1. 目的 / Purpose
弊社製 RF-Switch (以下、MHF-SW23 と呼称) 用の検査用 SMA アダプタである MHF-SW23 RECEPTACLE HIGH CYCLE SMA ADAPTER と
MHF-SW23 RECEPTACLE HIGH CYCLE F SMA ADAPTER の取り扱いに際して、本検査用アダプタ及び MHF-SW23 を安全にご使用頂くこ
とを目的とし、検査手順及び注意点の記述を致します。また、MHF-SW23 の取り扱いにつきましては、HIM-13004 をご参照くださいます様
お願い致します。
This document contains instruction manual on inspection SMA adapters for RF-Switch (as MHF-SW23), MHF-SW23 RECEPTACLE HIGH
CYCLE SMA ADAPTER and MHF-SW23 RECEPTACLE HIGH CYCLE F SMA ADAPTER for safe operation and cautions on test procedures.
Refer to HIM-13004 for instruction manual on MHF-SW23 before usage.

2. 検査用 SMA アダプタ とりつけ部寸法、周辺部品配置のガイドライン / Flange Dimensions and Layoutｓof Peripheral Components
MHF-SW23 の周辺に部品を配置する際には、図 2の寸法を参考に検査用アダプタと MHF-SW23 が嵌合する時に周辺部品が干渉しない
ようお願い致します。
Peripheral components of the MHF-SW23 shall not interference to the inspection adapter when mating MHF-SW23.

注意事項 CAUTION
検査時に周辺部品が検査用アダプタに干渉すると、部品の破損や検査不良の原因となります。

3. 検査用アダプタ SMA 取り付け実施例 / Attachment example of SMA inspection adapter
図3、図 4のように検査用アダプタを取り付けプレート固定した後、適正トルク 0.57Nm のトルクレンチを用いて固定をお願い致します。
Attach mounting plate to the inspection adapter and use 0.57Nm torque wrench to secure.
注意事項 CAUTION
必ず SMA-P 側のみを回すようお願い致します。また、SMA-P を固定する際は適正トルク 0.57Nm のトルクレンチを使用するようお願い致し
ます。固定に必要以上のトルクが掛かると SMA コネクタの破損の原因となります。
Always screw only SMA-P side with 0.57Nm torque wrench. Overtightened SMA connector may break the connector.
禁止事項 Prohibition
ボディをレンチ等で直接掴みますとボディが変形し、OUTER CONTACT A が稼動しなくなる恐れがございますので、絶対にしないようお願い
致します。
Do not grasp the body directly with torque wrench. The outer contact A may not be able to slide properly with deformed body.

注意事項
注1 使用実施例を参考にしていただき治具セットの設計を行っていただけますようお願い致します。
注2 本検査アダプタのタイプを取り付ける際は取付用プレートにフローティングする機構及び、ばねによって
押し付ける機能を必ず施してください。
注3 本検査アダプタ嵌合完了後、①の合計荷重が 5～10N 以内になるよう設定してください。
注4 嵌合時に許容角度以上傾けますと、正確な測定が行えない場合がございます。
また、本検査アダプタの端子および MHF-SW23 を破損する恐れがございます。
注5 本検査アダプタと MHF-SW23 の軸ずれ量が許容誘い込み量を超えた場合、MHF-SW23 及び測定治具セットが破損する恐れがござい
ます。
CAUTION
1. Refer to above figure 5 for layout of the jig.
2. The mounting plate should have floating mechanism and pressing mechanism by a built-in spring.
3. After mating adapter to a receptacle, the total of the ①loads shall be setup within 5 to 10 N.
4. Tilting more than allowable misalignment angle during mating may affect the accuracy of the measurement and may damage the connectors.
5. Exceeded allowable axial misalignment length may damage the connectors or measurement system.

注意事項
注1 使用実施例を参考にしていただき治具セットの設計を行っていただけますようお願い致します。
注2 本検査アダプタは検査アダプタ自体にフローティング機構を持たせたもので、本検査アダプタ自体で軸センターが復帰する構造
を持っています。
注3 本検査アダプタは「フランジ下部～OUTER CONTACT A 先端寸法(24.35±0.85)」にて管理を願います。
注4 フローティング機構を検査アダプタ自体に設けているため、傾き易いのでご考慮願います。
注5 嵌合時に許容角度以上傾けますと、正確な測定が行えない恐れがあります。また、本検査アダプタ及び MHF-SW23 が破損す
る恐れがあります。
注6 本検査アダプタと MHF-SW23 の軸ずれ量が許容誘い込み量を超えた場合、嵌合出来ない可能性が
あります。また、MHF-SW23 及び測定治具セットが破損する恐れがあります。
CAUTION
1. Refer to above figure 8 for layout of the jig.
2. This adapter has built-in floating mechanism which allows self-align to the center axis.
3. Stroke width (form bottom of the flange to tip of outer contact A) shall be managed within 24.35±0.85.
4. Built-in floating mechanism of the adapter makes the adapter to tilt easily.
5. Tilting more than allowable misalignment angle during mating may affect the accuracy of the measurement and may damage the
connectors.
6. Exceeded allowable axial misalignment length may disturb connectors form mating and may also damage the connectors or
measurement system.
