oneat each endofthewirelesslinks.Theradiolinkoperatesonasingle
frequencychannelusingTimeDivisionDuplex(TDD)anddynamicadaptive
pollingMAC protocol.Thedifferencebetweenabasestationunitandsubscriber
unitisamatter ofconfigurationandCPUperformance.Bothdeviceshavethe
samecommonsoftware feature setandthesamecommonhardware platform.
TheInfiNetWirelesssoftware isnotlogicallylimitedtothenumber ofwired
hostsonthe subscriber LAN.
TheInfiNetWirelessroutershavebeendevelopedtooperatewithinlicense
exemptfrequencybandswhichare either 2.412-2.484 GHzor4.920 –6,010
GHz. Differentproductsseriessupportsdifferentfrequencybands.
TheInfiNetWireless routerscansupportflexibletopologiesincludingpoint-to-
