together with the multi-purpose back clip, ensures full angle video recording / control which is important to fulfill
the purpose of evidence collection and law enforcement.
This operating manual contains detailed instructions on how to use and install this product and provides you with
detailed information including notes for using, operating, and installing, as well as the technical specifications.
Please read this manual carefully before using the product. It is also recommended that this manual is preserved
properly for future use. We hope this product will meet your requirements and serve you for a long time.

1. Product Profile
BV-A10R is a high-end 4G Full HD Body Worn Camera tailor-made for law enforcement application. With IP66
waterproof, dust-proof, shock and vibration-resistant design, the outstanding performance delivers clear and
sharp images even under extremely low light conditions. BV-A10R features 120º angle view, 1080P video recording,
16MP photo resolution, 2.8" high brightness touch screen, 10 meter IR night vision together with high-capacity
battery to ensure long hour of operation during the shift. The accessories provided with the product can satisfy
the working demand of military and police personnel for collecting evidence at any place at any time.
BV-A10R is dedicated to Law Enforcement Recorder Terminal for all-weather Mobile Office Applications. In
3G/4G/WIFI cellular public network or private network, it can achieve live remote audio and video surveillance,
two-way audio. And its functions also include HD video wireless network real-time uploading, local storage,
two-way intercom, GPS Positioning, Bluetooth transmission and etc. The image and information of scene is
transmitted to the real-time monitoring center, and people on the background through the client/APP can view
real-time video, and interact with the scene, be under Command.
The terminal comprises of wireless video servers, featuring intelligent H.264 encoding technology, dual-stream
encoding, 3G/4G network transmission, video surveillance, voice intercom, data storage, alarm uploading, and
map positioning. On the basis of video server, many applications for the industry are expanded, such as cluster
intercom, visual intercom, video conference, document management, security management and etc., applicable
to public security on duty, traffic police patrols, individual combat operations, fire fighting rescue, urban
management enforcement, insurance claims, news broadcasts and other emergency command, mobile
monitoring command management system.

5.Local Operation Instructions
Boot: Long press "Power button" to boot
Shutdown: Long press "Power button", pop-up shutdown menu, click to shut down the device
After powering on, click [Unlock] on the login screen to enter the user interface.
The default password is empty.
5.1 Main Interface
Status bar: Display current status information (such as Bluetooth, WIFI, USB connection, camera, recording,
information, etc.); signal strength; battery status and time.
Use interface: Display Devices All Applications
Local preview: image preview, photograph, video, etc. of internal and external cameras

Local recording: to achieve local recording
Document management: consulting, editing, uploading, etc. of pictures, videos, recordings, etc.
System Status: View the related device application status information (maintain the same as the current
Android intelligent video terminal function)
Setting: implement function settings such as account management, access configuration, acquisition
configuration, and system settings
Touch screen bottom virtual key: (from left to right) 1. Menu key; 2. Home key; 3. Back key
Note: The specific effects of the interface will be slightly adjusted according to different versions.
5.2 Basic Configuration
View or set the device mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth, brightness, sound, storage, battery, etc., you can find
Settings → System Settings.

5.3 Video Recording and Inquire
The device supports the camera for video preview, photographing, and video recording. Open the home interface
"Local Preview" and click the corresponding function icon or button to complete the function operation.
Video Preview: Preview Current Camera Video
Device status: video capture can be achieved. When the image is captured, the current information of the
equipment is overlaid (including date and time, device name and number, latitude and longitude, etc.)
Video: click the device's "camera button" to record locally, and the status bar shows the video icon
Photographing: click the device's "camera button" or click the screen "photograph" to capture the local picture;
click the screen "volume", be able to achieve the camera sound opening and closing.
View videos and pictures: Click into the file management to view the videos and pictures taken
Light control: click switch mode, open/close mode optional, fill light, laser light, infrared light
Lens zoom: click the screen "+" & "-" to achieve lens times adjustment
Lens switch: click the lens switch to realize display of the rear lens
Note: It is recommended that the duration between two key presses is 10S or more, because the actual video save
time is less than the time interval of the key press. The time is too short to save the video or the viewing quality is
extremely poor.

5.4 Recording and Inquiry
The device supports local recording, open the main interface "local voice", click the corresponding function icon or
button to complete the function operation.
Recording: click the device "recording button" or tap the screen "recording" to record locally, the status bar
shows the recording icon
Recording duration: It can realize the state tracking of single local recording and the real-time status display
of single recording duration.
View audio: Click to enter file management to view audio files recorded by the device
5.5 Platform Access Configuration
The device supports the CreMedia 7 platform and emergency command and dispatch platform. The platform can
implement functions such as video browsing, two-way intercom, alarm reception, cluster call, and messages
communication. Find Settings > Access Configuration to enter the platform configuration interface.

General application configuration
The device is used as an ordinary wireless video server to implement basic functions such as video surveillance,
intercom, location, and storage, and access to platform.
Platform address: Platform server IP address
Platform port: access port number, default 8866
Pass through GAP: choose for complex network environment
Connect/Disconnect: Click Connect/Disconnect Platform
Emergency dispatch configuration
When the device uses cluster voice, message communication, two-way video conference and audio intercom, the
emergency command and dispatch platform must cooperate.
Platform username: Platform username, default administrator admin
Domain Name: Platform Domain Name Account, default is system
Password: Platform user password, default blank password
Port: The default
Cluster user name: Users created by the emergency command and dispatch platform
Bind/Untie user: Click Bind/Untie Use

5.6 File Management
Click the [File Management] button on the desktop to view the related files stored on the device.
Tips: Body camera device can not delete any file. If you need to copy or delete, you need to use USB to connect
the computer operation.
Uploading: Pictures, videos, and audio files can be uploaded to the backend platform over the wireless network.
However, log files can only be viewed through the collection station or computer.

5.7 System Status
Click the [System Status] button to view the system-related status of the device.
5.8 Resource Allocation
Click [Settings]-[Resource Configuration] to view or set the device attributes.

Click the [built-in camera] button to change the camera's specific parameters.
Real-time resolution: 640*480; 1280*720; 1920*1080 optional, default: 1280*720
Photo resolution: 1600*1200; 2560*1920; 6528*4896 optional, default: 2560*1920
Real-time bit rate: VGA default is 1500; 720P default is 3500; 1080P default is 6500; the above bit rate supports
self-definition modifications
Click the [Video] button to set the automatic recording of the boot. When the device continues to record, it
automatically saves a file at a certain period of time to improve the security. You can click the setting file for 5, 10,
and 15 minutes.
Click the [Snapshot] button to set the camera mode, single shot or continuous shooting.

5.9 Other Settings
Click the [Other Settings] button to adjust the device volume or display brightness.
Note: The system version of this device will be updated from time to time, using automatic upgrade. Find the
[Other settings] option to fill in the corresponding upgrade server information. (Usually directed by our staff to
upgrade)
