CAUTION: RACK MUST BE SECURED FROM TIPPING PRIOR TO USING RACK
SLIDING SEAT.
CAUTION: MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY FOR SEAT IS 350 LBS (158 KGS).
Step 1. Pull seat out completely.
Step 2. Pull the Release while holding the support from dropping.
Step 3. Slowly lower the support. Do not let it drop.

Step 4. CAUTION: Ensure Red Slide is below the line.
Step 5. CAUTION: Check if latch is locked down. When locked, the seat will not slide
back in.

period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Innovation First, Inc. liability shall be limited to
repairing or replacing, at our option, any defective product.

Step 6. Reinsert into rack.
– Push red slide up.
– Fold Support up until Release holds it closed.
– Push Latch up.
– Slide seat in.
