Der Adapter wird mit vor-
montiertem EPDM-O-Ring aus-
geliefert.
O-Ringe sind auch als Zubehör
erhältlich:
- Bestell-Nr. E30053
(5 Stück Viton-O-Ringe),
- Bestell-Nr. E30054
(5 Stück EPDM-O-Ringe).
Einbau: Legen Sie den O-Ring
(A) in die Nut (B) des Adapters.
Er muss in seinem gesamten
Umfang bündig in die Nut ein-
rasten.
• Entfernen Sie den O-Ring (C),
der mit dem Sensor mitgelie-
fert wird.
•
Fetten Sie folgende Teile mit der
beiliegenden Schmierpaste ein:
• Gewinde und Dichtfläche
des Sensors,
• Dichtbereiche und O-Ring
(A) des Adapters.
Die Schmierpaste ist
lebensmitteltauglich (USDA-
H1 84-201).
• Schrauben Sie den Sensor in
den Adapter ein. Vermeiden
Sie dabei mechanische Ein-
wirkungen auf die Dicht-
flächen.

• Spannen Sie Sensor + Adapter
in eine Klemmvorrichtung (D).
Die Dichtflächen (E) dürfen
dabei nicht beschädigt wer-
den. Ziehen Sie den Sensor
mit einem Schraubenschlüssel
an, bis der Anschlag spürbar
ist. Achtung: Weiterdrehen
kann die Dichtwirkung beein-
trächtigen.
• Befestigen Sie das
Exzenterelement (G) mit der
Schraube (F) auf dem Adapter
(nur lose von Hand anziehen).
• Fixieren Sie den Sensor mit
dem Exzenterelement und zie-
hen Sie die Inbusschraube
fest.
Montieren Sie Sensor + Adapter
mit Hilfe eines Clamp an den
Prozessanschluss.

The adapter is delivered with
EPDM O-ring fitted.
O-rings are also available as
accessories:
- Order no. E30053
(5 pcs. Viton O-rings).
- Order no. E30054
5 pcs. EPDM O-rings).
Installation: Place the O-ring (A)
in the groove (B) of the adapter.
It must snap flush into the
groove over its whole
circumference.
• Remove the O-ring (C) sup-
plied with the sensor.
• Grease the following parts
with the supplied paste:
• Thread and sealing area of
the sensor.
• Sealing areas and O-ring (A)
of the adapter.
The greasing paste is food-
grade (USDA-H1 84-201).
• Screw the sensor into the
adapter. Avoid mechanical
influence on the sealing
chamfers.

• Clamp sensor and adapter
into a clamping device (D).
The sealing chamfers (E) must
not be damaged. Tighten the
sensor with a spanner until
you can feel the end stop.
Note: If you continue to turn,
this can have adverse effect
on the sealing.
• Hand tighten the eccentric
element (G) on the adapter
with the screw (F).
• Fix the sensor with the
eccentric element and tighten
the socket head screw.
Mount sensor + adapter to the
process connection by means of
a clamp.

L'adaptateur est fourni avec joint
torique EPDM posé.
Les joints toriques sont dispo-
nibles comme accessoires:
- Référence E30053
(5 joints toriques Viton),
- Référence E30054
(5 joints toriques EPDM).
Montage. Poser le joint torique
(A) dans la rainure de l'adapta-
teur (B). Il doit s'enfoncer à fleur
dans la rainure sur tout son
périmètre.
• Enlever le joint torique (C)
fourni avec le capteur.
• Avec la graisse jointe graisser
les parties suivantes:
• filetage et zone d'étanchéité
du capteur,
• zones d'étanchéité et joint
torique (A) de l'adaptateur.
La graisse est compatible avec
les denrées alimentaires
(USDA-H1 84-201).
• Vissez le capteur dans l'adap-
tateur. Eviter des influences
mécaniques sur les chanfreins
d'étanchéité.

Graisse

• Serrer le capteur et l'adapta-
teur dans un dispositif de ser-
rage (D). Les chanfreins
d'étanchéité (E) ne doivent
pas être endommagés. Serrez
le capteur jusqu'à ce que vous
sentiez la butée. Attention:
L'étanchéité peut être
affectée si vous serrez trop
fort.
• Fixer l’élement excentrique (G)
sur l’adaptateur avec la vis (F)
(seulement serrer manuelle-
ment et légèrement).
• Fixer le capteur avec l’élement
excentrique et serrer la vis à
six pans creux à fond.
Monter le capteur et l’adaptateur
sur le raccord process à l’aide
d’un clamp.
