The Innokin Disrupter is the latest high
powered advanced personal vaporizer and
it is the first device to ulize Innokin’s
revoluonary InnokinCell Vaping Power
System replaceable baery technology.
The Disrupter features a greater range
of Variable Voltage, Variable Waage,
advanced safety features, and also
‘Vape while charging’ Technology.
The Disrupter has a flush 510 connecon
with a spring loaded posive pin, durable
stainless steel threading.

The Disrupter has a variable voltage
range of 3.0 – 7.5 volts adjustable in .1
volt increments and a variable waage
range of 6.0 – 50.0 Was, adjustable in
.5 was increments.
The Disrupter uses Vrms DC + PWM
current and is very accurate with a
power deviaon of 0.5 Wa. The full 50
Was is precisely maintained between
resistances of 0.2 to 3.1+ ohms. There is
no wasted power and exact accuracy
means you are always vaping the power
level that you choose. Vrms provides
superior precision in delivering the
exact waage Ohm’s Law requires and
stable power means beer vapor and
true flavors, every me.

swallowed. Ingeson of the non-vaporized
concentrated e-liquid ingredients can

may be used with e-liquids that

the State of California to cause birth
defects or other reproducve harm.

5. The clearomizer must be stored out
of the reach of children and pets. All
empty clearomizers must also be
disposed of properly and out the
reach of children and pets.
6. This Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer includes small parts such as
the mouth piece. Always keep any
small parts out of reach of children
and pets to prevent swallowing or
other harm.
7. Do not misuse, mishandle or store
your Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer improperly. Even though it
is made of high quality stainless steel
it may become damaged when
dropped or otherwise mishandled.

9. In order to guarantee the normal
funconing of your Disrupter Advanced
Personal Vaporizer, and maximize
vaping pleasure, we strongly advise that
you charge the baery when the power
level drops below 10 percent.
10. In order to prolong the operaon of
your Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer, please do not place or store
this Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer in excessively hot or cold
environments.
11. Obey local laws or regulaons
regarding Electronic Cigarees
when vaping. If you are in an area
where there are any bans or
potenal dangers, please do not use
your Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer.
12. Your Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer is not waterproof. Keep it
dry at all mes.
13. Do not allow any liquids or ejuice to
enter the device through the top
threading or the USB ports. If any
liquids enter the device, or come
into contact with the PCB, please
disconnue using or charging the
device and contact your local Authorized
Innokin Vendor immediately.

for any clearomizer or baery
damage due to the use of low quality
eLiquid or dry herb.
15. Do not drop, throw, or mishandle your
Disrupter Advanced Personal Vaporizer
as the outer shell or inner components
may become damaged.
16. Innokin Technology is not responsible
for baery and charger explosions, or
malfuncons, due to the use of a
low-quality charger. Only use the
original Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer starter kit charger to charge
your InnokinCell, We strongly
recommend that you always use a
high quality 5V 1000mA USB wall
charger (CE/UL Cerfied). The
InnokinCell is not designed for use
with a car charger, The Disrupter does
not come included with a car charger.

of excessive heat as damages may

18. Use only genuine InnokinCell Vaping
Power Cells with the Innokin Disrupter.
Innokin is not responsible for any
damages or malfuncons caused by
the use of an improper baery or
power cell. Do not aempt to open or
damage the InnokinCell. Dispose of the
InnokinCell according to local baery
recycling by-laws.
InnokinCell Slide’n’Click system; simply
choose a charged InnokinCell in the
color that you like best and ‘Slide &
Click’ the InnokinCell securely into place
to power a day of vaping.
The Primary Features of The Disrupter
Baery Level Indicator:
The Disrupter baery capacity is displayed
via green, yellow and red LED.
Green = Fully Charged.
Yellow = Half Power.
Red = Low Power. Charge the InnokinCell.
Charge the InnokinCell on its own or
when aached to a vaporizer.
LED Charging Indicator:
When the INNOKINCELL is fully recharged
the LED light will power off.
INNOKINCELL Power level checker:
Press the LED indicator to check your
INNOKINCELL power level.
Red - Low Power. Charge the InnokinCell
Yellow - Half Power
Green - Charged
Variable Voltage:
Voltage can be adjusted from 3.0 – 7.5
volts in .1 volt increments.
Variable Waage:
Waage can be adjusted from 6.0 – 50.0

OPERATION GUIDE:
The Disrupter has three buons:
“ ”
buon, “ ” buon and “ ” buon.
“ ” buon: Power
“ ” buon: Disrupter / VW
“ ” buon: Disrupter / VW
To POWER ON the Disrupter :
Pressing the power buon “ ” three
mes in rapid succession will power on
the Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer. The main LED light will blink
from red to yellow to green aer which
the Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer will enter standby mode. The
final color of the LED will indicate the
current power level.
ON/OFF Baery Switch :
Press the power buon“ ”three mes
to turn the Disrupter on. Once the
Disrupter is on, hold down the power
buon to vape. When the Disrupter is
not in use, press the power buon “ ”
three mes in succession to power off
the Disrupter.
Always power off the Disrupter when it
is not being used, or when it is going to
be stored in a pocket, bag or purse.
FLIP OLED SCREEN ORIENTATION:
Hold “ ” and “ ” buon for 3 seconds
to flip the horizontal orientaon of the
screen.
SAFETY :
15 second cutoff:
If the “ ” buon is held for 15 seconds
or longer the Disrupter Advanced
Personal Vaporizer LED lights will flash
and than stop firing unl the “ ” buon
is released and pressed again.

