AC Adapter Connection
Insert the AC adapter’s cable into the DC 9V input located on the back of the Time
Travel Speaker. Plug the other end into a wall outlet.
Battery Installation
Remove the battery lid located on the bottom of the Time Travel Speaker. Insert
4 “AA” batteries. We always suggest to have batteries in the speaker even when
using the included AC adapter. In the case of a power outage the batteries will
prevent the clock from resetting.
Setting Clock Time
1. Press SNOOZE/POWER until the Power LED turns off.
2. Press & hold SET for about 2 seconds. The “HOUR” digit will flash.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to set the hour. Press SET to confirm the hour set,
the MINUTES will now be flashing. Press the UP or DOWN button to set the
MINUTES and press SET to confirm the minute set, the WEEKDAY indicator will
now be flashing, Press the UP or DOWN buttons to set the WEEKDAY.

Setting the Alarm Time
1. Press SNOOZE/POWER until the Power LED turns off.
2. Press & hold the ALARM button for 2-3 seconds. The ALARM on icon lights
up. The “HOUR” digit will flash. Press UP or DOWN to set the HOUR time, press
ALARM to set the ALARM HOUR. The “MINUTE” digit will now be flashing.
Press UP or DOWN to set the MINUTE time, press ALARM to set the ALARM
HOUR, the icon will dissapear.
Alarm Set Mode-Wake by iPod® or Buzzer
1. Press SNOOZE/POWER until the Power LED turns off.
2. Press the UP to go to the ALARM set mode, the ALARM set icon “AL” appears for
2 seconds. If an iPod® is docked, the wake by iPod® icon will appear and the
iPod® “IPD” icon is displayed for 2 seconds. If there is no iPod® docked the
ALARM will sound off to the built-in BUZZER and the BUZZER icon “BU” will
appear for 2 seconds.
3. Press the DOWN button to cancel the ALARM set, the “AL” icon dissapears.
Alarm & Snooze Functions
1. When the ALARM time is reached. the icon flashes.
2. The iPod® music alarm feature will play the last selected track.
3. The BUZZER alarm will sound when no iPod® is docked.
4. Press the SNOOZE/POWER button to silent the Music/Buzzer alarm for 9
minutes. You can repeat the SNOOZE function for 120 minutes.
5. Press ALARM to cancel the SNOOZE function and reset the ALARM. The
icon dissapears.
6. The Music/Buzzer alarm will reset automatically after 120 minutes if the ALARM is
sounded and no buttons are pressed.
Display Backlight
1. Press SNOOZE/POWER or any other button once to activate the displays
backlight. The display will stay backlit for 7 seconds.

Listening to iPod®
1. Press SNOOZE/POWER until the Power LED turns on.
2. Dock your dock compatible iPod®.
3. Use your iPod’s controls to choose a music/video file.
4. Your iPod®will be your main source for controlling your music/video files, the
Time Travel’s SET button will pause/play your audio/video tracks, the up/down
buttons will skip back or forwards between tracks.
5. Volume is controlled using your iPod®and the volume wheel locted on the back of
the Time Travel unit.
Using non-iPod® Audio Devices
1. The Time Travel includes an external audio cable for connecting any audio device
that features a standard headphone jack.
2. Connect one end of the audio cable to your audio device of choice and the other
end to the AUX input located on the back of the Time Travel speaker.
3. Volume can only be controlled by the connected audio device.
4. iPod®can not be used at the same time when a non-iPod® is connected to the
AUX input on the Time Travel.
Charging your iPod®
1. If you are using the included AC adapter and have a iPod® docked on the
speaker and the Time Travel powered on, the Time Travel will automatically
charge your iPod®.
2. If you are viewing Video content on your iPod® Video, the iPod will not charge
until the Video you are viewing is stopped.
iPod®Spacer Brackets:
1. The Time Travel Speaker features different iPod® spacer brackets to ensure
your iPod® will fit snugly on the Time Travel docking pin.
2. Choose the corresponding bracket that matches the iPod® to be used..
