Speaker made by iconBIT. Please read all instructions
carefully and keep this manual for future use. For more

Install the battery
1. Open the rear casing of the device. Put the lithium-ion
battery inside the device. Make sure that the golden pins of
the battery and of the device have contact.
2. With the included mini USB cable you can charge the
PSS970BT. Please connect the USB cable with the “DC 5V”
port of the device and the USB port of your computer. The
PSS970BT will immediately start charging.
3. The power indicator LED turns red – that means your
PSS970BT is charging. The power indicator LED turns mixed
red, blue and white – that means your PSS970BT is in use
while charging.

Bluetooth connectivity
1. Switch on speaker
Slide the power button to the right to activate the
loudspeaker. Bluetooth will be activated simultaneously
(acoustic signal). The LED flashes blue – that means your
PSS970BT is scanning Bluetooth-Devices in your
environment.
2. Set your phone/computer into Bluetooth mode and scan
for “iconBIT PSS970BT”. Then connect your phone/computer
with the loudspeaker. Your phone/computer will request a
PIN. The default PIN´s for your loudspeaker can be “0000” or
“1234”.
3. If pairing is successful, the blue light disappears from the
LED display and the speaker is ready to play your songs via
Bluetooth.
4. Now you can play your music files from your
phone/computer and the sound will come from your
PSS970BT. You can either navigate your music files with the
buttons of the PSS970BT or directly from your
phone/computer.

Answer the phone
Step 1. Make a call
After Bluetooth pairing successful, press Pause/Play/Call
button more than 0.25 seconds, the last phone from the
mobile will be call back again. Short press to hang up.
Step 2. Answer the phone
After Bluetooth pairing successful, when the call coming, just
briefly press Pause/Play/Call key and the call will be
answered. Short press Pause/Play/Call key again and hang
up the phone.
MicroSD card music play
Insert TF card into the slot, speaker automatically play music
from TF card with voice prompt. Audio files automatically
read the card.
Headphone audio output
As soon as a headset or a LINE -OUT cable is connected to
the headphone jack, the speaker mutes and all audio signals
are output through the headphone jack.

LINE IN input
Of course, you can connect devices to the PSS970BT with a
cable. Simply plug the output cable of your audio device into
the LINE IN input of the PSS970BT.
Troubleshooting
1. Device turns off after turning it on: low battery, please
recharge;
2. Device reboots and then turns off automatically: low
battery, please recharge;
3. No sound: check volume or connection;
4. Buttons do not respond or have no function: remove
battery and reinsert;

5. Bluetooth connection does not work: there are no
Bluetooth devices in your environment to connect, check
your phone/computer´s Bluetooth status, restart devices.

Einlegen des Akkus
1. Öffne das Rückseitengehäuse des Gerätes. Stecke den
Lithium-Ionen Akku so ein, dass die goldenen Kontakte des
Gerätes und die des Akkus sich berühren.
2. Mit dem mitgelieferten MiniUSB-Kabel kannst Du den
PSS970BT Lautsprecher aufladen. Verbinde dafür die
MiniUSB Seite des Kabels mit dem „DC 5V“-Steckplatz des
Lautsprechers und das normale USB 2.0 Ende des Kabels mit
einem Computer. Der PSS970BT wird sofort mit dem Laden
beginnen.
3. Die Status-LED leuchtet rot – das bedeutet, dass der
Lautsprecher lädt. Die Status-LED leuchtet rot, blau und weiß
gemischt, wenn der Lautsprecher während des Ladevorgangs
benutzt wird.

Bluetooth Konnektivität
1. Einschalten
Schiebe die Power-Taste nach rechts, um den Lautsprecher
einzuschalten. Die Bluetooth-Einheit schaltet sich gleichzeitig
ein (Ein Erkennungston ist zu hören).
Die LED-Anzeige blinkt blau (Das Gerät ist nun im Bluetooth
Gerätesuchmodus und durchsucht die Umgebung nach
Geräten, die gekoppelt werden können).
2. Suche nun im Bluetooth-Modus mit Deinem Handy,
Computer oder anderem Bluetooth-Audiogerät nach dem
iconBIT PSS970BT. Verbinde Dein Handy/Computer mit dem
Lautsprecher sobald „iconBIT PSS970BT“ gefunden wurde.
Dein Handy/Computer wird einen PIN abfragen. Die
voreingestellten PIN´s für Deinen Lautsprecher sind
entweder „0000“ oder „1234“.
3. Nach erfolgreicher Kopplung, erlischt das blaue Licht von
der LED-Anzeige und der Lautsprecher ist bereit zur
Wiedergabe via Bluetooth.
4. Nun kannst Du Deine Music-Files, die Du auf Deinem
Handy/Computer hast, einfach abspielen und die Tonausgabe
erfolgt über den PSS970BT. Du kannst mit den Tasten des
PSS970BT oder direkt mit Deinem Handy/Computer zwischen
Deinen Songtiteln hin- und herschalten.
Kopfhöreranschluss/Audio-Ausgang
Sobald ein Kopfhörer oder ein Line Out-Kabel an die
Kopfhörerbuchse angeschlossen wird, verstummt der
Lautsprecher und alle Audiosignale werden über die
Kopfhörerbuchse ausgegeben.

LINE IN Input
Du kannst natürlich auch Geräte mit Kabel an den PSS970BT
anschließen. Stecke hierzu einfach das Tonausgangskabel an
den Line In Port des PSS970BT.
Troubleshooting
1. Gerät schaltet sich nach Einschalten wieder aus:
schwacher Akku, bitte aufladen;
2. Gerät startet automatisch neu und schaltet sich aus:
schwacher Akku, bitte aufladen;
3. Kein Ton: Lautstärke erhöhen, Verbindung überprüfen;
4. Tasten reagieren nicht mehr und haben keine Funktion:
Akku entfernen und erneut einlegen;

5. Bluetooth Verbindung funktioniert nicht: Es sind keine
Bluetooth-Geräte in der Umgebung zum Koppeln,
Handy/Computer überprüfen, evtl. Gerät neu starten.

De batterij plaatsen
1. Open de achterkant van het apparaat. Zet de lithium-ion
batterij in het apparaat. Zorg ervoor dat de goudkleurige
pinnen van de batterij en die van het apparaat contact
hebben.
2. Met de meegeleverde mini-USB-kabel kunt u de PSS970BT
opladen. Verbind de USB-kabel met de "DC 5V" poort van het
apparaat en de USB-poort van uw computer. De PSS970BT
zal onmiddellijk beginnen met opladen.
3. De LED-lampje licht rood op - dat betekent dat uw
PSS970BT wordt opgeladen. De LED POWER-indicator gaat
gemengd rood, blauw en wit oplichten - dat betekent dat uw
PSS970BT in gebruik is tijdens het opladen
