, and then slide
it
until you
hear a click (
).
Then, carefully
remove
the
protective film from
the
lens
(2).
4)
Peel
off
the protective film from the
double-sided tape on the mounting.

windshield behind
the
rear-viewer mirror (4 ).

Adjust
the
angle
of
the
lens
by
rotating
the
body
of
the
dash camera. We recom-
mend pointing the lens
slightly downwards
(c=10°
below
horizontal), so
as
to
record
video
with a 6:4 road
to
background ratio.
6)
Use a pry tool
to
lift
the
edges
of
the
windshield
trim/molding and
tuck
in the
power
cord.
7)
Plug
the
power
cord into the
cigarette lighter socket and
the
dash camera.
8)
Turn on the engine. The dash camera will power on and start recording.
Video
files are stored on the memory card. When
the
memory card fills up,
the
newest
video
files will start
to
replace
the
oldest
video
files (called
loop
recording) -so you will always have the most recent
video
files.

DIFFER

VEHICLE MAKE AND MODEL.

IN
CERTAIN VEHICLES THE CIGARETTE PORT CONTINUES TO SUPPLY
POWER EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLES IGNITION IS OFF. IF YOUR VEHICLE
IS CONFIGURED LIKE THIS YOU WILL NEED TO DISCONNECT THE
CAMERA TO PREVENT THE VEHICLES BATTERY FROM DRAINING.
CHECK THE VEHICLES OWNER'S MANUAL FOR DETAILS.
* THIS DASH CAMERA SUPPORTS UP TO 64GB MICROSD MEMORY CARD
WITH A SPEED RATING
OF
CLASS 10,
UHS-1
OR HIGHER.

RECORDING MODES AND VIDEO FILES
Your dash camera will automatically power on and start recording when
it
is
connected
to
a
power
source.
&CAUTION
Wait until
the
product is completely booted up after turning it on, and then
begin operating
the
vehicle. The video recording does
not
begin until the
product is completely turned on (booted up).

There are 3 recording modes
of
Hyperion® dash camera, as following:
Crash
detected Built-in G-sensor automatically records and locks video file when a
collision or
crash
is
detected.
The videos
will
be stored
in
the"
Event"
folder.
The dash camera records seamless video clips automatically and
stored
in
the "
Loop-record
"folder.
Loop-recording Oncethe memorycard
is
full.
The dash camera overwrites olderfiles
Gesture
Snapshot
in
orderto maintain uninterrupted recording.
During driving,
use
hand gesture
as
atriggerto capture asnapshot
on the
road,
and stored
in
the "
Snapshot"
folder

Loop
recording:
The dash camera records seamless video clips automatically

full. The camera overwrites older files

maintain uninterrupted monitoring.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The following table lists the problems users may encounterwhile using the
productand measures
to
resolve them.
If
the problem persists after taking the measures provided
in
the table, contact the
