Assembly Guide
Assemble the IP50 Dune proir to installation. The
unit comprises of 4 sections, items 1 and 2 are
fixed to item 3. Ensure item 1 is fixed to item 3 at
the correct position.

TIMELINE - INSTALATION
Two people are required for the
installation.
Day One - 4 Hours
Check all is level and leave to set.
Check that all fixings are secure and the
assembly is ready for use.
Page 1 of 8
Assemble all four parts of the Dune by
using the fixings provided. Ensure all
fixings are tight and secure.
Excavate three holes 715mm x 440mm x
550mm. More information on page 3.
Place a slab or similar hard standing
base into the bottom of the excavated
hole. This can be crushed stone or
gravel. Ensure this is level.
Place the Dune onto the hard
standing base. Ensure the item is
level and make adjustments if
nessesary.
Fill each of the excavated holes with
cement whilst checking the Dune levels
are correct. Total cement volume is
0.27m³, refer to page 6.
