Attach the Tube (C), Plastic Ring (D),
Base (E) together with 1 Flat Washer
(G), 1 Spring Washer (H) & 1 Bolt (I)
by using wrench as figure shows.

2Tighten the Adjustable Screw (F) into the
hole in the Tube (C) as figure shows.
