THE TELESCOPING STAND SHOULD BE INSTALLED ON A FLAT, STABLE BASE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING
THE WEIGHT OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM (INCLUDING FULL WASTE CONTAINERS) ONCE ASSEMBLED.
1 If your system came with the leg extension,
choose what height position you want to use
[FIG. 1].
. Position 1: For 35 gallon drum with
Universal Drum Dolly.
. Position 2: For 55 gallon drum and/or
Stacking Sound Filter.
. Position 3: For 55 gallon drum, Universal
Drum Dolly, and/or Stacking Sound Filter.
Install onto a at, level surface. Leave
bolts loose initially and tighten once fully
assembled.
Note: We recommend that the stand be
assembled laying down and then raised into
position later on.
REQUIRED TOOLS RECOMMENDED TOOLS
9/16" Wrench Impact Driver Leveling Tool
9/16" Socket Wrench 2x4 Blocks
Torque Wrench
Note: You will need to supply your own mounting hardware if you wish to secure the Stand to the surface you are mounting it onto
(e.g. screws, washers, lag bolts, nuts, etc.).

2 Arrange the Mid Braces (B) in a square so
that each end overlaps over one and under the
other neighboring Mid Brace [FIG. 2a]. Repeat
with all Mid Braces until you have a Square
assembled [FIG. 2b].
Secure the Mid Braces together using four
Carriage Bolts (F1), four Washers (F2), and
four Nylock-Nuts (F3) [FIG. 2c] .
Note: Finger tighten only at this time.
3 Align the Upper Leg (E) and Lower Leg (A).
read two Carriage Bolts (F1) through both
to hold it in place. [FIG. 3].

4 Lay the Mid Brace assembly (B) over the
Aligned Leg assembly (A, E) threading the
Carriage Bolts (F1) through all components.
[FIG. 4a]
Secure both assemblies using four Carriage
Bolts (F1) , four Washers (F2), and four
Nylock-Nuts (F3) [FIG. 4b].
Attach the three remaining Leg assemblies to
the Mid Brace assembly and secure.
Note: Finger tighten only at this time.
5 If you did not purchase the 18" Stand proceed
to Step 6.
Attach two of the Top Braces (D) onto
opposite sides of the Stand with four Carriage
Bolts (F1), four Washers (F2), and four
Nylock-Nuts (F3) each. en attach the
remaining two Top Braces as shown in [FIG.
5]. Secure each using four Carriage Bolts (F1),
four Washers (F2), and four Nylock-Nuts (F3).
Note: Finger tighten only at this time.

6 If you did not purchase the Leg Extensions,
proceed to Step 9.
e Leg Extensions must be positioned at
the correct clearance height for your waste
containment and lter setup [FIG. 6].
. Position 1: For 35 gallon drum with
Universal Drum Dolly.
. Position 2: For 55 gallon drum and/or
Stacking Sound Filter.
. Position 3: For 55 gallon drum, Universal
Drum Dolly, and/or Stacking Sound Filter.
Note: Finger tighten only at this time. We
recommend that the leg extensions be assembled
laying down and then raised into position later
on.
7 Using the previously selected positioning
holes, align the Lower Leg (A) and the Leg
Extension (G) as well as the Mid Brace (B) in
the lower hole. read two Carriage Bolts (F1)
to hold it in place [FIG. 7a]. Secure with two
Washers (F2), and two Nylock-Nuts (F3) [FIG.
7b].
Note: Finger tighten only at this time. We
recommend that the leg extensions be assembled
laying down and then raised into position later
on.

8 From the previous step, nishing securing
the Leg Extension assembly (A, G, B) with an
additional Mid Brace (B) using two Carriage
Bolts (F1), two Washers (F2), and two Nylock-
Nuts (F3) [FIG. 8].
Repeat Steps 7 and 8 until all Leg Extension
assemblies are secured to the Stand.
Note: Finger tighten only at this time. ere are
only three Mid-Braces to allow an opening for
the dust container.
9 Raise the Stand up and ensure that all
components are squared and level before
tightening the hardware [FIG. 9].
We recommend torquing all of the bolts down
to 250 in.-lbs. (~20 .-lbs.).

10 ere are two options for mounting the feet to
your stand. Choose either or both options that
best meet your needs:
a. To prevent slipping and scung, slip a
Plastic Stand Foot (F4) to the bottom of
each Leg Assembly [FIG. 10a].
b. For additional stability and/or if you plan
to bolt the stand to the oor, attach a
Stand Foot (C) to the bottom of each Leg
Assembly. Secure the Stand Foot in place
using Carriage Bolts (F2), Washers (F2),
and Nylock-Nuts (F3) [FIG. 10b].
Note: We recommend that all feet be installed so
that they are facing forward or backwards [FIG.
10c] from the center of the system to ensure
proper stability during operation.
11 If desired, the Stand can be bolted down to the
oor through the holes on the Stand Feet (C)
[FIG. 11].
Note: You will need to supply your own
hardware (e.g. screws, washers, lag bolts, etc.)
for securing the system to the oor.