Low Voltage Warning:
The Red LED and Baery bar will blink
when the baery capacity is lower than
3.3V and the Disrupter will power off
automacally .
Short Circuit/Atomizer Protecon:
Short Circuit/Atomizer Protecon protects
the Disrupter Advanced Personal Vaporizer
against shorted atomizers and will stop the
unit from funconing in unsafe condions.
The Disrupter features automac real-me
atomizer Ohms detecon. If the resistance
of the atomizer is lower than 0.2 Ohm the
Disrupter OLED screen will not power on
and it will display:
Over-Discharge Protecon:
The InnokinCell Vaping Power System
monitors the baery voltage and will
automacally power off if the baery is
over discharged.
‘Vape while charging’ Technology:
The InnokinCell is recharged with a
Micro USB cable. When plugged into a
power source the Disrupter can also be
vaped and charged at the same me
with Innokin Technology’s ‘Vape while
you charge’ pass-through technology.
Remembers last Voltage or Waage seng:
When the Disrupter is turned off by the
power buon it will remember the
current voltage or waage seng and it
will retain the seng when the
Disrupter is powered back on.
When the Disrupter Advanced Personal
Vaporizer has been powered on Hold
the “ ” buon down to acvate the
vaporier. The color of the LED when the
buon is pressed indicates the current
power level.
When the buon “ ” is pressed (with a
clearomizer aached) the OLED screen
will display the aached atomizer
resistance, voltage and waage and
remaining baery charge.
When the buon “ ” is connuously
pressed (with a clearomizer aached) ,
the OLED screen will display:
To POWER OFF the Disrupter:
Ohms Meter & Baery Level Indicator
& Puff Counter:
With an atomizer aached, hold both
the “ ” and “ ”buons simultaneously
and the OLED screen will display the
resistance of the aached atomizer, the
baery voltage, the number of puffs
since the device was last turned off and
the last set voltage or waage.
Enter Variable Waage Mode:
Press and hold the “ ” and “ ” buons
for 1 second to enter variable waage
mode.
Adjust Variable Waage:
When the Disrupter is in variable
waage mode press the “ ” or “ ”
buon to unlock the waage. Hold the
buon down to quickly increase or
decrease the set waage. Press the “ ”
to lock to waage and vape.
The Disrupter waage can be adjusted
from 6.0 to 50 was in .5 wa
increments by pressing the “ ” or “ ”
buons. If the waage is decreased
below 6 Was it will cycle up to 50
Was. If the waage is increased from
50 Was it will cycle down to 6 was.
Press the buon “ ” to lock the set
waage and fire the Disrupter.
Enter Variable Voltage Mode:
Press and hold the “ ” buon and then
the “ ” buon for 1 second to enter
variable voltage mode.
In variable voltage mode the Disrupter
voltage can be adjusted from 3.0 to 7.5
volts in .1 volt increments by pressing
the “ ” or “ ” buons.
Adjust Variable Voltage:
When the Disrupter is in variable
voltage mode press the “ ” or “ ”
buon one me and then press it again
to unlockthe voltage. Hold the “ ” or
“ ” buon down to quickly increase or
decrease the set voltage.
The Disrupter voltage can be adjusted
from 3.0 to 7.5 volts in .1 volts. If the
voltage is decreased below 3 volts it will
cycle up to 7.5 Volts. If the voltage is
increased from 7.5 Volts it will cycle
down to 3 volts. Press the buon “ ”
to lock the set voltage and fire the
Disrupter.
Check Atomizer:
When the atomizer is not connecng
properly, or resistance more than 9.9
Ohm, the screen will display “CHECK
ATOMIZER” when press the firing
buon .
The Disrupter features automac real-me
baery voltage detecon.
Overheat Protecon:
The Disrupter features automac real-me
PCB Chipset temperature detecon.
The screen will display “ TOO HOT ” if the
PCB is overheated.
Important: Explaining Low-Resistance /
High Waage Vaping
To ensure you have the best possible
vaping experience it is important to have a
basic understanding of waage, voltage
and coil resistance. There is a range of
standard coil resistances: 2.1, 1.7, 1.4, 1.1,
0.8, 0.5 ohm etc and Rebuildable
Atomizers or Drippers (RBA/RDA) may
even be lower. The Disrupter can fire
between resistances of 3.1 to .2 ohm and
you can clearly see the resistance of the
aached clearomizer on the OLED screen.

We would suggest that for coil
resistances of 1.7 – 2.1 ohm you can
begin with a seng of 8 Was and then
increase the Waage unl you find your
perfect seng. For resistances of 0.5,
you can try a seng of 25 Was and
increase the waage unl you find your
perfect vaping seng.
We would suggest that for coil
resistances of 1.7 – 2.1 ohm you can
begin with a seng of 4.0 Volts and
then increase the Voltage unl you find
your perfect seng. For resistances of
0.5, you can try a seng of 3.3 Volts and
increase the voltage unl you find your
perfect vaping seng.

Important: The Disrupter will only fire
variable voltage or variable waage
depending on the last seng chosen; it
will not fire both. You must choose
either Variable Voltage or Variable
Waage.
The main LED will display green to
indicate a full baery charge, yellow
indicates power is at half capacity and
red indicates immediate charging is
required.
Red LED light = baery voltage is lower
than 3.6V
Yellow LED light = baery voltage is
around 3.6V-3.74V
Green LED light = baery voltage is
higher than 3.75V
PLEASE NOTE:
The Red LED will blink for eight seconds
when baery capacity is lower than 3.3V
and the Disrupter will automacally power
off.
