Setup and Operation
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that before connecting your oven that the connection point to be used will provide the correct
Voltage and Amperage that the oven will require for correct operation.
The Portable Oven is easily connected to a suitable 12-volt power source directly using the fused 50A Anderson plug connector
attached to the oven or with the cigarette lighter adapter.
To ensure that the oven is stable during transportation or installations please use the two (2) brackets supplied to enable the
unit to be secured to a solid surface in your vehicle.
Operating Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature before inserting the food. The maximum temperature that can be achieved is
180°C and you may need to allow up to 90 mins to reach this temperature.
2. Select if the Racks or Baking Tray is required, install, and then fill with the food, taking care not to overload the oven.
3. Once the required temperature has been reached, set the oven timer to the desired cooking time.
4. It is recommended to check the food occasionally and rotate / turn when necessary.
5. When food is cooked, remove contents from oven and turn off.
Oven Timer
1. Rotate the timer clockwise to set to desired cooking time. Range between 1-120 minutes.
2. Timer will emit an audible noise when the set time has been reached.
3. To turn off the timer earlier, rotate anticlockwise to the “OFF” position
Indicating LED
There is a small indicating LED that will be illuminated until the set temperature is reached at that time it will then extinguish.
If the temperature is adjusted above the original setting, below 180 degrees the indicating LED will illuminate and then
extinguish when the updated temperature has been reached.
Oven Door
The Portable Oven features an insulated door with a latch that allows the door to be securely closed providing superior heat
retention. During operation this latch may become HOT so please ensure appropriate safety precautions are taken.
Oven Use
It is important that the oven is not overloaded as this will extend cooking times.
Food may be placed directly on the racks or in the baking tray, to assist with clean-up it is recommended to use aluminium foil
or non-stick surface sprays on the racks and tray.
Do not place food directly on the base of the oven unless it is insulated with a tray or foil to reduce the risk of burning.
Cleaning
DO NOT IMMERSE OVEN IN WATER
Clean all surfaces with specific Kitchen Cleaning liquids and sprays, take care with use around the controls and connections.
