Adapter Bracket Quick Start Guide
Overview
The HPS-1008 is 8 + 2 port Gigabit Hybrid PoE+ Switching
Hub that transmits 1Gbps Ethernet and supports PoE+ (up to
25.5W).
Using HPS-01 (2 Port Hybrid PoE Switch), the device supports
100Mbps Ethernet transmission and PoE+ power supply up
to 200 meters and it is possible to connect multiple devices in
cascade mode.
With dual DC inputs supply secured PoE+ power up to 25.5W by
each port and can also be used redundancy power source.
Optional 19” rack mount is available for easy installation.

1. 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet port / 8 Port PoE + (IEEE802.3at / Max. 25.5W Output)
PoE LED lights up when the device outputs PoE to the end-device and Link LED flickers when the data linked.
If PoE LED is OFF, please use appropriate product as it is out of PoE range which HPS-1008 may cover.
If the end-device doesn't support PoE, power supply is interrupted and the device can be used for data communication only.
2. 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet Uplink Port
The connection speed of the Uplink port is displayed as link LED 10/100 or 1000.
3. DC Input port (Max. 57VDC input)
2 power supplies are applicable for installing the HPS-1008. (The same model of the power supplies are recommended)
If the voltage differs between the two power supplies at the same time, only high voltage input power is used. And the only Power LED
which is used is ON.
When power is supplied from two input power sources at the same time, power LEDs (2) for each ports are turned on. (When using 2
power inputs, it is recommended to use the power adapter with 0.4V or less output voltage difference.

If this device is defective or malfunctioning, please unplug
the power adapter immediately and contact dealer or service
center.
Please use the rated power supply for the product.
Connect DC power to this device first and then to AC outlet.
